The staff at Hoffman Plumbing made a stressful experience (who doesn't need hot water?) so much less stressful! Of course the water heater needs replacing on Christmas Eve! Of course there's a water leak at our son's home ON THE SAME DAY! My call for help was returned even before I could finish leaving a message, and less than an hour later we received a call to schedule our replacement.

The gentleman who came to do the work was personable, knowledgeable and professional - we couldn't ask for more. Our son's experience was just as positive as ours - two endorsements from two households in the same family on Christmas Eve - what could be better?

I looked for a better alternative to Roto- rooters, which I had used before and became very expensive. Huffman and Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to try this Company. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and will use them again. They charged me no extra fees, and I got the pipe unclogged. The personnel at the main office ( specially Lisa) were excellent as well.

We had Jesse out to replace a shower valve. He came, he plumbed, and he left. On time. Neat and tidy work. Efficient. Pleasant and a credit to his company. Making the appointment was also a good experience although the date was a bit distant. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency. If it was, I'm guessing they would have figured that out too. Happy to have found our go-to plumber.

Excellent service! I highly recommend this company! They came out on a Saturday and fixed a leaking pipe in my cement slab floor. They very carefully removed just a small amount of cement surrounding the downpipe and located the leak. Cut out and replaced the leaking section, and finished up in just a bit over two hours. Great work, and reasonable cost. Hoffman Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs!

I've used Hoffman several times, but they were especially good on this last one. We had a seemingly simple problem, a shower drain that we couldn't unclog. Roberto did a heavy snaking and thought he had nailed it, but the clog came back next day. They came straight back within hours and figured out the real problem was a bad trap under the house. They fixed that, charging only for additional parts. You couldn't ask for better service or fairer treatment.

Making an appointment was very easy and I got a call back quickly (most places don't ever call back). A couple days before the appointment they sent out a reminder (always a plus). On the day of the appointment the plumber called and said he could be early and if it was OK for him to do so (yes please). He arrived right at the time he said he would and was friendly, did the repairs and even showed me how to do it to avoid a call out in the future (turned out to be a real simple process with my toilet model to fix leaky water tanks). Fast, professional and cared about saving me money in the future. I'll be using them again whenever needed - such a smooth process compared to previous plumbers I've used.

Hoffman Plumbing was great. Had a main waterline break. They said no problem and Jesse was here that evening. He was professional and solved the issue. (Great guy) Water was back on and all happy. Highly recommend them!

Well this was the first time I have ever used a plumber and what a great experience! Fix the pressure regulator valve. He did this in less than an hour and was very professional and explained everything. The price was good as well. I will recommend Hoffman Plumbing to all who needs a great plumber. I own a rental on Kingsbury and went up between guests to find the toilet busted. I had 1 day to get it fixed before next people arrived. Hoffman made me a priority and sent a guy up who was professional and friendly. Figured I'd end up paying a fortune for the drive and the rush job, but nope. Incredibly reasonable. They're now my goto for all plumbing issues.

I needed to replace a hot water heater and he was at my house within an hour to give me a quote. He was able to fit me in the same day. Everyone at Hoffman plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. I was in a rush to open my small business and needed some sinks and a water heater installed in a rush. My property manager (who deals with a lot of commercial properties) highly recommended Hoffman Plumbing. I'm so grateful she did. Joe squeezed us in, very early in the morning and went above and beyond to get everything done quickly so we could pass our inspections and open ahead of schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did, the warm personalities he and his receptionist Lindsey had. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Sunday, Sept 9, had a hot water heater issue....water spewing at valve near the top. Called Hoffman plumbing 9am Monday morning, and was told they were booked solid, but would try to squeeze us in. To our surprise, within 40 min, one of their technicians was knocking at our door. After the initial inspection, we were told we probably needed a new heater...an expense were weren't hoping to incur.

He spent some more time checking things out, and 30 min and just $200 (total...parts, labor, service call) later, our hot water heater was working perfectly. Not only were they extremely quick to respond, but the tech was awesome. Could have hosed us with a new heater....but took the time and found out to be unnecessary. Nice to know that honesty, integrity, and true customer service still exists....a least with Hoffman plumbing !!! Hats off to the entire company....best ever !!!

I cannot say enough great things about Joe from Hoffman Plumbing! Joe is prompt, polite, very professional, and extremely reasonable. He worked with my schedule and even came out on a Saturday to fix my water heater. Thank you Joe for being a great plumber! You're my plumber for life! Thank you!!

I really liked the fact Joe from Hoffman plumbing answered the phone in person! My old water heater died and flooded my garage, he was gracious, kind and wonderful. He was able to come out quickly along with his "apprentice" and take care of changing out the water heater with a state of the art new one. I highly recommend him without hesitation and the price was great! Such excellent service!!!
