Lincoln Heating & Air

We had been serviced by a competitor for about 20 years. The ownership of the competitor had changed. We conducted a search and liked what we read about LH&A. We signed annual maintenance contracts for both our business and residence. To date their service at both locations have been great. Chad came to our business, he was professional, found one issue that could wait but indicated the cost was nominal to replace.

No hard sell. We had him replace it. At our residence two techs have been out. The first for our A/C annual maintenance was Andy Z. Once again professional & efficient. I asked about something I had read about. It is an add on part that can improve & lengthen part life. He knew it, explained it and had it available. He installed it for a fair price.

He also identified an issue on the inside heater/a/c component. The next day a terrible screeching sound started. We contacted LH&A and they came out the next day. Two techs came out. The lead tech was Jeromy. The part installed the day before had failed. Jeromy assumed that was the issue and replaced it. NO CHARGE. He also looked at the issue Andy had noticed.

I asked for a quote which he did immediately. It took a few days before he could be back out. Yesterday he modified the part that was causing the problem for exactly the quote. He did a ***** job. He also explained the approach and how it was corrected. Thanks LH&A.

My evaporator was icing up. They sent Keenan out to investigate. He arrived on time and ready to get after it. Turns out I was a little low on coolant so he corrected that and gave the whole system a going over. Then he confirmed the register and return temps were in spec, packed up stuff and when he left it was as if no one had been here. Very good at packing in and packing out. : Thanks Lincoln for the fast response and Keenan for his professionalism.

James with Lincoln Heating and air came on on 4/27 for my first inspection after installation approximately l year ago. He was so awesome, very personable and represented himself and the company well. He answered all my questions, was very patient and explained what he was checking on my condensor/cooler and showed me what the settings were on his meter. I was very pleased with James and the inspection. Thank you for the opportunity for my input.

Buying a house and the swamp cooler and central heat needed service. James did a great job and also answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

My furnace stopped heating sometime in late May and I've quickly exhausted my limited abilities to troubleshoot the problem. Decided to give Lincoln Heating and air a call and they provided an appointment window within a week. Jeromy, the technician they sent was very professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty aquastat.

After providing a full quote for the parts and labor, he returned the same day and completed the repair. Jeromy was clearly very knowledgeable and provided many useful tips for maintenance and overall, I am very happy with the service!

The old air conditioner went out in my home. Called and David was here first thing the following morning, looked things over, measured for air flow quoted me a price thousands less than other contractors. Three days later (they wanted to install next day but I was out of town) Ryan and Chris had my new air conditioning and heating unit installed. looks great and works even better. I highly recommend Lincoln Heating awesome company, awesome employees!1!

Recently our air conditioner went out. I called Lincoln (I have used them before and they were great) and they came out as soon as they could. Luckily it hasn't been super hot. They inspected my air conditioner told me everything about it and what to expect in the future (my unit is not made anymore). Turned out just a breaker popped and I didn't even know that could happen. Davey and Andy were on time, professional, nice and informative and funny. I paid the service fee to have the air conditioner serviced and got one for the furnace too. I would highly recommend Lincoln and will request Davey and Andy in the future.

We are thoroughly thrilled and delighted with Lincoln Heating and Air! We got a fantastic estimate from Kelly, who saw us through the scheduling, estimate, and exact date and cost! They arrived right on time and got done in half the time installing our AC unit! Ryan and Henry, were fast and efficient! When I got home from work in the morning from graveyard shift, they had met my husband, explained the process, and 1 hour later the install was complete!

They very professional and explained the whole process of the unit, how it works, and the thermostat! Chelsea was amazing in the office as well with scheduling, receiving our payment by phone, and the ordering process, permits etc! The entire team is extremely professional and I highly recommend them! They are one of the very few in our area who are also licensed to install AC in modular homes! We love Lincoln Heating and Air!

We woke up to smoke in the house. The fire department tracked the source to the HVAC. Lincoln Heating and Air fit us into their schedule due to the emergency. The technician Andrew was great at explaining everything, how it broke down, what to do to replace the heater parts and we are back up and running in sweet Air-conditioning! Thank you Andrew!

Needed to replace our air conditioner unit in 2021. Received a quote from Lincoln heating and air as well as other companies in town. Lincoln heating and air came in well below other companies for the same product. They even fixed other issues related to our furnace which was also recently replaced free of charge. They were quick to respond to get us scheduled and worked easily around our schedule.

Team members Chris, Danny, Henry arrived on time for scheduled service. Professionally introduce themselves and provided an overview of what they came to do. We are respectful of our home and our family. Minimal mess and they cleaned up after themselves. Expectations were met above and beyond. Thankful to have tried them.

I recently had maintenance work on my AC unit and Davey who provided the service was knowledgeable and provided customer care beyond my expectations. It was so refreshing to have someone who took the time to show me their findings as well as what could be done to improve my system.

Water heater went out while I was 2,700 miles away and wouldn't be back for days. Wife very busy with her work, so I called Lincoln. Andrew arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We also signed up for Lincoln's semi-annual Presidential preventative maintenance program, which took a nice percentage off the total bill. Yelp 5 stars says "Great, " but we were Delighted!

Amazing service and employees! They send you a notice when the technician is in their way. They send you a pic and bio on the technician, including some personalized interests of the technician. My technician also phoned when he was 15 min from arriving. Davey Bell was everything you would want in a technician. He was knowledgeable, polite and personable.

He didn't mind that I watched and asked questions the entire time. It was obvious he loves his job, and he had nothing but praise for his new employer. I would have hired him if I could. I will ask for him on future appts.

Just to say, this company did not quote to install a whole home humidifier that we wanted. I got a call from them and the technician gave really great answers. He took several minutes on the phone to give suggestions and alternate advice whereas other companies only sent me a "NO" answer with no explanation. Therefore, when I have other types of work to be done later this year, I know who I am going to call. this company who took the time to call me and answer questions even though they knew they were not going to perform the work.

Called early Monday with a furnace that was half performing. DeMarco showed up right at the appointment time, he explained what needed to be fixed, his method was very cost effective. THE WHOLE TEAM WAS FANTASTIC, Lincoln is my go to for furnace repair! THANKS!

Winter check up and Andrew did a great job making sure our system will work throughout the cold months. Andrew explained everything and made sure our output was correct in each area of our home. He recommended some items to be fixed and had the parts ready to go. He did not rush through the service in any way, which gives us confidence that our system will be solid. Great service and company.

The company was very responsive and efficient in fixing the issue with my furnace. The price seemed a bit high, though it was somewhat of an emergency situation the day before Thanksgiving. I contacted the office to get an itemized receipt and they were unable to provide a breakdown of what parts vs. labor cost, only the total cost of service.

Bill of lincoln did an outstanding job on my heater checkup. He took his time, informed me of what he was doing at all times. Went the whole 9 yards and then some. Bill showed alot of excellent customer service traits. Even offered him some refreshments for his dedicated attention to the heater. I signed up for a maintenance contract with lincoln because the team is extremely trustworthy. Bill is an outstanding asset to lincoln heating and air!

We have been utilizing Lincoln Heating services for over 2 years and have been very pleased with the attention to detail they gave us with our heating and AC systems. But, where they also shine is on major appliance repair, replacement and service. Our water heater of 12 years shut down on Wednesday morning. We called Lincoln and they had a service Team member out the next day to try and repair our unit.

The main processor on the unit failed and the cost for a new one was very expensive. We decided, instead of putting an expensive band aid on an old water heater, we would purchase a new unit. By Thursday evening, "Kelly" their sales manager had a very competitive bid for us on a new Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. Their pricing was fair and competitive but even better than that was their service. Friday morning before 10AM they were at our home with a new water heater.

By 4 PM it was up and running and "Jeremy C" the technician who has been on their Team for over 5 years could not have been more professional or knowledgeable. He actually improved on the original installation and took the time to make sure all connections were perfect. Their coordination between every department at Lincoln is impressive. Between service scheduling, the technicians, their major sales department, final appt. and accounting was handled in a very professional manner.

And fast. We could not be more pleased with Lincoln Heating and will continue to utilize their services whenever it is needed. It is good to know that we have a solid, fair, reputable company to call when needed. Kudos to Lincoln Heating.

Lincoln Heating and Air has been great to work with. This past summer (when it was 100 degrees) Lincoln was able to come to our house the next day and fixed our AC unit. This week they serviced our furnace. What I like so much about their staff is that they explain everything in a way you can understand and really want their customers to be knowledgeable about the issue. This week Andrew was our service tech for our furnace and he really went above and beyond his role to explain what he was doing!

We had an issue with our air conditioner we thought we had to get a new one but Lincoln Air came and ended Up being able to repair it for a very reasonable price. About a month later we had another issue where our nest thermostat was not working and we tried everything Lincoln air again came and in about five minutes had the problem solved! We will continue to use this awesome local business in the future.

Rodrigo and Nate were on time, friendly, and polite. They finished ahead of schedule and left everything neat and clean. My house is feeling nice and cool, thank you for the AC install, I appreciate it.

We had a new furnace and air conditioning installed. Our experience with Lincoln was outstanding from the estimate by Kelly Smith, to the scheduler Chelsea, to the technicians. Our technicians were Rodrigo, Chris and Caleb. They were on time, got right down to business, and were finished in about 7 hours. They explained the new thermostat, installed a carbon monoxide detector, and cleaned up so nicely. I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs. Plus they are a locally owned company.

Our Aircon unit went out during fire season with mid-ninties temps. I called Lincoln and they had a same day appointment available, and when that didn't work for me, they still got me in the following morning. The technician showed up when he said he would, got right to work, and replaced our capacitor right then at the diagnostic appointment. The whole thing took less than an hour and, as an added bonus, was very affordable. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from a sweaty mom and her overheated kids!

We lost our central AC unit on July 1,2021 on a holiday wknd ( of course!) We gather all the companies in our area (CArson City) and not one company could come out to even diagnose our problem. Lincoln Heating & Air however was able to come out On July 3 and were able to diagnose the problem. The Techs were professional enough to talk over the phone with our home warranty insurance.

The entire office staff were efficient and empathetic with our crisis & began to find an immediate service date. Chris & Kelly Smith, we're on the phone for about 2 hrs just informing the Ins rep the situation, under dangerous temperatures outdoors. Finally, we were able to schedule an installation date which was 2 wks ahead of schedule! The installers Rodrigo & Nate gave us a call and reported on time to begin a entire AC central unit under the continued temps of above 95!

In the attic temps were ~ 110 degrees They completed the job in one day and everything was clean and free from any debris from our old & new system! These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the day. Thank you very much. Their work ethic is an asset to the company.

This company was fairly priced with highest quality service. I saved $3000.00 above other estimates by using Lincoln Heating and Air and they had the installation done in ten days when everyone else said two months wait. These guys came out to replace my outdated and non functional heater and ac unit. They were very quick to respond, super professional and informative, as well as being the most reasonably priced that I found. My technicians were Ernie, Nate, and Caleb. I couldn't be happier with the service and results. I don't expect to have any HVAC issues soon but if I do I would call these guys again. Highly recommended.

Caring professionals! We had an emergency on Tuesday early evening. I called 10 companies, only Lincoln heating & cooling was there to save us. Kenneth called first to listen about the issue and offer affordable service even if it was after day hours. Robert showed up right away. He was smiling ( even if it was his last call after a long day at work ), he was troubleshooting, identified issue and fixed it.

Payment was accepted either with a credit card or check. Now, every time I will see in town their van, I will happy to know that we have this business in town. I HIGHLY recommend this company

My old HVAC stopped cooling our house during one of the hottest pre-summer weeks. Unfortunately the old system used R66 gas, which is no longer available; so the condenser and coil needed to be replaced and charged with a newer R-407C gas. Rodrigo and Christopher came out, delivered and installed the new units on a day when the outside temperature hovered around 100 degrees.

We got some cooling, however it needed further attention the next day, a Saturday. Rodrigo pretty much gave up his day to get the system fine tuned and it has been working well ever since. Thank You Rodrigo.

We purchased our home with Lincoln being the company that did the inspection. Great service, prompt response, on time for appointments with a call when they're on the way and friendly staff have kept us a customer. The packages they offer for multiple service/years have been a savings too.

I recently had work done on the heating system in our new home. Each step from the estimate to the actual job was done in a professional manner. The technicians, Rodrigo and Austin, were great. They were conscientious about their work. We also worked with this company when we owned a mobile home and experienced a great outcome as well.

I hired Lincoln heating and air after getting a total of 3 quotes to replace the central ac in my home. David who was very knowledgable about all aspects of my job came out to give me an estimate. Though one of the other companies was very close in bid I didn't have the faith in the other company doing as good a job for me and I ended up going with Lincoln air as have always found them to be very professional and have done a great job in the past servicing my old system. Ernie and I apologize for forgetting the other installers name did a fantastic job putting in my new system which I love and is much more efficient going from a Leer of maybe 8 or 10 to a 16.

They were here at a little after 8 am and were finished by 1 with everything in working order. Removed all the trash and left the area looking great. I have yet to ever have anyone from lincoln air disappoint me in any way. Their prices are very fair and they are all true professionals

Kenneth came out right away to address a problem we were having with our evaporative cooler, diagnosed it quickly, showed us the affected part along with a video he took showing where the leaking of water was coming from when he examined what was wrong and was able to arrive the next day with a replacement to install it! Overall, Lincoln Heating and air has been great with addressing any issues as needed and has gone above and beyond when able! Thanks!

Justin has been servicing my furnace for winter for several years. He arrives on time, does his check on the furnace, communicates with me in a professional manner, is friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. When he leaves I always feel confident that my furnace will be in good working order for the winter. Highly recommend.

I just had some major repairs on my air conditioning unit. From initial contact to completion of work, I was impressed with everyone I dealt with. Courteous appointment scheduling. Servicemen showed up when they said they would. I can be a bit aggressive in asking questions and wanting explanations. Everyone I dealt with were thorough and patient and explained everything to my complete satisfaction.

When I received estimate for work, I asked a friend of a friend in the business and they told me the cost for the work was appropriate. Great job done. I have a warranty on the work. I am happy.
