Talked me through some possible problems to look for. Sadly, it was me as a plumber?

Turns out they have been doing maintenance on the boiler with a thermocouple that fails every 1-2 years. Also turns out a $30 more thermocouple exists that needs replacement every 4-5 years. whats more important? customer or job security?

Great service person who identified the problems and repaired them quickly. He also kept us apprised of approximately what his services would cost. I will definitely use them again in the future.

When I bought my house another company had been servicing my boiler so I stuck with them. Last year, they told me a problem with the boiler meant I needed a whole new system. Quoted me $10K. I called Brown Hearing & A/C for a second opinion. I did not need a new boiler and the fix was incredibly simple and quick. My same boiler has lasted through the entire winter with no further problems.

The technician who showed up took extra time to explain everything to me. Top rating for being quick, polite, honest with me and not trying to charge extra. Definitely go with them.

They came about 5 hours earlier than expected but they were so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The brown heating geo technician was out to my house immediately and fixed my geo in a timely and professional manner. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Will for sure call them again and tell meany people about the great service. Thank you so much!

Service was performed on my furnace. I'm lead to believe that the heat exchanger was installed "upside down" leading to a premature failure of the component a few years later. For various factors I chose to have a new furnace installed. That furnace blows heated air into the unfinished basement space and the filters no longer fit the intake port. Finally, when the job was almost done the exhaust was installed facing the sky, so rain water would collect and drain into the furnace unit. It is now 12am and I am calling another organization for emergency service because the 1-year-old furnace has failed. It is -3 degrees outside.

My husband and I built a new home. We chose Brown Heating & AC Inc and were very pleased. We kept their office staff updated on our other contractors progress and Brown's crew were there the day we needed them to start. The crew was professional, all wearing branded shirts, and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. We highly recommend them!

I had Brown Heating and AC install central air at our previous residence and they installed it a day early and in very timely manner. Had them check over the furnace at our new residence before winter and were very prompt, called ahead, and fixed our issue at a very reasonable price. Have been recommending Brown HVAC to anyone I know that is looking for someone in this trade, and they have been very happy too. Highly recommend.

I have never written an online review, but was compelled to do so given the horrible service of this company. I called them in the beginning of January to service 2 fireplaces. They took some numbers from my fireplace and the remote system so they could order new parts. I never heard back from them. I finally called in March and they said they had all the parts and set up a time to service.

I waited 2 hours that day because they forgot to come. They finally came after I called and got numbers again from my fireplace but didn't bring any parts to repair. Never heard from them for over 3 weeks so I called again. They said they now couldn't repair my fireplace. I was so fed up I asked them just to return the remote system they removed so I could have someone else come over to service it.

It has been a month and I have called six times and they still have yet to return what they took. It is now almost May! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and have no customer service!
