Bob and Darlene Klecker started the company in 1979. Their dedication to client service and honesty through the years has broadened our customer base and range of services well beyond the Watertown, Wisconsin area.
Rapid Response to service requests is top priority at Klecker's Heating and A/C. If it's no heat in the winter, no cool in the summer or no hot water anytime, we're there in a timely manner with a solution. If the unit is not repairable in a cost effective manner, it's not rae to replace a furnace, A/C unit or water heater the same day the old one stops.

We're among the top five Armstrong and Amana dealers in the state and maintain a strong inventory of furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and parts. Fifteen service and installation technicians with a dozen vans and pickup trucks are trained and equipped to install and service everything we sell as well as what others can't handle. We pride ourselves on fast, timely service - especially critical during those cold winter months.

Our talented and knowledgeable team has been with us for years, our newest employee has been with us for over five years! Installers and service technicians stay current with new developments in the HVAC industry through active training and development programs. We utilize our office network of computers for estimating, scheduling, billing, inventory management, customer and equipment records.
