During the summer time it was over 80 degrees every day in my house. I had someone come out from this company, he just cleaned the AC, said everything was fine and left. It was still unbearably hot every single day. Now that it's cold, the heat does not work. Reached out to a second company and they found out there was an issue with the wiring in the wall causing both the heat and AC to run simultaneously. Really wish this was caught the first time when he was here and that I insisted it was still not working.

Monroe heating is highly knowledgeable on all things relating to heating and air conditioning and I can always count on them to show up when they say and to do the job right. With most service businesses, this is highly unusual, but I am glad they are the exception to the rule.
