We purchased a new home with an HSA Warranty. When I put in a claim for my AC, I was assigned Lemanski as the contractor. They called immediately and started to schedule a visit. When they saw I was home warranty call, I was told I would receive a call back as they needed to contact HSA. Five days later, still no word. I left a voicemail without a return call.
I then called HSA to check the status of my claim. HSA placed me on hold and called Lemanski's to check the status. HSA was able to immediately get in touch with them and HSA was informed they were too busy. I understand if a company is too busy, but a call back to let the customer know would have been appreciated, instead of leaving us in the dark.

All kinds of bullshit to avoid honoring their warranty on a faulty compressor. The technician tried to talk me out of testing leaks, although they've had to add freon for 2 years in a row. He then tried to weasel out of doing the test saying, "It might be in a place where it can't be repaired, so you'll just be spending money for nothing".
When I pressed exactly what he meant by that, he said "maybe the coil or condenser", both of which are under warranty. At my insistance, he ran the test. Surprise, surprise, the condensor is leaking. Yes Lemanski, you ARE going to replace it. Assholes!

Paid for trouble shoot call. was told heat exchanger was broken (hvac was 2 years old), cost to replace exceeded a new furnace and was told to purchase a new one because it would be the same after a rebate. turns out, heat exchanger has a 20 year warranty they just wanted to sell me a new furnace! was fixed for free by another hvac company. find someone else, your wallet will thank you!
