Some of my competitors love to brag about how many hours their employees spend in training each year. What they don't tell you is that the training is more often about sales and closing tactics than it is about the technology of the trades. If your heating/cooling equipment had been installed properly it would last far longer than it will now, or that if that poor installation is corrected, it may still give you years of efficient service and comfort even better than when it was brand new.
Ultra-efficient and energy-saving European-style tankless demand water heaters. These eliminate the waste of holding heated water by heating water on demand. Especially appropriate for homes with high demand like garden tubs or large families. Read what New Castle Delaware's Phyllis Sheppard has to say about her new Noritz demand water heater.
We see it all the time. Seven of ten of our repairs calls are for systems not properly maintained. In fact, most plumbing, heating and air conditioning repairs could have been prevented with regular seasonal maintenance. Concern for health and safety, particularly that of infants, children and elderly family members.
Jamar Craig performed the service today. I want to let you know how impressed I was meeting him. An excellent representative for your company: competent, skilled, great interpersonal relations. I would recommend this plumbing service over more popular companies due to their honest pricing policy and prompt service.

Stephen came to my house and was such a delightful person. It's rare that you meet people in this industry who are so knowledgeable and helpful all at once. Stephen was able to provide me a true picture of what was wrong with my system, and possible ways to rectify. Well nothing can be perfect, all I can ask is for people in that industry to be honest, ethical, upfront, and solution driven

Stan's provided excellent service-personable, knowledgeable and professional. They were originally coming to deliver salt for water softener. Such a great service-no way I can lift a 50lb bag of salt. Shortly before they arrived my tankless water heater stopped working. They were happy to take a look and provided an easy fix. Highly recommend!

I am really fond of this company. They make every attempt to make you feel like your family. They are very prompt, thorough and clean. They will explain the process before and after and also do a follow up call to make sure no problem has occurred. I randomly picked this company 2 or 2 1/2 years ago and been with them every since. Any problems with pipes, in which they repiped my whole house, Installed AC unit and Furnace which has not worked in 6+ years. I am very satisfied with Stan Perkoski company. Thanks you guys!

The technicians resolved the clogged drain but I believe I paid too much for the service. Over $300 to snake a drain- Yikes. I found out your competitors charge $99. I feel ripped off. I was hoping that his could be a company I would call for plumbing, heat and AC. I'll keep looking. Service: Drain cleaning

Excellent service! Nick & Nick came over in 4-5 hours upon calling Stan's and helped sort out the issue with my heating system. They also knew the previous owners of this house who had recommended them highly. What I liked the most is they explained every step of the way what was going wrong and what were they going to do to fix it! I highly appreciate when technicians take the interest and care to first explain before touching an unit. I would strongly recommend Stan's to anyone. Thanks folks!

The fellas are very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they utilize that knowledge and use technical terms to make the job seem way more difficult than it actually is. These guys must really need business. Their price to install our new furnace/heat system was almost double that of other local competition. Ridiculously HIGH. I will not be recommending them to anyone, ever.

I felt comfortable with him in my home and the whole experience showed a company with integrity and service at the top of its list. Service: Faucet repair

Since I had used Perkoski plumbing previously and been happy with their work I contacted them on July 14th to see if they could either repair or replace a leaking kitchen faucet. They scheduled a person to come out the following Monday July 19 between 12 and 2. Around 12 that day I received a call saying that there were two appointments ahead of me and that they would get to me between 3 and 5.
At 5:30 when no one showed up I called their office and left them a message saying that I needed to go out and no one would be home if they did show up. On the morning of Tuesday July 20th I received a phone call from them saying that someone would be out today between 10 and 12. Around 10 Nick, who said he was the GM showed up, reviewed my situation and said that they might be able to repair the faucet if they could get the part otherwise they could replace it.
He said he would let me know by end of day Wednesday, July 21st to see if he could get the part. It is now Friday July 23 and I have not heard anything from Nick or anyone else at Perkoski Plumbing. It is very disappointing and discouraging that a company would treat a loyal customer this way.

If I could give 0 stars, I would've. Although my business with this establishment had nothing to do with heating or cooling or whatever else they claim to be. They posted an amazing 31ft trailer on an app for 1550. It said the trailer needed some work. I left the seller, we'll call her R, a message on said app. She then reached back with her phone number.
I responded and said I will get back to you around noon. Time got away from me, but I heard my phone message alert and it was an OfferUp message. After opening the message it said the price dropped to 1100. I called immediately! R and I made tentative plans to bring money. R also stated she will sell said trailer for 800. Well that got me on my horse and I was on my way to this business.
She called and broke my heart and said another guy got there first. But if something happens, I'll be the first person she would call. 2 hours later R calls again letting me know the trailer was mine. The guy couldn't pick it up until the next day. I immediately used the U-haul App for obvious reasons. After renting the truck, I reached out via text to seller to ask for zip code and another text for hitch size on trailer.
Just to make sure all i's were dotted and all t's crossed. I was on my way to Wilmington from south Jersey, about an hour away. I was so excited to finally have something to repurpose. After arriving at this meeting place, I called seller, no answer. I texted, no response. Waited, then realized there was another trailer on the property. I looked at the trailer but wasn't the one I was coming to get.
I turned around and seen the trailer from the app being towed to this property. I thought he was bringing it down to me. A man drove up to me with a very curt tone and told me to move that thing out the way. Meaning the brand new GMC I had rented. He gets out of his truck and says "my wife didn't call you?" I say "hello, how are you?" I talked to her about an hour ago.
He says, well it's gone. The guy came back with 1000. Now. I'm not upset that the trailer was sold to the highest bidder, I'm upset that R knew I was travelling a distance and wasted money on a rental for nothing. What is interesting is that the husband asked how much I had to try to sell me another trailer. I told that poor excuse of a business owner " sir, I would never do business with you." That explains the piss poor reviews about how they conduct business. I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews as I do with any business I visit.
But I felt inclined because people need to be aware of shady characters. I've been in business as a stylist for about 20 years. It's no way I can let anyone leave my chair disappointed.

I just got scammed by this company, they kept giving me different prices while fixing the toilet. Never clearly giving me the total amount. I thought the total amount would be $198.00 which his already high. But the total came to $329.00. At this point you would think they would tell me that getting a new toilet would be best, but they just wanted to get the most money out of us. I would never recommend this company and I will surely never use them again.

My mother's AC unit broke over the weekend. She called on a Sunday night and she spoke with a manager. She ended up cancelling and rescheduling her appointment. She was told about a $70 dispatch fee upfront and was advised that there would be "additional fees". If she went with them for their service the fees would be credited towards her work. However, she was never advised that the additional fees would be $165 for someone to diagnose the problem.
Essentially this person told her that she should consider a new unit (how convenient for them) and that she had a refrigerant leak. However, in order to determine where the leak is coming from that would an additional fee. Its appalling that a company can charge $235 for someone to come out and tell you, you have a leak or you should consider a new unit. Honestly, I think the service repair man was there about an hour.
I wish I made $235 an hour! I would not recommend this place because even when I called the manager to discuss this with him, he never offered to refund any of the money. Even when I advised I wouldn't recommend this compnay, he showed no signs of wanting to please the customer. It's awful that companies can get away with this. Highway Robbery!

Stan Perkoski's Plumbing & Heating Inc installed a new gas boiler. Not only did the boiler not work properly but they also forgot to install a gas line for a stove. What's worse is that they carelessly spilled heating oil/soot and destroyed my basement carpet. They also damaged numerous basement ceiling tiles/supports and stained several tiles as well. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
