We have a fireplace in our 8yr old home that needed an annual cleaning. We bought our home 2 1/2 years ago, and have had two other cleanings by a different company. We were even thinking of replacing it because of the height of the flame etc. After reading the good reviews for County HVAC, we decided to call them. When Matt from County HVAC came, he found several parts that were not working.

He showed these to my husband and I and said he could order them. Yesterday he was able to come back and replace the valve, the tray, the control module and gas line hose. Our fireplace is running great with a higher flame and heat. We are so thankful to the exceptional service by Matt and County HVAC!

Matt replaced our hot water heater. Gave me a quote over the phone that was cheaper than the other companies I contacted. He Showed up on time. He drained and removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one in 90 minutes. He was friendly, personable and I will definitely use him in the future.

Matt is very professional. I live out of area approximately 3hrs away this being our second home. Matt came out looked things over and gave us a quote to correct some issues. Gave him the ok, gave him access to our place with the codes to get in. Arrived when he said he would. Came into a situation where our outside unit wasn't running when he got there. Was in constant communication with me. Fixed everything plus some and still only charged us what he quoted. Matt is reliable, trustworthy, professional, polite and very reasonable. 9/19/21: Had to call Matt again. AC wasn't cooling. Took a bit to identify the issue, but Matt did and said it could be repaired and was worth repairing when I asked if it was worth repairing. Matt came out on a weekend to fix the AC. I am appreciative of his customer service and his expertise. Knowledgeable, great customer service and reasonable pricing.

I highly recommend Matt. This is the second time I've called Matt for service. I prefer to use local services. This time I called him an regarding an issue with the AC. I described the issue and he indicated what it might be. Since the AC was working, we set an appointment for a few days later due to Matt's schedule. The next day, Matt called to say he could come by that afternoon.

I was surprised and happy that he found time in his schedule. Turns out thermostat needed replacing. AC working just fine now. Thanks, Matt, for your great customer service during your very busy time of year. I highly recommend Matt.

I was doing business with one of the larger Hvac companies at the beach for over 15 years. However I grew suspicious of them recently!? Every time they performed service something was always wrong? And usually expensive! That's when I did some research and found Matt's company. Based on the glowing reviews of Matt I set up an appointment! Well I'm glad I did. Matt was great.

He performed a thorough diagnostic of my unit. He assured me I didn't have the problem the other company claimed I had! I will now be using Matt exclusively going forward! I highly recommend him! At the end of the day all you want is honesty. and that's why I'm switching!

Matt came out on short notice.he was on time and took the time to explain to me (recently purchased the house) the 3 systems and what parts of the house they controlled. He cleaned all 3 heating units and gave me a fair price on replacing the only one that he felt needed to be upgraded. He explained why it would eventually need to be replaced and he also looked over the a/c units and gave me a quote on what it would take to get them running properly when the time came to turn them on. I was very pleased with his work and am happy to have found such a person!

Having your AC serviced is usually up there with getting teeth pulled but Matt made it an enjoyable experience. Does what's needed and does not rake you over the coals on phantom pricing. Excellent experience, would definitely use County HVAC again if I wasn't moving out of the area.

Called company yesterday afternoon, my air conditioning system was leaking water, they were able to come out when I got home from work, Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything he was doing, he was quick, I have been in my home for 10 yrs, never had my system serviced in fear of being raked over the coals. Matt was extremely reasonable. will definitely have him back and start having my heating/cooling system serviced on a regular basis. took a few of his business cards to give out to the neighbors as well. Finally a HVAC company you can trust!

I completely agree with the other poster-Honest, hardworking, and fair. This is the "little guy" and he busts his tail to make things right. I am embarrassed to say that after having them out to work on an antiquated system several times, I finally upgraded to a new system with someone else-to save a few bucks. Never again. Guess who was out servicing my equipment when the "One Hour" guys told me it would be 4-5 days before they could come out?

In the middle of the first heat wave. Yep. I was told by the other company that they used their own brand, which turned out to be a Goodman, which is CRAP! (note all caps) (note again) (again) (ok, done) LISTEN TO MATT at County. He knows his stuff and he is more than fair. You are never a "number" to him and he will educate you on options v/s SELL you on something you don't need/want. I will not call another company again if I can help it!

If you are looking for a service company that provides honest, quality and reasonable service then these are your guys. they saved me from a nighmare scenario that Horizon Services had proposed. Instead of paying the Horizon hustlers 7,000.00 I paid County 150.00 and the problem was solved. Thank you County HVAC!
