We have more than 50 EPA Certified Technicians serving customers across Northern California and they take pride in delivering their personal best every day. OnSite Documentation is a proprietary HVAC maintenance reporting system developed by Legacy Mechanical & Energy Services, Inc. This "value added" service provides an ongoing information stream for each piece of equipment with detailed Preventive Maintenance Tasks, Equipment Trend Logs, and a Chronological History of Emergencies and Repairs.
Legacy has been certified by Pacific Gas & Electric Company to perform the unique Optimization Maintenance Rebates, where attractive financial incentives are paid to the building owner for our performance of ASHRAE Standard 180 preventive maintenance on qualified rooftop A/C units. Significant energy savings is the result.
Legacy has a proud heritage of premier Design / Build HVAC services in Northern California. Earlier in our careers at our predecessor company, we were the proud recipient of National HVAC Contractor of the Year Award by Contracting Business magazine.
