I had a issue thinking I had a water leak and we contacted Jesse Mole and he got the plumbing technician John Johns out here very quickly and John was great and assured us that the water was not coming from our home. Which put our mind at ease. Thank you Jesse & John! Great customer service! We will definitely recommend Air Assurance in the future.

Air Assurance Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing recently gave us a completely new heating and air conditioning system. We’re very pleased with the quality of the system, but we are very appreciative of the expertise of each of the representatives who have come to help us. With any large change in your home, you expect to have questions arise after the initial instillation.
We have been impressed with your representatives. Not only are they efficient and knowledgeable, but they are never rushed in answering a question.
Zach Franklin explained why the control panel had to be moved to a different wall. Our home was built in 1955, and the wiring needed to be replaced. Upon checking the attic, it was seen he could not gain access to that area of the wall to run a new line.
He searched for other sites and refused to put the control panel in the kitchen, which we appreciated. Returning to the attic, he found a particular wire that was the answer. He then engineered the path for the new wire from the attic, to hide along a wall of a closet, and thread it past a wall of bricks in the living room. The panel could then go on that wall.
He never gave up. He was always cheerful. He was knowledgeable and inventive. He took the extra time to find an excellent answer. He also suggested that the damper could be relocated for more ease of use. Very thoughtful! The very next day, Zae and Devon came to install the damper. They were very competent and kind. Devon reassured us when we had a question about a possible change in pressure in the system with this change.
He was very knowledgeable in his explanations of the working of the damper and we were satisfied. Zae repaired the area of the original damper and explained that reinforcement was made of the same material. He explained the process and even though the attic was hot, he was patient and took the time to answer questions. We were impressed with both men’s professionalism.

Stephen Taylor, with Air Assurance, was extremely knowledgeable and designed the perfect system for my house based on square footage & design. At 61 years old, I wanted quality, not cheap builder grade. I have learned, you always get what you pay for. I believe I got the perfect system and the perfect company. Martin oversaw the entire operation and cut no corners.
Even when I tried to make the installation easier on the crew, Martin refused and insisted on perfection, at no additional cost. My Lennox system is the nicest I have ever seen and I am confident in it, as well as Air Assurance to maintain it, and continue to provide fantastic service & maintenance moving forward. Don't pinch a penny when it comes to your home. Don't hire a small time contractor, here today, gone tomorrow. Hire the best, Air Assurance. Use the best, Lennox.

Jesse with Air Assurance was our lead contact on our estimate and new HVAC install. My wife and I had estimates from other local companies but the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by Jesse at Air Assurance was head and shoulders above the rest. His communication and attention to detail to get the job done right was what sold us on using them.
It was refreshing to see a company follow through with the services they promised up front. We have a family member that owns and operates an out of state HVAC company and he too was impressed with their level of service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done Right. and not just done.

Best plumbing and air company in Tulsa hands down full stop! In the past 3 months, they have fixed our furnace, replaced our hot water heater (with warranty), and our master shower. The master shower was a big deal because we had just remodeled and it did not have pressure or hot water. They fixed it within half an hour. I'm elated because I did not know if it would be $100 or they'd have to get into the pipes behind the wall and cost would be high. They also worked with the water heater company to get a replacement under warranty and saved us a lot of money. I appreciate them so much!

Air Assurance replaced my entire HVAC unit. From the first point of contact with Jay, my experience was great! Jay was very helpful in answering questions, responding to emails promptly, and knowledgeable about the products. The install team that he sent out was great, as well. David was knowledgeable and professional. Jay and David and their team were very friendly and seemed to go above and beyond in installing our new equipment. I would give them 5 stars, but I think there is always room for improvement. : I would highly recommend Air Assurance!

My husband called the after hours service when we notice a spot on the garage ceiling. Upon further review when the roof was replaced the flue vent was separated in the attic space. Air Assurance responded in 30 minutes. Our technician Dalton was polite, professional and knowledgeable! He was down to earth and explained as he repaired and checked the safety of our heating system. What peace this gave us this evening! Good job Dalton! We appreciate you!

We recently decided it was time to replace our old HVAC system. We got several quotes and ended up using Air Assurance. Mike Guillan came to our home and did the most thorough analysis of our system of anyone. He was incredibly knowledgeable and came up with smart solutions to our concerns. It was a huge job involving 2 air conditioners, 2 heaters, switching from floor ducts to having them in the ceiling and walls and replacing all of the return air ductwork.
It took 2 crews of men working one whole week. They were very conscientious and professional and did a wonderful job. They were punctual and cleaned their workspace at the end of every day. We definitely recommend Air Assurance and especially Mike Guillan!

Furnace would not fire up and stay on. They came out to diagnose the problem. They said it was the gas valve and wanted $550 to change it out. I said thanks but I'll do it myself. Bought a new gas valve and still had the same problem. I asked them to come back out because their initial diagnosis was wrong. They looked it over again and this time said it was the circuit board and wanted $590 to change that out. Again, I said no thanks I can do that. Bought a new board and changed it out in 30min. Once again, still having the same problem. After more research, appears to be a dirty flame sensor and just needs to be cleaned off. Beware of getting scammed by these guys!

Air Assurance is awesome! I had a leak and storm was on the way. Air Assurance had their guys out and had it fixed within hours. They are totally professional and answered my many questions with utmost patience. In addition, my furnace died on one of the coldest days of the year. Air Assurance came through with flying colors again. They got the old furnace out, installed the new one, and replaced some seriously bad ductwork in record time.

These guys are absolutely the best, from Mike Guillen, the consultant to the installers as well as the Scott, the original repairman that diagnosed the problem. They were courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their part of the job. Everything was explained to me along the way! They all are highly recommended!

Air Assurance Review. I scheduled Air Assurance to diagnose and repair my gas furnace. I knew up front that the basic service charge was $99. They advertise that this includes travel time and the time to diagnose the issue. Service Tech Scott arrived at 12:15. He diagnosed the problem as a pressure switch hose needing replaced but didn't have one in the truck.
He told my wife he could pick it up at a closer warehouse but would instead travel back to Air Assurance (15 minutes away). He left at 12:52 to get the hose. When he returned at 2:02, he told my wife he had a hard time finding the hose at their warehouse. He replaced the hose and left my house at 2:45. I was charged $286 total for this repair. He was in my home for 80 minutes.
It took him over an hour to travel 30 miles roundtrip and "find" the part. I brought my concern to the attention of Field Supervisor Tony Newcomb. He said replacing a pressure switch hose wasn't in the flat rate books so they charged me a general rate on time. I responded that I would've been charged less with 2 separate service calls ($198) than the rate they ended up with ($286).
I should not pay for their lack of organization in their own warehouse. Mr Newcomb didn't reply to my second email. It's been a week. I am including my invoice and email exchange. I share this review so that others can consider this experience when choosing who they have service their HVAC.

Air A assurance came out to my house to do a pretty big job, replacing my sewer pipes. They left the job site a mess with trash, like cans and bottles. That was left there for several days while they were doing the job. They had to bring in a big track hoe and luckily, I have a double wide fence that opens and allows access. It's great to have when I need big equipment in my backyard.
On their way out they ran over my fence with the track hoe and bent it in a tire shape. It's completely ruined. I cant close my fence. I talked to the manager and he assured me he would be out to take a look at it and get back with me. It's been about a month, and I have not heard a word. Meanwhile, my fence is ruined. I have pets and this gaping hole and broken fence allows them to get out and possibly get hit by cars. I'm very distressed about the situation and want it to be resolved.
I thought they'd do the honorable thing and fix it, but nope, I'm going to have to put in a lot more work and time then I have hounding them to fix it. You will be hearing from me Monday. They also left a giant pipe they were supposed to take with them in the clean up and their leveling job of land is not good at all. Lumpy and uneven.

Air Assurance installed a complete new HVAC system with proper ducting and a new WIFI thermostat. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism from beginning to end. Mike Guillen and crew came out and assessed our needs and gave us options in less than 24 hours. Mike helped with all the options and knew the systems operation and advantages of each to help us make a decision. Installers were very professional as well, and did a superb job in installing and adjusting the system to make sure every room was cooled/heated to our satisfaction. If you want the best, Air Assurance is top notch in our book, and highly recommended.

Our experience with Air Assurance began with Paul, the salesman. He was very polite, informative and friendly. When my husband asked for a detailed price list, Paul was more than happy to give my husband what he asked for. Having a detailed price list was one of the main reasons we chose Air Assurance. The other companies we looked at provided a final cost, but did not break it down.
When the work began, Chad and Kade were great. They were helpful, explained everything to my husband when he asked questions, they were very kind to me and explained things to me, and they didn't seem to mind being attacked by our 12 week old puppy. We felt bad for Kade because he was the one who spent the most time in the attic, and it was during the week where 92 degrees was the low.
But he was such a trooper and never complained. Both gentlemen were extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves every day. You could not tell they had been here at the end of the day, because they swept up and put all of their trash into one large container. When they left, they took the container with them. I thought they would leave it for our trash people, but they took all of their trash with them.
It was wonderful that they cleaned up after themselves. During the week they were here, another gentleman came through to seal up the duct vents that were in the floor. I can not recall his name, but he was extremely polite and kind. He wore his little blue booties while traveling in and out of the house and made sure his area was clean when he was finished. Last, but not least, was the electrician Ramone.
He came in and told me what needed to be repaired on our end. He made sure to check all of the work completed by the Air Assurance guys and said it was great and looked good. They had done everything correctly and up to code, and up to my husbands standards as well. Ramone was great. Every gentleman who came to our home representing Air Assurance were polite, helpful and very professional.
Thank you Air Assurance for hiring such trustworthy, professional individuals to represent your company. If the need ever arises again, we will definitely be using your company and will recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and air work done.

We have used Air Assurance for the past 3 seasons to check our heating and air both spring and fall. Our system was struggling to draw enough air so I asked for an estimate to add an additional return. Mike their tech representative showed up and conducted an inspection. Yes, I needed an additional return and our air ductwork needed to be reworked because it was leaking and sucking in dust.
He put an electronic meter on the kitchen island to monitor the air quality. This sent a red flag up. I immediately had flash backs of a door to door vacuum salesman from the 60's. Mike left me 3 options up to $3,408.00 I decided I to get a second opinion. Not knowing who I could trust I ended up calling Home Depot to get a quote. Their heat and air service is done by AirCo. Nick from AirCo showed up and did a complete inspection with pictures.
He immediately said our ductwork was was in great shape and showed me pictures of all of it. No we didn't need a new return just increase the size of one return. His three options topped out at just over $2,000.00. We went with the middle option with a cost of $1,258.90. Air Assurance would have charged $982.00 to rework our our "great" ductwork.

I am so thankful this is the company our family chose to consolidate our two failing systems into one unit. I've had to have them send someone back a couple times to tweak the dispersion of air flow and each time they have responded with professionalism and kindness. I will continue to call on this company when we have the need. Special thanks to MIKE G. and BRIAN!

Had two different experiences with Air Assurance. We had a lightening strike at our home that burnt out both our furnaces. We contacted Air Assurance to give us an estimate for repairs, which a technician did, and an estimate for new units, which a salesman did. Our experience with the technician was great. He was personable and knowledgeable about the furnace and the workings within the furnace and was able to give us an estimate for repairs to our old units.
Then there was the experience with Jesse Mole, the salesman, he too was knowledgeable and gave us 4 different estimates at different price points, the top of line units being $20k and the standard replacement of our units $7k. My wife and I talked it over the next day and decided to go with the value option since it was an insurance claim. We called Jesse to let him know we were ready to move forward and schedule an install date and he told us everything would be ready and he would call us back later that day after completing the paperwork in the office.
We waited till about 4pm and never received a call. I messaged him but it went unanswered. We waited over the weekend and messaged him again on a Monday, to which he replied that he missed our messages and was sorry he didn't call, he again said he would call later that day, and again no call. Text exchange for reference.

Have you ever known you were going to have a good experience with a company after just the initial phone call? Well, that is what happened to me. I was referred to them by an an associate I work with. Mike Guillen answered the phone right away, without knowing who I was (which is actually rare these days based on all the SPAM calls). He was able to get a technician out to our home THAT DAY to help with our failing AC.
The Technician (Ryan) was also completely wonderful and told us we needed our ducts redone or sealed better. He said he would let the office know to call me to schedule an estimate for this. and this step happened exactly as indicated (which is also rare). Mike and his partner Paul were the specialists who came out to assess our situation. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
They spent 3 1/2 hours assessing our situation, even going above and beyond by taking a look at our in-floor ducts. They will be helping us repair what the original installers of the system we purchased did not do correctly. I encourage you to give them a try if you are in need. They are AWESOME!

Wanted to jump on here real quick and thank the Air Assurance team for an excellent job replacing my central heat and air! Everyone, from Jay, my consultant who guided me through the process and answered all my questions, to my installers, Zach and Ryan, who did a fantastic job and stayed to make sure everything looked great and ran exactly as expected!
Extremely professional and very satisfied with their work. SO HAPPY TO HAVE NICE COLD AIR AGAIN. I highly recommend! Good work all! Special shout out to Steve, my serviceman for his diligence in keeping my old system running for years longer than it really needed to. Always very open and honest with what he could do to help me.

I own a restaurant and we called them out to fix the heater. On a Friday, they said they'd wait til Monday for a part from OKC. My restaurant was without heat all weekend. Monday comes around and they said they won't install said part until there's no rain. The week's forecast shows rain all week. Called AirCo, they're going to install the part in the rain, had to buy the part from Air Assurance to give to someone who would actually help us. I believe some companies don't realize that others rely on them and instead get to it when it's comfortable and convenient. Will never use Air Assurance again.

I have had an annual plan with Air Assurance for two years for a reasonable cost ($150). Like clockwork, they call twice a year to set up an appointment to check and clean etc my central air and heating system. Their employees are always courteous and explain what they are going to do. Yesterday, Wyatt S. came and did my annual checkup. When he left he sent an email with a comprehensive checklist of what was done and pictures of the key elements of my system in case we need to compare the unit at some point in the future.
Two years ago I had Air Assurance fix a plumbing problem. Based on my satisfaction with the plumber's willingness to carefully brainstorm about the problem and a long term solution, I signed up for annual service. Needless, to say I am very satisfied with Air Assurance. Timely service, fair pricing, courteous service persons. What more could you ask for? Thanks

As an old neighbor friend David is as cool as it gets, but I couldn't afford a old friends plumbing service. Got a repipe estimate from 6 companies and they were from $7016.35 to $15.500 and you were number one as far as most expensive, and the two people they sent out didn't even go under the house and look. Why is it that your company is so expensive like more than Double the highest other than this place? We had to go elsewhere but not because of anything but the price weeks before Christmas. :

After getting home from work around 7:30 pm on August 13th, I found that our a/c would not start. After seeing Air Assurance ads on television for years I called to schedule a technician. I asked if they could have someone come out that night and was told the technician would contact me. I knew it was most likely a capacitor that was out, but because of my work hours I usually dont get home until nearly 7 pm.
This means I didn't have time to get to Locke Supply to buy the part needed either. I knew I would have to pay OT or emergency rates, but had no choice. After waiting for about an hour, I received a text from Air Assurance telling me they could send a technician the next day between 12-2 pm, which obviously did not meet my needs. Guess it's hard to find good service, even though the company advertises emergency service they dont really mean that. Avoid Air Assurance and find someone who will do the work they advertise.

Mike Guillen and another man came to give a quote on new air/heat last week. They went into the attic to check duct work and then showed me pictures of the duct work on their phone. Pictures Showed massive problems in the duct work including holes and was advised that it would cost approximately $2800 to repair. Also was to provide a quote on new system.
Never contacted me with information on new system and I called and left leave amessage requesting the quote. I called two other companies to receive quotes and both companies did not see any damage to the duct work. I was confused why Air Assurance said there was a problem with the duct work so the repairman with the last company took additional pictures in the attic and there weren't any problems or holes in the ducts.

Let's take a trip to the beginning. had AA do our plumbing for our remodel. two water leaks later from separate areas caused black mold in our walls and over $1900 in repairs on brand new hand scraped wood floors. plumber tried collect payment from his crappy work he already did and didn't u defat and why we were not going to pay it. I told them they can pay for our wood floors and he went silent.
Now my daughters bathroom has no pressure. not a little pressure, but NONE. It's taken 3 months and multiple calls and they still haven't ordered any faucets to repair. this is the 3rd time they said they would "expedite" our situation. well guess what. plumbing department manager is going on vacation for the holiday weekend. go figure. DO NOT USE THEM FOR PLUMBING!

I called last month for a heating check up. They told me it would be 2 1/2 weeks before they could come out. I found this very unacceptable especially since as i thought i was a valued customer. I just spent $10K with them last year on a new Heating and cooling unit. If I would have known this was the type of service I would get, I would have had another company install my new unit, maybe they would treat me as more valued customer.

Friday night we came home from being at the hospital for 2 days to find our AC down and our bulldogs on the verge of heatstroke. My husband called and was advised we would get a call back within an hour. 15 minutes later, Kevin was calling and headed straight to our house. Turns out, roofers who had been there earlier in the day pierced a line with a nailgun. Kevin worked late into the night to fix everything, took pictures of the line and put all of this detail on the receipt so we could deal with the roofing company. And even though it was extremely expensive, they were very quick and very professional.

Charged $629 for a furnace motor that when researched after the fact cost no more than $150. We also paid the $99 service fee. Tech couldn't tell us why the part cost so much, but he let us take a picture of the box it came in.so I could check pricing. Called customer service for an explanation and did not get a return call.

Quality of work seems good so far. Was promised during the quote that the rebate process was simple and they would do all of the paperwork and take care of it for me quickly and without worry. That has not been the case. I'm 8 emails, half dozen calls and 4 weeks into waiting on my rebate, only to have the salesman tell me it has not been sent off for yet. Interoffice communication has not been stellar. Told several people to only call this one number on install day and that was another hiccup on their part.
They were scheduled to start in the morning and the first worker arrived @ 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. That was greatly disappointing. Precious time was wasted while a family member started waiting for them beginning at 8:00 a.m. After 5 hours of waiting, I began to place calls @ 1:00 in the afternoon to "remind" my salesman of my service appointment that was to have taken place that morning.
No restitution and weak apologies were all that was offered. I can't get those 7 hours back. The work did eventually get finished that same evening. Have had worse, have had better.

I whole heartedly recommend Air Assurance. We worked with Jay. He was fantastic. He spent a great deal of time tailoring a plan for us. On the first day of installation, we walked through everything with him and the crew. There were several last minute details that had to be ironed out and EVERY ONE of them was completed to our satisfaction. Most importantly, during that walk through Jay suggested a significant change to the plan.
It was brilliant and turned a really good plan into a great plan. His crew completed everything, special requests, last minute additions, the whole job -- on time and brilliantly. I am totally satisfied.

I hightly reccomend Air Assurance. They assesses my house for making the upstairs more balanced in cooling. Instead of just walking in and saying "you need a bigger a/c unit, " Mike actually crawlled around my attic and gave me a full assessment. He used a heat camera and logically explained my problem spots. He said that I would be better served with spray foam insulation for an immediate fix on the upstairs. Thank you for taking the high road and helping me with my problem versus just making money on a new a/c unit! Yelpers they are pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I've used Air Assurance several times, and have always been pleased. I was surprised when I didn't have the number handy and looked them up on yelp to find 2 very negative reviews. (The good reviews for some reason are listed as not recommended.) I knew they were a good company and called them to come out. They were here within an hour and my house is warm again!
I was afraid they would recommend a new system, since mine is over 20 year old. But the tech assured me that it just needed some parts adjusted and cleaned. He was friendly and polite. He was here 2-3 hours working and the bill was under $300, and he gave me a form to send in for a $30 rebate. My heater feels like it's blowing better and warmer than it has in years. Couldn't be more pleased.
