Services
Even our roots were formed on these basic principles. After working for a Fortune 500 company as a service manager, Robert Soder decided to strike out on his own and stay in Tulsa with his family rather than accept a transfer out of state. With that, Soder Mechanical was born in 1978 as primarily an HVAC-R service company.
Since 1978, SODER MECHANICAL has been a leader in the sales and service of heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems. SODER has earned a solid reputation as a company known for its attention to detail. For vital, climate-sensitive areas, including computer rooms, you need reliable air conditioning applications.
When it comes to commercial heating applications, you can't afford to suffer any downtime. It's vital that regular maintenance is administered to keep your systems running efficiently and any necessary repairs are made quickly and effectively. That's why so many organizations trust Soder Mechanical to service their heating equipment.
Leaking pipes and faulty plumbing quickly turn from small problems to big problems. That's why Soder Mechanical is dedicated to using only the highest quality components in the systems we install and also why our service technicians are available around the clock. For commercial and industrial plumbing needs, we have the experience to do the job right the first time.

I would AVOID these guys. I had a good experience with K&M Shillingford after having a bad experience with this company. I called them out to my condo during the Artic Blast in Feb 2021 due to one of my heating units not working. The tech that came out said they couldn't do any work that day due to the setup of the system and they would have to come back another day.
I was fine with them not being able to do the work due to the risk of having to shut off heating to other residents in the complex. However, they do a lot of work in my complex (so they know how the system is) and should have been familiar with this setup ahead of time. Additionally, per the call note on the invoice I told them it was a boiler system.
They are also aware the units dont come originally installed with shutoff valves. The problem came when I received a $125 bill for them spend 20 minutes here and tell me they can't do anything that day (to be clear I did not tell them they couldn't work, they told me they couldnt work). Additionally, I did not even get an answer on what the problem is, I was told it might be coil but they would not know until it was flushed (I already told them when I called that I thought it was the coil, as it shows in the call note on the invoice).
So no help there. I spoke with Scott Soder (whom appears to be the owner based off their website) about this and told him I don't think I should be paying $125 for a company to tell me they can't do the work (as stated above they should have known they wouldn't have prior to coming out) that day and where I got no value from their services. I asked that the invoice be voided if I am going to pay them to come out again and perform the work I originally called them out to do.
He refused to cancel the invoice and even went so far as to threaten to file in small claims court if didn't pay it (lol). They obviously don't care about retaining customers as they allowed a shoddy $125 invoice get in the way of likely $750+ in revenue and future referrals to other neighbors in my complex. Major red flag!
