Best customer service that I have ever experienced. Called at 8:30 and was in the shop having my vehicle worked on at 9:00 then was out the door by 9:45. They kept me up to date on the entire process while I was there and consulted me before doing anything. My vehicle rides like it's brand new again. I will never take my car anywhere else. Perrymans is by far the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to my vehicle.

My fiance came in with somee back break issues and they fixed it with no problems or issues and did a good job. The only thing I didnt like is they charge the customer $10 for using a debit card. Now if it were me I would find way to not put that extra fee on the customer on top of having $300 worth of work done. Other than that we really dont have any issues they did a good job thats why we gave 5 stars they were very accommodating to our situation.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional individuals who performed the needed repairs on my Mustang. Told me upfront what was wrong, fixed it for a great price and very pleased with the results.

Not completely honest with me about the work that was to be done. I brought my car here a few months ago because of vibration in the front end, they thought it was ball joints, and told me they would replace the complete upper control arms up front and press in new lower ball joints. I got 2 new lower ball joints and only 1 upper control arm, even though they charged me for 2.

The passenger side was replaced correctly, the drivers side, they just pressed in a new ball joint and didn't tighten the grease fitting, it wasn't there. I had to buy a new one and add it back on. My front end still shakes and it cost me $800. They had my car done fast and were friendly, but charged me for parts that they didn't use and didn't fix the issue, my alignment was also off after the visit. Steering wheel is turned to the left to keep it straight.
