Dupont's Service Center

I've taken my car to DuPont's for my last 2 state inspections. I appreciate their amazing custom service, integrity, and honesty. I am also a fan of how clean their waiting area is.

Well organized, professionally run, "do it all" auto maintenance facility. The staff in the front is very helpful, and the maintenance teams are experts. They have the best tools and equipment, and tons of experience. I have utilized Dupont's several times now for maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Fees and expenses are slightly higher than competitors, but the top notch work done is well worth it!

This business has first rate people interacting with the public. The technical work is excellent as well. I can describe symptoms or work I would like done and leave the rest to them knowing I will get a professional experience. I have always dropped the vehicle off and have not yet needed their courtesy transportation service but it is great knowing its available. I like the fact that I can accumulate reward points that translate directly into money off the bill.

I called at least 10 garages trying to find an appointment when my clutch started making a terrifying noise. Dupont was the only place that genuinely sounded apologetic AND was able to squeeze me in a week before anyone else could. They provided excellent service, great communication and explained all the issues in detail - making sure to explain when a repair was necessary versus preventative maintenance.

I highly recommend them for any auto repair you may have. They're obvious passion for their work, teamwork mentality, and friendliness was SO refreshing! Thank you, Dupont's!

This place is the best! I started going here 7 or 8 years ago when I moved to the area because someone recommended them and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! They have excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They will tell you when you don't need work done, so when they say something does need to get done, you can trust them.

They always go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I've been very impressed with how they work hard to fit you in and get the work done fast. They have a shuttle service and will give you a loaner vehicle if needed. Everyone is so nice here. They really take the hassle out of normally very frustrating car repair experiences. I highly recommend!

I do not know anything about cars. I needed to find a garage I could trust and I have at DuPonts. My car was recently fixed with them within hours and I got it back same day. I was not expecting such a quick turn around and was beyond grateful. They were constantly communicating and updating me via text and calls which was extremely helpful especially while I was busy working. They are professional and kind. The check out office is always clean. I have recommended them to friends at work and will not be going anywhere but here!

This was my first time using Dupont's Service and I was pretty impressed. When I showed up they told me my appointment was the following week and I had received email confirmation of the wrong day by accident. I was prepared to come back the following week but they managed to fit me right in that same day, and had my state inspection finished and my vehicle back to me all within about 45 minutes. I'll definitely be returning for services on both of my vehicles in the future.

I have always been treated with honesty and fairness. I can't express how rare that can be in such a highly competitive industry. What a great staff. Thank you, techs and customer service for having a great experience year after year. Definitely would recommend.

By far the most friendly, honest, and most importantly the least "salesy/pushy" auto shop I've ever been to. All of the staff is helpful and a pleasure to speak with. They also offer an extremely frequent shuttle service to take you home or to your job at no additional cost! Talk about going above and beyond! I will give a special shoutout to Chris, which is who I mainly work with.

Super nice guy that goes above and beyond. He is very honest about what repairs are needed ASAP and which repairs can wait. I would rate their servicing, quality, turnaround time, staff, convenience, and customer service an 11 out of 10. I couldn't see myself taking my cars anywhere else! Keep up the amazing job!

I had made an appointment to get a new alternator on my car. I was having a had time making arrangements to get the car there but Mike was so kind and accommodating! Jay communicated with me on the status of the car and answered all my questions. Such a pleasure working with honest, caring people.

I am a Domino's driver currently, and when my radiator began to leak, my boss recommended me to these guys. While it seems they do good work, for my situation specifically, I dealt with some issues getting the job done. First of all, the radiator was ridiculously expensive, despite the OE option being available on RockAuto for $150 less. I wasn't able to find out why this was the case. Secondly, after driving my car off, I found that the top transmission cooler line on the radiator was leaking, but the people couldn't get me back in right away, even though that was part of the job.

My friend and I added thread sealant and fixed the problem, as there was almost none on the fitting when we disconnected it. I'm sure I just had a fluke and had a poor job done, as my boss hasn't had any issues with them, but I don't think I'm personally going to go back here.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I typically prefer a shop where you talk directly to the mechanics, but in my experience with Dupont's, I've found the service writers to be very professional, highly knowledgeable, and the service timely. Will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

After moving to the area, I was worried that I would have trouble finding a reliable repair shop. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to find Dupont's and could not be happier. As someone who admittedly does not know much about cars, a member of the Dupont's always takes time to explain what work they've done to the car and what to expect should there be an issue in the future.

Each member of their team is kind and courteous and makes you feel like you've known them for years. Most importantly, you can trust them to be transparent and reliable when working on your car. I strongly recommend Dupont's to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

If you do not mind issues with your car being missed, or having the work incomplete, the owner yelling at you when you contact them for their mistake, bring it on down to Dupont's! I was looking for a new mechanic after 6 years of leasing cars. I read all the reviews, thinking this garage sounds fantastic. I had bought a used vehicle, wanted a full look over, the staff was very pleasant, I received notification on what needed to be repaired, which to my surprise wasn't much.

Apparently a few things were "overlooked" I spoke to the owner, if you want to do that, do not expect to get a word in, he wont let you. He will scream at you. I am appalled that someone who could be in business this long has stayed in business. The other staff was great, at first. Mr. would not hear me out. Accused another shop of causing the issues, which the other shop found and suggested I bring it back to be taken care of.

Duponts have been my go-to place for all quick, reliable fixes. The front desk staff and the garage staff are so friendly and make sure you understand everything you need to know. The employees who work at Dupont are impressive! Their depth of knowledge of wrenching all types and manner of vehicles that they service floored me! The were informative and ever helpful in getting my Class B RV inspected. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with all of the ones that I met.

My daughter was visiting briefly from out of town, She needed new tires, an oil change and a mysterious vibration researched. When I called, I got a real human being. who was able to get her an appointment quickly. Once in the shop, the staff took care of everything. Their communications regarding the vehicle while in their hands was fast/efficient. as well as their service. Excellent on all fronts. Thank you very much
