Thank you so much, Mr. Nick! Mr. Nick was on time and he came with a smile, which made my whole situation a better one. It was 92 degrees in my home, but his pleasant attitude was amazing. He came in asked questions, and got to work. He kept me updated on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and at the end I was given 3 OPTIONS on what I wanted today, in the future, etc.

I have never received 3 different quotes and was able to choose what was best for me. He was very professional and personable with talking to my son about Football and about his children as well. He is an asset to this company. I became a 1st time home buyer 2 years ago and this was the first time that something major had to be fixed within my home.

I was very pleased with everything and became a client today. They will come out twice this year to check on my unit, which is very important to me. Again, thank you and I would recommend this company to not only to families with emergency shut downs like my family, but to those that need a quote. The diagnostic fee was a great price compared to others! I am very pleased.

I loved my experience. Our A/C was going out.i called the company rather late. They stated there weren't any availablities till the following morning however I explained I'd be working so the guy on the phone stated they would try to work me in that evening. I believe his name was Brad. He was very diligent of getting me worked in that evening and the tech contacted me earlier than expected. Technician Buddy Sullivan was very honest about what needed to be done.

The company still didn't think they'd be able to come out till the following wed but offered to bring portable acs until then. However they were able to get to me soon than expected and finished earlier than predicted. After accessing the work we were extremely pleased with finished work. Would highly recommend.

I forgot who it was that came out but he was so kind and friendly. I called that morning and they where at my house within 3-4 hrs. Very professional also. My AC went out and he went to the unit and knew right away how to fix it. Was only here for not even 30 minutes and he had it fixed. Plus it was pouring down rain and he still did what he needed to do. Thank you so much for everything, I'm definitely recommending you guys and sticking with you for all my heating and air issues!

Called yesterday afternoon and the service manager immediately called back. He was in the area and came to our house within 15 minutes. I am not technical, but he rewired our A/C unit which had been incorrectly wired when it was installed years ago by a different company. The rewiring was needed for a new programmable thermostat to be installed. We were very impressed by his knowledge and technical skill. Highly recommend AYS and their service manager, Buddy Sullivan.

Justin R. did a fantastic job checking our system. He patiently and throughly explained potential issues we could expect and how to prevent them. Justin was very friendly and understanding of my angry dog haha. He also taught me something about our system to potentially keep us more comfortable! I really appreciated his time, patience, expertise, and customer service!

John was my tech. Professional and polite. Had issues with my furnace going in and out. I wasn't sure about the issue. He checked everything out thoroughly and made sure it was working without fail. Inspected my AC unit, cleaned the condenser and drain lines. Answered my numerous questions with a great attitude. Ended up getting a service plan. Would not hesitate to have him as my tech again. Appreciative of him and the company in general.

John Shuey came out to do a follow up check on our heat pump that was installed last June. He was on time, very polite and professional. He explained everything he checked and was very knowledgeable. I was pleased with his inspection. Services: Heating system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

The AC unit caused a huge leak the day before our wedding that was getting worse by the hour. I was in a panic to get it fixed the same day so that we wouldn't have to worry about it on our wedding day or while on our honeymoon. I called tons of places and no one would fit us in. Thankfully someone was able to come from At Your Service Heating & Air, and showed up earlier than planned since they were aware it was our wedding weekend. The technician fixed the issue (flushed the drain line since it was clogged) and was very understanding and professional. Thank you so much for your service!

Technician came out on 01/22/22 and recommended that we install a new unit. Paid 120 for the initial inspection. Was informed that another technician would be here Sunday 01/23/22 between 12pm and 2pm by the name of Blake. Technician did not show up nor did I receive a call or email to inform mw of a time change. Will not be needing their services for sure!

Justin did a great job with annual maintenance check. He is professional, thorough and answered all my questions completely. I can and do recommend this company without hesitation and am requesting Justin as my service provider. They replaced my central heating & air system a few years ago and it's still working.
