Professional, reliable, fantastic company. Phil was a great person to work with, knowledgeable and generous. From beginning to end he was present. His team of guys arrived, got to work and ensured all was operational and we were set. Financing was a breeze, assurance and compared to the companies with 100 trucks, trust me when I tell you, you get more bang for your money. We love our brand new system!!! They hauled away all trash. We recommend this company. Hands down one of the best in all of SC. Warranty is transferrable if you plan to sell, big bonus for your asking price. Military discounts. Very responsible company, came on time, did a great job, and left no mess. I'm a retired contractor from another state. Danny and Zack were easy to work with on my own home. They showed up when they said they would and explained evert step of the install. Asking if the location for the equipment was good. After which Danny ran through the operational aspects, showing us how it works.

My experience with Energy Sharks was great. Phil was able to meet me on the day I called him and assess the situation in my home. My house is an older home and presented many challenges. Phil was able to plan for the worst and then also helped me navigate through the contract and financing. They were quickly able to schedule the install. Danny and his crew showed up on-time in the morning and quickly got to work.
Even after some nasty surprises, they were able to make the best of it while working quickly. Everyone emphasized doing it "the right way" over just putting something in just to be done with it. I really appreciated how much effort they put into explaining and showing things to me. I can tell a difference already-- before even getting my first power bill.
My heat pump used to run all night and not even blow warm air. Now it's hardly turning on because the system is so efficient. I recommend using Energy Sharks over anyone else in the business because they will be open, honest, and do things the way they should be done-- the right way.

What can I say that others have not already said. The service and workmanship was spectacular from start to finish. Thank you Phil for coming out and going over everything with me and explaining what I needed. That was greatly appreciated and put me at ease. The team showed up exactly as stated they were friendly and professional. Danny was awesome; when the crew left other then having a new system installed you would not have known they had been here. Every thing was cleaned up and put in perfect order. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending Energy Sharks. Thank you guys A+++++

Phil with Energy Sharks is an exceptional guy. Very professional. He was they only one of three contractors that fully analyzed my two HVAC systems from top to bottom, ductwork and all. He made proper recommendations on our situation and answered a bunch of questions I had. The price was very fair as well, not the lowest and not the highest, but just right.
His install crew was also very skilled and conducted a fantastic startup and commissioning of the new upstairs unit. When they completed the job they showed me all of what was done to ensure they met the scope of work agreed upon. This company is about results and not simply switching out your existing units to make a quick buck. They did a great job installing a new return plenum and additional return ductwork on my existing downstairs unit as well.

From the time I met Phil, I felt very comfortable with this company. I was right to feel that way! The installation crew was SO professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were so up front and helpful. Danny is a great guy that I would trust to do any project in my home. The prices were good. It was what we were wanting to pay and they didn't undercut and then add charges when they were here. Fair prices, great crew, and a great crew lead. I am so happy I went with these guys. Btw, I had 3 other quotes.

Phil and team were excellent from start to finish. Their quote was competitive and the work done was top notch. We love our new system. Our energy bill has been cut by over half and it's pleasant in the house no matter how hot it is outside, unlike our old unit.
