What you may not know is that our Service Agreement Customers are never charged overtime rates for weekends or holidays. I've been using Settle for the last 2 years for my home. I have their maintenance plan for my unit. By far the best in the business in Shelby and the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend them anyone. They're always on time if I ever need anything and their service techs know what they're doing. 10 out of 10 from me. I have a business in Shelby. I needed a specific refrigeration product that is difficult to secure in the quantity I needed. I tried contacting several other HVAC outfits without luck. At Settle, I didn't have to leave a message to get my question answered. When I swung by the office to pick up the item I needed, the transaction was fast and the staff was friendly and professional. I contacted Settle Heating and Air about a problem with my home's AC unit. They scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician, Garret, arrived ten minutes early, and after speaking with me immediately got to work. He promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Garret impressed me with his professionalism. Excellent service.

I have always had a great experience with Settle. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They let me know if something is going to need replacing over the next year so I can budget for the expense before it is necessary. I can't say enough positive things about Settle. I would highly recommend them!

Ok so I had someone else install a new unit and they royally messed my house up. They messed it up so bad that I had to get the county inspector involved. I had them remove their equipment and I called David to get him to quote and replace the unit. David, himself, came out the same day to the quote and I agreed to the price as it was a little below industry standards. David set the appointment for Thursday and followed up with me on Wednesday to remind me they would be starting in the morning.
The guys arrived on time and were very nice and knowledgeable. They corrected all the mistakes the last person made when they removed their improper equipment and installed the new unit. The system worked better from the first start up than the one that came with the house originally. I am very pleased with the service, the attention to detail, and price that I paid with David. Highly recommend using him in the future for any HVAC needs.

Very expensive, $86.00 call out charge & evaluation of problem. I was then charged another $193.00 + tax for 20 minutes labor & $15.00 worth of parts. I called the office twice and asked to speak to the owner about the charges, both times I was promised that he would call me back, needless to say he did not return my calls. Two other local companies I contacted quoted me less than half the price that Settle charged.
This company certainly needs to evaluate its service's, they bear no relationship to what they promise in their mission statement!. Very poor I certainly would not use them again.
