Called a large company to come check out our issue and they quoted an astronomical amount. Star came out so we could get an opinion and they were able to do the job for thousands of dollars less. They were so quick to make it out to our house and fix what was going wrong. Definitely give them a call!

If you're like me, you rely heavily on customer reviews, and for that reason, I chose Star Heating & Air as my choice for a new heat pump system in my home based on their overall rating. Honestly, I had 5 companies bid for my business and Star was the best value for the cost. Their crew (and yes, it was at least a 5-6 member crew) literally came out the next day to install my new system.

It took them roughly 4-hours and everything is running smoothly now with no issues. NOTE: They were also the most responsive company I encountered in communication as I thoroughly covered all details of the install, product, and warranty with them on multiple phone calls and emails. I had never used Star before, so this was my first experience and it was in retrospect, a wise decision based on the professionalism and integrity they demonstrated before, during and after the installation was complete. I highly recommend this local company for your HVAC needs.

Called this company to get a consultation, they came within an hour to give me a consultation (free of charge, since it was a simple fix.) I then inquired about some additional HVAC work. They gave me a quote by the end of the work day. I then scheduled the work for the following morning. 4 servicemen showed up and did a great job on my new exposed HVAC system. They were done within a few hours. Very professional, prompt and high quality. Highly recommended and overall great experience, from start to finish!

My second time for an emergency "hot day"AC repair. I still can't believe how responsive and professional both of my interactions have been. The technicians call before they arrive and problem solving skills are top notch.

I had to use them twice in the same week. They were able to come the day I called. Very satisfied with their service as well as the prices.

This is my second time using STAR and what an honest and professional experience. First time was 3 years ago to install a ductless unit in our bonus room. STAR was over 1k less than 3 other companies. Second time was today. AC went out and the inside temp was 90, called at 7:30am and within 2.5 hours later Mickey fixed the unit (replaced something) and the charge is around 150.00. That would have been the service call with other outfits. STAR especially Mickey and Mike are incredibly honest and they are the best in the business. Thank you!

I've use Star Heating & Air for several years for repairs to my unit. When it came time to replace the unit I call in the afternoon and by lunch time the next day they had the unit replaced. Very professional installation and all the guys were so nice and courteous.

Have needed to call these guys a couple of times in the last few months. We have a pretty old HVAC unit so would have been easy to persuade us to buy new. Instead, the first time they replaced an inexpensive part and the next time they advised us on some issues with our thermostat at no charge. Highly recommend them and will use them for our new unit when that day eventually comes.

Wow! Hard to believe in 2019 that there are still companies who believe customer service. Our heat pump failed this morning. I called Star at 11am expecting a day or two wait for service. The very nice lady said she would contact her service team. Within 5 minutes, i received a call and the service tech said they would come right over. 30 minutes later, they arrived. Took 10 minutes to isolate the problem and another 30 minutes to complete the job. Amazing! Thanks Mickey and Star. You have a customer for life!
