DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! I've had a service contract with this company for about 9 years (summer/winter maintenance) and for about 6 times they have completely blown off my service appointments - no call/no show. I've had to reach out to the owner on FB messenger to get a response. The women who I've spoken to over the years was ignorant and rude and would not call back.
This year they changed my card twice for the contract and when I called to get it fixed I had to provide proof of the duplicate charge and then after the call the woman must have thought she hung up the phone, but she didn't, and I heard her calling me curse words. Well, I had my maintenance appointment scheduled for yesterday (appt. was scheduled months ago) and no one showed up AGAIN for the 6th or 7th time.
Also No one has called me back for my so called appointment. But hey they got their money. I am just not getting my service. BUYER BEWARE! If you want to just give them $300-400 for them to keep, feel free.

We use this company to install rooftop ac heating they used the old ac wiring which is 3 wire and the new unit required 6 wire they ask for more money to fix their own fault. and when you call for service any person came to the building dose not have any idea what he is doing I think they hire any person off the street no experience not professional

My husband and I used this company to install a new heat and Ac system. This was a $15,000 job. They installed the equipment what seems to be fine with the exception of a dehumidifier hose that they left sitting on top of my washing machine. It spewed water all over my basement for hours before it was noticed. They also without permission disconnect my dryer vent, broke the plate for it outside, and plugged up the dryer vent hole so we couldn't re attach it.
The reasoning was that is was too close to the AC condenser. In the process they also broke the dryer vent and my dryer has not worker properly since. When we told them about all this the response we received was "oh okay"

Went with continental engineering to install a new high efficiency furnace, ac and thermostat. Later on in the night after install there was a hose that was not attached that was draining water all over our washing machine and floor. This was supposed to be attached to the drain pipe but wasnt. I fixed that and let them know. Also they didnt have a right to touchmy dryer vent hose AT ALL but they broke the vent hose and the vent plate outside. I had a solution for that that didn't involve breaking it. Aside from that for 15,000 I expected the job to be a lot less sloppy.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness This company has not returned my calls, constantly said they'd show up for scheduled times but keep never doing so, and have still not come back to investigate a leak that has caused damage. Frustrating experience. Services: A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance

Great experience! Had them come into our salon to custom design and install a HRV system and plasma generator for pristine air quality. They came up with a great design, got my installation complete ahead of schedule and I haven't had a better experience with a contractor in a long time. Really delivered on their promise. I also use them for my Quarterly maintenance on our heating HVAC system.

They missed a maintenance visit then never followed up with me. Actually they showed up 30 min early for a four hour window and didn't call. When I called to check when they thought they would get there I was informed the tech left because no one was home. Then they had him come back at the end of the day. He showed up 45 minutes after the 4 hour window. Tech then came with no ladder - my last invoice clearly notes that tech needs ladder for attic maintenance.
He shrugged and said he needed help so he just left. I called again and was promised a return call to reschedule. No call. Fast forward 2 weeks and my AC stopped working. Called an outside HVAC company- they found that the wiring panel was fried - thankfully no fire was started. Avoid this company.

I bought a very expensive A/C system from Continental. Later, an expert told me the system I bought was not a reliable brand (Lennox) plus the system was an overkill for my raised ranch house. The story doesn't end there. The system stopped working few times. The first time it happened on a weekend. But, they don't work on weekends. So, I needed to live in the heat for few days.
The second time, it also happened on a weekend. So, we called an A/C technician to avoid the heat for few days. The technician told us what was wrong with the system and left. So, now Continental is voiding the warranty since someone else looked at the system. The A/C technician didn't do anything. He just looked at the system. I feel Continental is just trying to avoid warranty claims. DO NOT buy equipment from this guys. Spend a little more money and buy it from a reliable and trusted site.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had scheduled maintenance service and the tech first came 30 minutes early and left without calling. Then he "added" me on to the end of the day and came 45 minutes after my 3 hour window. When he finally did show up, he came without a ladder and left without doing anything. When I called to complain about this, I was told I would get a return call which did not ever occur. FF two weeks, my thermostat went black so I called an independent HVAC company.
When he went into the attic he found that the wire housing had caught fire. There were also papers next to it. Thankfully no further damage was done. Would not recommend to anyone.

STAY AWAY. MUCH BETTER PLACES TO DO BUSINESS WITH. OWNERS WILL NOT CALL AND WILL AVOID YOU. 2 years ago, they sold me a central AC system for $23,000. it was the most expensive they offered. I did not negotiate, rather simply said yes. Their install crew was fantastic. Fast forward 2 years. In February/March, I received a maintenance request by mail for $168.00 for annual maintenance.
I sent in the paper, with specific instructions regarding a phone number change. I also marked "please call me to schedule an appointment". They cashed the check April 30th. No call. I then called their team in late May, early June to schedule. The woman who answered the phone in service could not have been more curt, and rude. I was actually wondering if I had called the wrong store, since Dave and the install crew had been so amazing.
She challenged me writing notes on the maintenance slip I sent in. Something along the lines of "we got 200 of these and don't have time to read them". I politely scheduled my appointment for their team. I scheduled it on a Friday and took the day off. 8 am appointment. At 8:30, I naturally called. She was rude again and said "my guy called out sick.
I TRED TO CALL YOU". I asked what number and she stated my old number. I told her I changed it on the form and she reiterated that you don't read them. I then asked why she didn't try email. She was stumped. She rescheduled AGAIN for a Friday, between the hours of 8-10. I called at 10 when no one had showed up and she was over the top angry.
So much so, I called back and asked for a decision maker. Richard Sr., took my call once I threated that I needed to speak to a decision make, a manager, an owner, somebody. He told me he would have someone get to my house that day. She sent a repair tech, not a maintenance tech. My wife waited until 3pm and wasted her day because their team could change filters.
The tech was empathetic and called back to the woman in service. She said "2 weeks is the best I can do". Their tech was even embarrassed. I then called Richard Sr. no less than 10 times and he would not take my call, nor return the call. The very nice young lady who answers the phone was embarrassed that I had to keep calling. No call from him and no answering the phone.
The nice young lady was so embarrassed when I asked her if I was the big bad wolf that no one would call me back or take my calls. That is when Richard Jr. picked up. I asked him to call me back with the time the tech was supposed to come to my house because the woman only told us "2 weeks is the best I can do". He asked my number, allegedly wrote it down and never called me.
When the tech came to do the annual maintenance, I informed him about programming zone 3 (PROMISED AT INSTALL). I showed him the thermostat that had been there since install. He came for annual maintenance AND DID NOT HAVE A MASTER FILTER! Why? Why would you schedule a maintenance visit, waste my time AGAIN and not have the proper filter on board?
The technician was awesome. Very polite and patient. He had to call several time to have someone walk him through the process of adding a zone to the mother board. He did it professionally and I tipped him for his attention and care. So, I paid $168.00 and did not get yearly maintenance and then I get a bill for a thermostat I have had for 2 years. Sounds like the lady in service is trying to "get at me" for my complaints.
I still do not have a new filter, never had an annual maintenance visit, and have a bill for a thermostat I already had in my house. STAY AWAY. MUCH BETTER PLACES TO DO BUISNESS WITH.

Tried calling to schedule an appointment on 5/3/2017. Person answering the phone hung up on me twice, then was extremely rude when she finally did decide to talk to me. I would not do business with them based on this unprofessional behavior. Clearly customer service is not a priority. I will find another provider.

So, we had a problem with the heat reaching the first floor of our 2 floor condo. Had many cold nights this winter. Continental looked things over very carefully on the most recent service call. The owner Richard was very thoughtful about our options for repairs. Today Anthony was on the job. He took his time and did a solid repair. Im almost looking forward to a cold night. I would recommend.

I gave this place a star because I had to. Three appointments - two cancelled by them the third a no show. I'll give them the first cancellation was reasonable. I called to let them no I could no longer wait after 45 minutes for an 8:00 AM appointment. Was put on hold for five and a half minutes. Asked if they would commit to an on time fourth try. Sorry can't commit to being there on time. I wish I could comment on the quality of the work. Unfortunately no one had made an appearance.
