Kiki Morfin arrived on time and wore a face covering which, at 80, I appreciated very much. He explained everything he was doing and asked me to choose one of the thermostats he'd brought with him. Tom came out to review my HVAC system and made some recommendations to service the system and install a a/c "blanket". The service tech came out, checked out the heater - all good. He then serviced the a/c. He installed the blanket and changed out the registers. What a difference the blanket made.it's so quiet. And the new registers are now aimed strategically to all areas in the living room. Something so simple made such a big difference.

Great company! They exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom did a great job making us feel comfortable during the initial consultation. On the day of installation, Sam, Henry and Javier were excellent! They were friendly and considerate of our family and our two dogs. They were very efficient and finished a two-day job in a single day! We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend!

As a over 40 years of commercial and residential customer, it was a shocker to find out 1 HVAC units were counted as 2 units, 1 outside condencer and 1 inside for filter and access. Is that mean you suppose to say that you have 2 unit HVAC or I have 8 units when I have 4 units HVAC in my house. DECEPTIVE! The way your e-mail offer was written and conversation with your repesenter DID NOT indicated 1 AC unit was suppose to be counted as 2 units.

When I called and asked for maintenance, I spoke with Kim. I asked for it to be done within two weeks as we were moving. She managed to get us an appointment a few days before our move day. A couple days later, she called back and let me know she was able to schedule a better day since she knew it would be more convenient for us. That is customer service.
The technician who arrived was really nice and answered all my questions. Kim followed up the next day with a phone call and an emailed invoice. If we were staying in town, I would use them every time.

A few weeks ago I had a terrible experience with my then go to contractor. I contacted two more companies and was lucky to come across Long Beach Heating and Air. Upon inspecting the ac unit Mr. Tom White offered me the least expensive option and made suggestions on how to improve the unit's efficiency. His employees are a pleasure to work with. I am signing up for the 3 year heating and ac annual service plans. I highly recommend this company

We could not be happier with the customer service provided by Long Beach Heating and Air Conditioning. Their technicians are top notch. Their office staff are friendly and highly efficient.
