I work for a local property management company and we always contact Airo when we are unable to fix any HVAC issues in house. Service is always prompt and both the office staff and technicians are always so pleasant. Most of these calls include some pretty in depth repairs as we have very old AC units on site.

Excellent service, great price and professional install team. Quoted by noon installation and price, install completed same day by 4:30. I used the company 12 years ago for my previous installation. Couldn't be happier considering value, installation and great team. Richard, Brittany, owner John & installation team were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them.

This company charged $695 to change out a air handler blower motor under warranty. I have a another home, had the same exact problem 2 weeks ago, repaired by another company for $495 which was NOT under warranty and included the cost of the new motor. Initially we were told this was because of the charge for freon, when we questioned as there is no freon in the air handler, we were told the clerk mis-spoke. It is what I call price gouging.

While driving my child to daycare this morning I was cut off by this company. Normally I don't write reviews but the driver was so inconsiderate that if I had not slammed on my brakes he would have sideswiped my car. There are so many aggressive drivers on the road and this man was certainly one of the most aggressive drivers. He did not care about other drivers on the road or driving so aggressively with a company vehicle.

My ancient air conditioner finally bit the dust last week. After years of piecing and repairing I decided it was time to consider a new system. I had considered replacing it last year, it was a very frustrating experience and the prices I was given from multiple companies were outrageous. So this time I decided to reach out to my friends on Facebook to get recommendations.
Little did I know that a friend who lives in my neighborhood had started working for a company called Air-O Force 1. After seeing my Facebook post he stopped over and looked at my old system and gave me multiple options but I decided to replace the entire system including ducts. He gave me an incredible deal and they started the job the next day and the work was completed in only 2 days!
Although it was a very big messy job they did a phenomenal job of cleaning up everything. I am incredibly happy with their professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of A/C repair or replacement. Kristi

Overall I would not recommend this company or use them again.
Positives:
*quick to respond to mechanical problems with handler or condenser and usually had someone there. The next day or later that day if the problem happened in the morning.
*Office staff who answered phones were very friendly and tried to be helpful
*Put in effort to address most problems
Negatives:
*Said and implied things to make a sale of a new unit that did not end up being true.
*Made multiple serious mistakes including:
--Starting install without proper permits which led to getting shut down by the city until they acquired them.
--Opening up and working on machine without turning off uv light while our toddler was sitting there watching them work.
--Leaving a cardboard box somewhere inside the air handler when they installed a part that caught on fire inside the air handler when we turned on our heat months later.
--Putting in a machine a size smaller than the one that fit our condo and that they had sold us and never catching the mistake even though they came out to fix problems multiple times in the course of the 8 months before the mistake was caught by another company.
*Did not follow up well on administrative problems.
I often had to call multiple times when a paper work issue was not being dealt with in order to get it followed through on.
*Did not resolve all conflicts to our liking. I could not get in touch with head of company even after multiple tries

On 11/17 around 11 am I received a phone call from Air Force One. I am on the do not call list and ended up getting into words with the company. Lisa, Selena and Angel were the ones I spoke to. Who would have guesses that at 12:45 am my wife and daughters would be woken to them calling us harassing us. If this is how a company does business, I would not use them. I put in a complaint with the Lake County Seriff's department case number 110168317.
