Caldeco Air Conditioning and Heating

After spending several days trying to find a reputable AC repair company. ONE STOP was worthless and originally installed units in our 3 year old new home we built. Then we called FONTANA BROTHERS through a recommendation. That was a mistake. Taking us for a ride charging double for labor. While we have a 10 year warranty on both units. The fan motor on the condenser was making noise. Units are side by side. So just wanted both to be quiet. Finally, after getting the run around by FONTANA BROTHERS. We called CALDECO A/C heating. Easy, friendly and 1/2 the price. SO HAPPY. Amos our technician was amazing. Above and beyond service. Make the best call you'll ever make for service with your A/C. Thank you Cindy Jackson for the great referral. Best Choice we made. We found our new service company.

Returned home after being away to find that my air conditioning wasn't working. Since the fan was running I thought it actually was working but as the night dragged on it was clear that it was not. I called Caldeco at 7:15 AM and by 8:30 AM Richard was at my door! Professional and fast! Richard had it up and working by 9 AM. Outstanding service by both Richard and Caldeco! I buy the service package every year, hoping I won't need it. But, when I did they were there for me. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with this company. Used them once before for a service call, but this time was routine maintenance. Techs spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning, tuning up, and checking every last component of the HVAC system.

Only downside was it was a very long lead time for an appointment. But, that's clearly a function of the quality service they provide. Gladly signed up for recurring maintenance going forward.

After having a problem with a unit that was installed in 2014, I wised up and called Caldecott. Ryan came out made his recommendations gave me a price and set a time for the repairs to be made. I had just paid 390.00 the first of July and still had the same issues. However, the repairmen came out and they worked from 8:50 until 5:20 and never slowed down.

This is the first time that I am able to enjoy this system since it was installed. I highly recommend this company and want to sincerely thank Yeral and Ranfis for all the hard work they put in that day. These guys even worked through their lunch.

Rick Thomas worked his butt off at our house today. Really dug in on a very strange problem. Got everything up and running. I would use him again in a heart beat. Thank you!

Caldeco Air always does a great job when they have been out to service our AC. Today Richard came out to fix our AC that had stopped working while we were out of town for the holidays. This was his second time helping us over the last year, and each time he explained things very thoroughly and made them easy to understand. He offered helpful suggestions to keep our AC running the way it should be. Excellent fast service, on a Sunday too. When it's time to get a new AC, Caldeco will be an easy choice.

We had our AC heat pump replaced a few months ago by Caldeco. They also replaced our old leaky ducts. The installers did a great job and took great effort to be neat and clean up during a messy job. Our new Carrier system works very efficiently and the electric bill has declined dramatically. Our only issue was with the thermostat which they changed out and resolved that problem. Matt the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process. We highly recommend Caldeco

I’ve been a Caldeco customer for almost 20 years. Always had excellent service. Tim was the young man who came out last week also with a trainee, Tim had the trainee go over what they had done with the unit with me. Very nice young men, I know I will always get the best treatment with Caldeco.

Very friendly, Professional & fast! I called around 7pm and a tech was out by 8 that same evening. He was also able to find the problem within 30 minutes when another company looked for hours & could
Not find the problem.

They also send you a picture of the person coming to your home before they arrive in addition to the date their last background check was complete.

All-around great service! We will definitely be using them again in the future.
