Excellent service and sent out a tech to diagnose and fix same day before a busy holiday weekend! Mark D was the tech who had come out. Mark D was extremely professional and was very honest and transparent. Mark worked diligently to resolve the issue! I would definitely recommend Progressive Air for any A/C repairs, maintenance or purchases! In the current times we are in its hard to find a company with great customer service!

A Progressive Air Technician named Roberto arrived at my home to help resolve an A/C Loss Power issue. He quickly identified the issue, resolved it, and educated us on how to avoid this issue in the future. He also explained that we needed a different size filter and told us the correct size in addition to recommending a service plan. He was informative, friendly and a great ambassador for Progressive. Thanks to Roberto, I definitely would recommend Progressive Air to anyone needing A/C Service.

Mark D. ( tech # 57) provided an excellent service. He arrived on time, asked few questions about the issues that I experienced with the AC and after inspecting the AC unit (outside), immediately he identify the problem. He checked every item to make sure it was working properly and replaced the faulty part, then waited until the AC was performing as it should. Marc D was our Service guy. Very professional and knowledgeable. He did good a good job educating us on the A/C which is something the builder didn't do at the time of closing. Very good communication and was prompt. Took about 1.5 hrs to maintenance everything and he cleaned the filter for us. Definitely recommend this company. Service: Heating system maintenance

I have my ac maintenance with Progressiive air and also bought the extended warranty. Called the office at 5 pm don't recall the lady on the phone I know she spoke also Spanish she was great. My Ac Was not working not cooling and had technician Marc D, sent over. Very professional, explaining all details on what my problem was and changed the part that had gone bad. He called me prior to arriving. Definitely, recommend the company and technicians very detailed to their job. 5 Star service

I really felt like I was the only customer and my heating issue was of utmost importance to Mark. Mark D came in and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Along the way he even taught me some valuable things on how to maintain and self-check my system! He's hands down the best repair technician I've ever dealt with!

My home was built by a new construction builder back in 2015 and Progressive Air Systems was the company that installed the A/C Unit. I am convinced that the technicians do NOT know what that doing. The heat recently stopped working and the 1st technician came out and stated one of the wires wrong placed in the wrong spot. The next day, the heat is still not heating properly, so i give them a call back.
Another technician comes back out this time they did not charge me the $98 service fee, but now this person is stating i have a leak in my evap coil and proceeds to add 3 lbs of refrigerant to my a/c unit. I honestly do not trust their analysis they clearly are incompetent. I do NOT recommend this company. There are many companies out there that will come out to your home to give you an estimate free of charge.
I had another A/C company come out today and they're telling me I am low on refrigerant and that the cap was loose, which is probably why it is low again. So I now have spent close to $300 on the 3lbs of refrigerant that i just added YESTERDAY for NO REASON due to the fact that the technician from Progressive Air Systems DID NOT CLOSE THE CAP UP all the way and another $98 on the service charge. Honestly, I am not even 100% sure if the tech Jose even added the refrigerant to the a/c unit. Call around and shop around. Again i do not recommend using them. IMO these technicians that came to my house do not know what they are doing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike today. He was AMAZING! He took the time to troubleshoot my issue and most importantly teach me all that I needed to know as a new homeowner how to manage and maintain my AC units. I purchased a new carrier system from Progressive in 1/2020 and the cost, system and operation was excellent. This January I had the system tuneup serviced by Progressive's tech Mark. He did a great job and a better service than any tech I've seen done in my 20+ years with AC systems at my primary or second home. He was courteous, knowledge and did, what I feel, a very complete system check. I'd recommend Progressive for a new Carrier system and their tech Mark for service to anyone.
