Kris is superior in his field. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I made the investment and hired Kris and his team at City Suburban to handle a complete conversion from a 20+ year old oil fired boiler and electric hot water heater to a state of the art high efficiency natural gas fired boiler (combi model) tankless water heater.

We are very satisfied. Family owned business they really have outstanding product/s. We are enjoying a quiet, efficient, clean, and less dry! environment. And the savings! Simply put we love our new system and love having the City Suburban logo on our system. Kris and his family have a very keen understanding of their business, offering exceptional well made products, value, savings, service; and the result is very good.

Very good experience all around with City Suburban! I left a message on their website and was contacted the next business day. The service technician was on time, friendly, and professional. After the service was completed, I received a thorough report/receipt of what was observed, what was serviced/cleaned, and what metrics my system was performing at. Perfect for those that like to keep service records of home maintenance/repairs. Would recommend and will be calling them once a year for routine maintenance. Thanks!

They came quickly and did the repairs at a very reasonable price. John is outstanding. He is professional and friendly. He explained everything to me, put booties on when entering the house, and cleaned everything up before leaving. We use them for our heating system as well and are always pleased with their service. I had my heat and A/C installed by City Suburban 15 years ago. I just had my 1st repair. They could have charged me anything I suppose, but they didn't. Service call was the next business day. Fixed and tune up for a couple hundred dollars. I couldn't be happier with these guys. Highly recommend! Thanks for the POMG! Our tankless water heater died and City Suburban was able to install a new Rinnai system for us the next day. Everyone from start to finish was easy to work with, took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, and the installation crew did a very clean, professional job. I would highly recommend City Suburban.

We had an excellent service from every City Suburban employee we spoke with, including Jen (appt), Tyler (sales & followup) and Connor & Bryce (installation). Very professional, careful of our household when working inside and outside, cleaned up everything before departing. Though we haven't needed the A/C thus far (fall temperatures arrived) we have used the heat feature in both rooms. We like the simplicity of operation and the quiet operation of the units. Great experience with City Suburban. We have already recommended them to friends for furnace work.

Paul (now retired) came to set up installation of 2 mini split AC and heating units. One was to go in living room the other was needed to heat and cool a upstairs family room a breezeway and laundry room. Paul assured me it would heat and cool entire area if it was placed in upstairs family room. After first heating season we realized he was wrong.

Due to heat rising the breezeway/laundry remained cold in winter. I called Chris to have him come to maybe relocate the mini split to breezeway because Paul was wrong about effectiveness. They wanted to charge me for labor to move it. I will wait and find another Mitsubishi contractor to come and add another mini split downstairs. I don't understand why a business would not admit error and come and fix mistake at no charge. I trusted their expertise, I now realize they weren't trustworthy. I hope the labor charge that they wanted was worth losing a customer and receiving a bad review.

Our hot water heater died on Saturday (holiday weekend). We called a few local places and we got the answering service for all of them as expected. City Suburban called us back almost immediately. They gave us an amazing price quote and we booked them for the first appointment we could which was Tuesday. (Today). The guys came and did a quick and thorough job and we are very pleased! When we got called back from the other places we called, they came in a lot higher in price and we were glad we booked City. Will recommend them to everyone!

Prompt and accurate troubleshooting of problem by a very competent tech. Office staff presented clearly all options and costs. Installation was timely by well mannered and skilled crew. This is my 2nd very good experience with city suburban.

My boiler broke down, I called City Suburban, they arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem. They had the part I needed on their truck, and installed it all in one short visit. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with heating or cooling needs!

This review is long overdue. I had a new Bosch boiler and domestic hot water unit installed in my home in the Adirondacks around 5 years ago. They did an amazing job on a difficult installation. I have them do a yearly check and tune up of my system. They are extremely thorough in every thing they do. From friendly and knowledgeable office staff to a top notch crew in the field everyone is excellent! Call and ask for Kris for service you won't regret!

If there was a minus star I would check that box. Our furnace stopped working at 2 am due to the flooding. Called in the early AM. The manager Dave cat and moused us all day long. Long story short-it was 28 degrees outside with a forecast of 18 Sunday. No heat. It was 48 degrees in the house. These people put new furnace in 5 years ago and didn't have parts Told us that they could come on Monday to order the part for Tuesday. Do the math. 5 days without heat. I would never ever suggest this group to anyone. The Dillons. Clinton NY

City Suburban was at our home in less than 12 hours after our initial call on the weekend when our central air suddenly stopped working, we were the first stop on a Monday morning. The service technician was top notch and immediately identified the issue, he had the part in his service truck and got our new furnace blower installed in less than an hour. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff and timely. Highly recommend to those needing service and repair on their central air or furnace.

Kris and the crew have done installs at my house and my shop. Fantastic work, great prices, top notch!
