Horrible! Only gave a star because it wouldn't let me post with NO STARS! Had an appointment scheduled with them through my insurance, had to take the day off work to be home for them.they never showed up! No phone call or email, NOTHING! I tried MULTIPLE times to reach them via phone and their online "contact us" feature, NEVER got a response! TERRIBLE business service/ customer relations!

Absolutely the best experience from all of their workers! I have them running new plumbing throughout one of my houses. (Rome certified plumbers) While they fixed the furnace in my main house. I will definitely call them for any of my needs. Thanks so much guys! You have been wonderful!

Extremely satisfied with this company. Their response time and service were excellent and their pricing was very reasonable. The service tech that responded, Nelson, was extremely cordial and took the time to explain each step during the repair. Five stars!

I had a very poor experience with this company. I spent $350 in Sept. '16 to get leaking shower faucet fixed. I thought it was a lot, but figured I would pay it for the job they did. It then started leaking again 6 months later. I called Kalex and they said they would send someone out. Turns out it was an independent contractor they sent who charged me another $100 to fix it.

He said the reason it leaked again was because they didn't file a part down like they should have so it just cut into the new valve they installed. I called Kalex to see why they were not standing by their work or covering it and they just blew me off. I called multiple times and kept getting blown off. I will never use their services again and will share this as I am disgusted in how I was treated. I even sent my feedback to a manager of the company and didn't even get a response. Not the way to do business.

Absolutely top notch heating system installed by this company. My old boiler had crooked pipes everywhere. They removed that and added two New zones. There wasn't a crooked pipe in my basement when they were done. The installers took the time and went over all of the safety features on my New boiler as well as how to operate my new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of a New heating, ac or plumbing system installed in there home. They also have 24 hour service as well.
