Recommend to all, when I first contacted them about the hvac issues I was having they seemed very concerned. The women I spoke with answered all the questions I had to ask her, she then proceeded to book me an appointment for a crew to come out. When the crew came out they were very nice and fixed the issues with my furnace with a timely manner, I couldn't be more thankful for the local business

Great customer service! Came when they said and always returned phone calls. They went above and beyond when I had an issue with something that was not related to our contract. Unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. They were called to our house 3 times for a furnace that would not ignite. Paid weekend emergency pay the third time. We were told it was fixed temporarily and that they would call us with a permanent solution. Attempted to call company, acted like they did not know what we were talking about and that we would be called back. It's been over 2 weeks and have not recieved a call. We ended up calling a different company. Very frustrating and expensive.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality services! There's many HVAC companies out there but like I always say, you get what you pay for.

I recently sold a home and of course on the day of the final walk through/closing the A/C unit had problems. I called M & R, explained the issue and they had a technician there within 2 hours! Luckily it was a minor issue, but they made sure they checked out the entire system and left a report so the new buyer was confident the system was in working order.

I was so impressed that when I purchased my new home which had an old oil furnace I contacted M & R to replace the furnace and add A/C. What a great experience! Tony B. came out and did the sizing/site survey and worked with me to make sure the system was right-sized for the modifications I was making in the home. Very knowledgeable guy who wants to make sure he had the right solution for us. Mike M and Bob P. were on the Installation team and did a great job!

They were on-time and cleaned the ducts/removed the old furnace and installed the new system in less than 2 days! All were Very neat and clean through out the installation! We couldn't be happier. HIGHLY Recommend to everyone!

We have used M&R for regular servicing of our furnace for years with no issues. So when we recently bought a new home and needed air conditioning installed, we knew M&R was the place to go. The owner himself did the consultation and was very thorough, providing us with the best options for efficiency and cost. He explained the why and how of each step without making us feel dumb.

The team that performed the actual installation was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. The foreman, Mike, went above and beyond to explain what we could expect to be done each day, continuously checked with us to be sure everything was going well and to ask if we had any questions. They arrived on time each day and always made sure our home was clean when they were done working.

I was also on maternity leave during the installation and without being asked, the guys were very considerate and cautious with how much noise they were making when the baby was sleeping. Small details like that really set a company apart. I highly recommend M&R to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

I had M & R out to my house on two different occasions: Once to run a new gas line for a dryer and a second time to run a new gas line for a pool heater. M & R's technicians were courteous and professional. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their work.
