Thank you for being so dependable! Brian & Sons installed my new AC during the pandemic. They wore masks and were careful to keep everyone safe. Yesterday, I had a technician come by for a routine cleaning. And I was again impressed by their professionalism and promptness.

A contractor I use recommended Brian and Sons to install a new furnace and a/c a few years back. They did a great job and I have them do my yearly service. Their techs are always on time, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with the units they installed. I highly recommend them. Brian & Sons did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting our 2 air conditioners today. I was quite pleased that they contacted me twice with updates as to when they were to arrive to complete this service. The technicians were very professional and listened to my concerns. I have been a customer of theirs since 2010.

Paul, our technician, was extremely friendly, informative, and was up front about our options and the cost of everything. There were no surprises, and he even shared some great maintenance tips so that we could fix the airflow in our townhome. Have used Brian&Sons for many years- 2 furnaces and most recently air conditioning. Debbie has worked thru many questions/problems and issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Mike installed air conditioner and was AMAZiNG! Resolved all our questions/issues quickly and was courteous, helpful and efficient.

In this day and age it is very difficult to find a business with such consistently excellent customer service. Debbie always goes above and beyond to schedule services (both urgent and non-urgent) in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Every technician we have had has been prompt and professional. From installing our A/C and furnace, providing scheduled maintenace and installing a water heater, services have been quick and painless.

They back their work and follow up when needed. After several horrible experiences with a local (allegedly well respected competitor), I have used them for the last 5 years or so and have never been disappointed.

Our father's furnance went out during the last cold spell. Being 91 years old we needed it fixed. Brian and sons came to the rescue. After making an assessment of our situation our 50 plus year old low boy furnance needed replaced. They provided temporary heating until the new furance could be installed. They were fast and professional. I would highly recommend this company. A huge thank you for all your hard work.

We were in a bind this winter and are old furnace finally gave up. We had a home warranty so through their assistance Brian and Sons answered the call to help. From the start of doing business with them, Russ came out to access our situation to the final install of our new furnace and air conditioner by Mike, Colin and Noel went flawless. Great company, Debbie and the guys, Mike, Paul and Russ all very nice to deal with. Our furnace was out Friday morning and 10 minutes before Russ arrived it turned back on. After checking the issue Russ recommended not investing and to have a new furnace installed. Russ showed my husband how to reset if needed. We called Debbie and got the ball rolling for a new furnace to be installed on Wednesday.

Thank goodness we were told how to restart it; which we had to do several times. Monday night we realized it may have just reset one last time. We gave Debbie a call Tuesday morning to make sure we were set for Wednesday and mentioned how cold it was getting, she was able to arrange for Mike to get the furnace and sent Paul & Russ to install. We were so grateful. Would highly recommend this company.

We have used Brian and Sons for the past 9 years. Upfront about costs and overtime issues. The come out in a reasonable amount of time and their techs are professional and pleasant to work with.

The team at Brian and Sons took care of us when we needed our furnace repaired. A cold Sunday morning we woke up to no heat and a very chilly 60 degree house. I checked everything I could and called them around 12 o'clock. Quick response on the phone and Paul showed up at our door within the hour. Multiple issues with the furnace, but he explained it should be covered under warranty but since it was the weekend we needed to wait till Monday, and the parts needed to be ordered.

He advised us of things we could do to help keep the house temp as consistent as possible as we waited on parts. Later that week once the parts arrived we were contacted to schedule the installation the following day. Paul returned and since he had already been here advised my wife that was working at the time he knew exactly where to go and let her get back to work. A short time later he had everything installed and fired the furnace back up. Great customer service from a great company.

Brian and Sons installed new Furnace and Air Conditioning units in January 2016. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I have used them since for annual maintenance on both the Furnace and Air Conditioner and their technicians are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable.

Debbie was very knowledgeable and very honest with me in regards getting a new furnace and AC. She explained everything to me what would be done. I was very pleased with the service I received from the install crew. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad that I had Brian and Sons install new equipment.

After misdiagnosing the leaking water issue by other vendors, Brian and sons diagnosed and corrected the issue. Very professional and team oriented. Good value and fixing issue is a big plus. Plan to use them for all my rental properties.

This was one of the greatest companies to work with. Each and everyone is professional and helpful. From the office associates to the installers and inspectors. The inspector was a joy and had a great personality. Then came the installation crew of 3. The supervisor kept me informed of all procedures and continuous updates. These gentlemen were totally awesome and so professional and friendly.

I dealt mostly with Debbie in for office but it was a total pleasure. She kept me up to date about everything. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my association with this company. I would recommend them to everyone that needed their services. Thumbs up guys!

Emergency call to them Sunday for condensate pump failure. Answered right away and got here in a couple hours. Problem solved and basement drying out. Great service!

I am happy to support a locally owned and family owned business. Josh (the technician) was honest with me during a check up. Debbie immediately came the same day for a free estimate. I was very happy because I work many hours and that was one of my only days off. Brian and Sons was very reasonably priced for the HVAC system. All work was completed in one day.

The crew did a great job with the install. Debbie also has many financing options which is awesome! Fingers crossed that the newly installed Bryant equipment lives up to its name!

I really appreciate that Brian & Sons came on time. Not only did they call and email me when the service person was coming out to inspect and clean my furnaces but the service person was very professional and polite. I have been using Brian & Sons for the past 10 years and this was an exceptionally pleasant experience today.

I would like to compliment Debbie. My house flooded damaging the furnace and water heater. I asked Debbie if she had any suggestions for lifting the furnace off the ground to prevent damage when it next floods. So impressed she came up with the idea to install the furnace horizontally as my basement ceiling is super low. I appreciate her creativity in solving my problem and providing service with a smile! Yet another great experience with Brian and Sons. Just had our yearly AC service. They checked everything, found the compressor was bad and replaced it on the spot. We should be good to go for the summer! The tech, Paul, even let me know the part was still under warranty! I bought a water heater at Home Depot. Just needed it installed. I also needed some old piping and valves replaced to have the heater installed. After getting two other estimates- one from Lifetime Plumbing $910.00 and one from Scottish Plumber $1,600- Paul from Brian & Sons would do it for $700.00-$750.00 tops. For the same work and parts. I said let's do it. Paul is a lunch bucket type worker. Puts his tools down and goes to work.

I could tell Paul knew how to turn a wrench. No scratching his head and thinking about what to do or running back and forth to his truck to get tools or parts. After about three hours he finished cleaned up and took the old water heater with him. Cost $700.00 and a job well done. It's been over a month now since I had this done and the water heater, pipes & valves, are all working perfectly. I am definitely a satisfied customer! P.s. in 2009 I had a gas Furnace put in by Brian & his Son ( his son is also a fabricator) and It's also working perfectly.

My home air conditioning unit died on the three hottest days (Memorial Day weekend) in six years. I called Brian and Sons, they immediately came out to the house and started repairs. Once the supplier had a furnace and A/C unit Brian and Sons professionally installed all equipment. They gave me a loaner portable air conditioning unit to cool off a portion of our house until all repairs were complete.a sanity saver. Debbie is the go to girl, she coordinates all repairs and made a personal visit to our home to make sure things were going smoothly. A consummate professional!

We were so lucky to be referred to Brian and Sons! In the first cold snap of Chicago winter, the heating unit in our store went out. After initially speaking with Debbie to set up a weekend, emergency call, a technician was very promptly sent out. Other businesses that we reached out to didn't do commercial, couldn't send someone same day, weren't open due to the Christmas holiday despite being 24/7 repair companies, etc. which was an issue as we had customers to take care of. Debbie sent our technician, Zach, right away. Zach was the ultimate professional, he really took his time to examine any and all issues that may have caused our heating issue and offered plentiful suggestions as to how we could prevent it going forward.

Once they had the parts to fix our unit, they returned to the store and completed the work we desperately needed and helped us with another unforeseen issue, no questions asked. We would highly recommend Brian and Sons to anyone. Thank you from all of us at Bijou Bridal in Oakbrook Terrace!

We woke up Thursday morning with no heat. Live in a mobile home. Called Brian and Sons before they opened and left an urgent message. Got a call back and they would send someone as soon as possible. The problem was diagnosed and a new blower motor was required. The old motor was completely seized. In short order a new motor was located and installed.

Over the weekend a vibration developed and a noise was heard that was disconcerting at the least. We communicated with the owner, Deb, and made a video of the problem. Upon hearing the video the problem was diagnosed and one of their techs, Paul who specializes in mobile homes was dispatched. In less than an hour he had everything pulled apart and reassembled.

No noise. No vibration. NO CHARGE. We were very pleased with how things were taken care of. The original work was warranted and they followed through as expected. Thanks for prompt responses and getting it done!

I can not recommend these folks. Tech Paul has no personality and is rude. Furnace under warranty cost me $900 in repair for labor. The worst part is that I was charged labor to replace a part that needed to get removed while replacing a second part anyway. It was labor charge on top of another. You can't get through one part without going through the first so why pay labor twice.

When I questioned it I was given the answer that the factory only pays them for an hour of time to replace the questioned part so they can't do the work for free as it would take them normally 4 hours. Not my problem on something that is covered end to end (including labor). Seriously bad practice and I was asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment because I was asking all these logical questions that they couldn't answer.

This is not my first dealing. Last time they tried to charge me for labor on a part that was covered under a bulletin by the manufacturer. When I questioned it they back pedaled and agreed and credited me back the labor. Another deceptive practice if you don't watch them. I feel bad for those that do not know any better. They will nickel and dime you as well, even on normal cleanings.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they made my job a living hell. They had the part, they had the instructions for our machine and they still couldn't fix it. They expect alot of money and they aren't worth it. We hired someone to clean up their mess and if they hadn't hacked up our machine the guy we just hired would have taken a sixteenth of the time.

The owner, Debbie, must have me confused with another customer, since I have never gotten a chance to be a customer. The whole story about safety and vicinity is not what I was told. The technician was in Wheaton going to Darien in lieu of Maple Park, where my appointment was, because there was a hole in the wall? That is what I was told. And NO, I was not reimbursed for anything, so please don't even lie.

Prove to me and anyone that reads this that I was reimbursed. When asked why Darien first, I was told the owner told them to go to that one first. NO safety issue was ever mentioned. Then I asked for your name and cancelled my appointment. Thanks for replying weeks later. Can I cancel this late response too? You just can't show up on time.can you?

Brian and Sons came to my rescue after my scheduled plumber went MIA. They came within 2 hours of my frantic call, brought along 3 service men, and had a new hot water heater installed and working in under 3 hours! They were friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism and overall quality of the work Brian's and Sons did on our house. We were in a bit of a bind with our furnace and their team was quick to act for us. We ended up needing a replacement and within a week everything was taken care of. There were no hidden surprises with their service/fees, they were very thorough with installation/cleanup, and they took the time to educate us on how to properly operate the unit.

We also bundled in a duct cleaning, which turned out great. Price-wise, we were quoted lower than what we expected to pay, so that was a plus in my books. As someone who turns to review sites like Yelp for a little background on hiring a contractor, I tend to brush off those silly 'opinionated' claims and focus on the factual posts, which has once again, worked in my favor - no issues with Brian's and Sons. Definitely recommend this company to others.

Reminded of this place due to a recent call asking if I wanted them to come out to service my A/C unit at the start of the season. Didn't know who was calling so I quickly Googled the phone number and wound up here. I didn't leave a Yelp review when they serviced my furnace, but my experience was pretty similar to the people here so I probably should have checked here first.

I had two things I wanted them to do: 1. Clean and service the furnace, 2. Assist in setting up a Nest thermostat with the existing on-furnace humidifier, as it's outside of the standard super-basic Nest install and I didn't want to mess anything up wiring it myself. I looked at a few different wiring diagrams online, and didn't find anything that seemed to match what I had 100%, so I figured I'd let a professional do it.

So the cleaning went fine, that seemed pretty simple and standard. Dude got his camera out, inspected stuff, brushed it off, and that all seemed OK I guess. First time home owner, so I didn't know what to expect. My furnace made it through the winter, so that's alright. The whole time he was there he was trying to sell me on a new one though, as "You never know with these." The major disappointment came from the Nest side of things.

The guy not only didn't know what it was and had never seen it before, but also flat out ridiculed me for buying a $250 thermostat. I figured, whatever, I don't care what he thinks I just want it installed. Pulled up the wiring diagrams I found, but he didn't seem to know what he was looking at. I was hoping to get it hooked up, instead he just clipped the existing wires off the humidifier, told me to call an electrician, but would be more than happy to install a new humidifier for me. Overall would not recommend these guys to anyone, and certainly won't be using them for A/C servicing.

Because if my OPINION about the price charged for an igniter I have changed my reive stars to one. I would not recommend to anyone. Not because of the service or the price but because this behavior from the owner is unprofessional.
