We had a leak under the kitchen sink and thought it was just a loose hose clamp. Eric T came and it turns out the problem was a thin and crumbling copper drain line. In addition to replacing that portion with PVC, he recommended replacing a long portion in the basement before that also rotted. Eric was very friendly, courteous, and thorough in describing to us the problem and solution. Overall we were very satisfied!

We have used Armbrust for heating and cooling checkups for several years. They are pleasant, efficient and professional. We’ve had Steve previously and he did well. Clayton was our technician this time and the results were good, as well.

Bruce H. was the service provider who was at our facility today to rod out the drain for our sump pump system. He was on time for our appointment, very professional, did a great job on the repair, and also made arrangements for the removal of an 800 lb old water heater that had been left here from some repairs last week. He was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job.

Oscar was prompt, he diagnosed the problem with our old tub drain, and proposed a plan to fix everything. He worked very well with the contractor who is doing all the other aspects of the remodel. Oscar is highly personable and a great guy. He certainly is an excellent plumber. He provided an estimate that was accurate and we found the price reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone and keep him in mind if other plumbing needs arise.

Contacted Armbrust at 8:30AM regrading failed sump pump and was scheduled for service between 10:30 and 1PM same day service and received a confirmation email at 8:40AM. At 10:55 receive another email stating that they were on their way along with a picture of my plumber, Adam and his rating 4.98 out of 5 and with 537 reviews. Also, received a phone call confirming that Adam would arrive shortly. Adam arrived a fews after the phone call. Adam has done work for us before in our home so I knew we were in great hands. Adam is very polite, professional and does great work along with cleanup and nothing left behind.

Always seems to have what he needs and what the job requires, never having to run out to get something from the shop or supplier. I again rated Armbrust and his service at 5 Stars. Quote for all work was completed prior to the start of the job and invoice was send electronically after payment. Straight forward, simple and reliable service.

When I first called Armbrust, they tried to troubleshoot my issue over the phone to see if it was a simple fix. By this simple gesture, I knew they would be a great company to use! When I let them know that I wouldn't be able to fix my faucet with their instructions, they fit me in on Friday morning (2/4/22). Adam was early and was able to complete the project in less than a hour. He walked me through pricing and what he would be doing, which is something I appreciated. Would definitely use this company again!

The water heater in the basement burst during the day and required an emergency repair. Louis arrived in a timely manner and replaced the water heater in about an hour. He also protected the carper and made sure to clean the area upon completion of this work. Very professional and I would recommend Armbrust for your plumbing needs.

Adam Claus was great! My main house sewer was backed up and had we not dealt with it we would have had a much larger issue! Adam was upfront and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done- as well as the timeliness of the issue. He completed the job without any issues and cleaned up.
