I have had two major jobs done at my home with NorthStar and could not be more pleased. Last year my furnace went out and needed to be replaced. NorthStar was extremely responsive and explained in great detail what needed to done and shared insightful information in regards to maintenance and understanding the infrastructure. NorthStar did a stellar job in installing the furnace and ensuring that I had heat for the winter.
The second and most recent job was replacing my outside unit. As you can see from the pictures the former unit was very old and even the base on which it was situated on was deprecating. Even with a major supply chain shortage, NorthStar was able to secure a unit and scheduled the installation fast so I could once again have heat for the winter. An additional service was replacing a circuit board on the upstairs unit that had been damaged from a clogged drain that they fixed. NorthStar built the new base for the unit to rest on and installed the unit all in one day! I cannot recommend this company enough. They will go above and beyond to ensure a quality job is done.

Both Technician provided great service repairing a leak. Great communication when setting up with appointment and ETA call on the day of service. They gave great advice on maintenance, leak prevention and improvements on the draining systems. Also, explained why the improvements will prevent further leaks. Price was affordable on the improvements to HVAC drain system. Highly recommend to my neighbors within the division.

Justin and his crew at NorthStar went above and beyond to help us diagnose our problem after 2 years of other AC contractors missing the mark. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and up front on your options and cost. For the first time in over 2 years since we moved into our home, we finally have working AC.
