I need to write a review you guys need to be informed. I had issue with my heat, called the guys from effective air, they came out couldn't figure it out instead kept ordering and changing different parts until they figured out which part it was in the end. The only problem is I was paying for the parts and time that was not the issue. So I was out of $1600 that is after the supposed discount.

You see the problem with them is they kept changing parts until they found the right part after what 3 or 4 parts were replaced. I think the guy is a manager and his helper kept telling me he knows what he is doing, don't worry we take care of you! So they did took $1600 and almost a year before they were there and took $900. So in 2 years I spend about $2500 on them I could have added another $1000 and replaced a whole furnace couldn't I but no instead of that these clueless guys kept replacing parts and guessing if it's going to work or not! That's all I have to say about them.

Anthony was so great with Effective Air! Called at 8:35am and got to our house by 11:40am. Amazing. Really informative and what we appreciated the most was his friendly demeanor, passion for his work and detail about every step he was doing. Also VERY impressed how he was very upfront with the cost of every step BEFORE doing the repair and clearing it with us to make sure it was okay. Definitely going to be a repeat customer! Had our AC working in no time in this 90 degree heat!

I was referred to this company by a colleague. I recently moved to the neighborhood and purchased my first home. The HVAC system is fairly old and will need to be replaced in the next 5 years according to our inspector. Ben the technician was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was on time and patient with my questions I had with the system.

I wanted to know if there were any problems with my AC and how long I could keep it before replacing it. He did an excellent job with the maintenance and he replaced some parts for me. The administrative staff was a joy to chat with to figure out my project estimates on my HVAC system. I will be using Effective Air to test our furnace and to clean our ducts in the fall. Always a great experience dealing with the staff at Effective Air HVAC. Musaab, AKA, Moose our service tech, was a great guy. He was polite and knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing. We spoke a little of our mutual travels and trips. I highly recommend Effective Air. They have done work at both my office and my home. Great guys to work with.

Gary was the perfect guy for the job. His thoroughness, integrity, work ethic, experience all speak for themselves. Anthony was top notch as well. Although new to the company, was learning more from what I would say is the BEST out there. I will only have Gary come out for checkups and repairs. The team at Effective Air is second to none! My experience with them has been nothing but perfect. The professional attention to detail, courteous and friendly staff made for a great experience. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Effective Air consulted with us to create a whole-home solution for great air quality which consisted of Duct Sanitizing, installation of HEPA filtration system, UV germicidal light source.

After seeing the impeccable work that was done, I contracted them to do Aeroseal treatment of ductwork which has made a huge difference in the overall delivery of air throughout the house. I will continue to work with Effective Air since I have finally found a company with great service, quality work at a fair price. From the beginning, Brad Boehm was professional, helpful and friendly. His experienced approach to determining best AC unit for our home was why we selected Effective Air. Today Victor and Mike installed the unit- they were friendly, professional and thorough. And patiently explained to us how to use the new Ecobee thermostat. Highly recommend them!

Effective Air has the best guys, hands down. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, personable - and do a great job servicing our HVAC system. They do not push for an upsale or replacing something that can keep working, but tell you when it's finally time to replace whatever it is. Each technician does a great job explaining the technical in an understandable way. They are definitely a part of our home team.

Earlier this AM, my heating system wasn't working. Within an hour of his arrival, the EA tech had located the problem (a loose wire) & fixed it, restarting my furnace. While he was there, I had him correct a problem with the humidifier that was not working correctly as well. I'm now a satisfied customer!

I would highly recommend Effective Air to everyone. Gary is the best and is very honest when it comes to what I need for the air conditioning and heating. Just a nice guy who is extremely efficient. They are very attentive and accommodating with appointments. I have been using Effective Air for at least 10 years. I could not ask for better service.

Effective Air cleaned and sealed our ducts, installed a whole house water filtration system, drip pans & water sensors for our hot water heaters, wireless thermostat, and new batteries for our battery back up system for our sump pumps!! Great crews! Super neat and respectful and EXCELLENT work! We couldn't be happier. They helped us trouble shoot & solve several of our heating and cooling issues.

Found & corrected a fire hazard that should have been caught by inspectors, and suggested a great company that helped us with some insulation issues. Jon was a pleasure to work with during the quoting and follow up process as well.

Effective Air did a phenomenal job! They met the quoted price. But they went well beyond expectations. The new unit is incredibly quiet.
