I had used Wind Bender through my HSA Home Warranty. They were professional, quick and attentive to my concerns. I had been without hot water for 3 weeks due to another company giving me the run around. Wind Bender is was able to come out, send the diagnosis to my warranty company, get the water heater ordered and installed within a weeks time. Art Harris was very kind when gathering the information needed for my diagnosis. I would definitely use this company again.

We contacted Wind Bender after learning we had a water leak "somewhere" (which turned out to be the main line into our home) and we couldn't be more pleased with a job well done! Aside from being the nicest guy around, Mike B. arrived when he said he would and was spot-on with his assessment. He and his crew came into less than desirable working conditions, but they had a trench dug, a new line in and inspected, and our water back on in a matter of hours. The girls in the office had everything scheduled and kept us informed of dates and times. Not once did I have to call them with questions.

Service was done well and to our satisfaction at the end with some caveats. Here is the description: This was the company assigned to us by our Home Warranty company. Required 1 visit for diagnosis, 2 months wait for parts, 2nd visit for another diagnosis made this time by the supervisor where it was obvious the first person was wrong, then another short wait for more parts.

If the supervisor had done the diagnosis at first it is possible that the faucets could have been repaired instead of replaced, costing us less money and time. Scheduled visit timeframe changed several times without our involvement but after calling them, they were able to resolve the problem and find an acceptable alternative. Mike, the supervisor, works fast, is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable.

He also does a very clean job and leaves things looking clean and well. He worked faster than expected for the estimated time. We did require 1 warranty call for a problem with installation which the company scheduled fast and Mike fixed very fast on the repeat visit. Company attempted to double charge us at the end as their records were incorrect but when we provided proof of original payment they were able to resolve the problem with their records without any further problem and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, job was done well at the end by a knowledgeable and professional technician but was way overpriced and delayed significantly.

Our homeowners insurance sent these people out to replace our hot water tank and everything went horrible after that! First off the young man who came out didn't know what he was doing and told me he does hvac. Then he never shut our water off and cut into a pipe for water to continuously pour all over our floor and he was freaking out and told me to call the water department.

He kept telling me that everything would be covered and after that said he couldn't do it anymore and was going to quit. We were without water for days! What someone else came to try to help fix, was faulty and dripping again! Then no one shows up at all the next day! Then the kids manager or whatever finally came to fix it! We had an 80 gal tank and was talked into a 55 gallon and we paid over 400 dollars up front!

Very dissatisfied and they never sent anyone out to look at damage of our newly installed floor but sent us a letter stating they weren't at fault! Yea his company ridiculous and very unprofessional!

Mike was great! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable without being overbearing, and very friendly. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future, if any other issues arise. I got an appt with them for the next day. When Mike got there, he was friendly and professional. It didn't take him long to replace the garbage disposal. He was great. The office staff was fine and answered questions before the work was done, but when I had a couple of follow-up questions, they gave me a partial answer and then never got back with me, even though I texted them twice. I would recommend their work, but not necessarily the office follow-up.

Mike Brubaker was beyond helpful. He was able to assess the leak in the toilet and repair everything for us. He was also able to locate the leak in the pipe we had in our ceiling and fix that as well. He fixed both issues in a very timely manner and answered all questions I had. Boiler issues were diagnosed. Thomas was very thorough in his process. Made sure he had all the info he needed to get the claim turned in correctly to the warranty company. The lady in the office is also very friendly and helpful which is much appreciated when calling to get clarification for all things home warranty related! Thanks for doing a great job!

Thomas was amazing. He is so knowledgeable. Was very informative. He called in plenty of time before his arrival. He took the time to answer my questions. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the services before he left. He's a 5 star guy. He definitely deserves some type of token of appreciation from the company.

I had the heating inspection done by Thomas. And later in the day Mike came to the house and inspected the plumbing. Both representatives were friendly and professional. Both showed me what was inspected and that everything was operating as it should. Wind Bender has always been good to me and never had any complaints about anything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very reliable company. And their employees are very knowledgeable about their area of expertise!

Had to replace my water softener. Within a week, the water softener was purchased and Mike came out to install. Mike is great - personable and efficient. Windbender has become my go to provider.

I had a pipe bust and a faucet that wasn't working. I called my home warranty to get the busted pipe fixed and they included fixing the faucet. I'm not a handyman by any means so I didn't know what to do. Mike did an amazing job and explained in detail what needed to be done. He even showed me what he was doing so I had a better understanding. I'm thankful the home warranty uses Wind Bender and even more thankful Mike was the technician. If I ever need any plumbing work done, I'll be using Wind Bender and requesting Mike. He's down to earth, nice, and professional. It was a great experience.

Do not seem like they know what they were doing and lied to us about the humidifier having a recall.

We had a sewer line blockage that caused water to back up into our tub and shower. Communication was swift and timely and very reliable. The plumber that provided the service was Mike. He was very friendly and helping us to understand the procedure and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. We highly recommend this company and are extremely satisfied with their service and personnel. Greg was the person at the office we dealt with. He was very courteous and expedited our service call. This company was chosen by our home warranty company to replace our sump pump. Their scheduling is not flexible at all for anyone with a day job. They replaced the sump pump, however, they left it in a lesser condition than they found it. When contacting and asking them to correct the issue, they were difficult to work with and wanted us to pay an additional charge for them to complete their work - including a "trip fee". We would not use them again.

Greg, their office guy is very rude to customers. They have left our bathroom in disarray for almost a month. Call this company at your own peril.

Erick was wonderful! He was prompt and courteous! We talked for just a bit about the service needed and then he got right to work-explaining things as he worked. I was given a four hour window for arrival and got a text 15 minutes before the earliest time. Erick showed up 20 minutes later (our house is hard to find) and was finished within the hour. I love that I wasn't sitting around all morning waiting and wasting time! I highly recommend Wind Bender and will call on them again!

Technician Josh set appointment within a day and arrived promptly to inspect ac unit. Very pleased with his professionalism and customer service! I would do business with this company.

Wind Bender was awesome. Great communication from the company. Kept in touch every step of the way and even communicated well with our home warranty company. We had a toilet replaced and they were very diligent during the entire process. We would highly recommend them. Mike was fantastic and had the new toilet put in and even took the time to explain the new functions.

Horriable customer service. Mid diagnosed my problems and over charged. Called a different company and fixed it for 1/3 price same day. If you have a home warranty and they send these guys out run.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Our home warranty company sent out Wind Bender for a diagnostic check and it just happened to be our control board. Bob was our technician and he was awesome. We explained that my husband has asthma and really needs the AC. Bob made sure he was able to get it as soon as possible. Thanks Bob! He got it fixed very quickly.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company! They go above and beyond. The techs are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

We purchased a 6 ton geothermal heating system and a 20kW whole house backup generator. Before the work started, we were told it would take 3 to 5 days; the HVAC was installed in that time, but took about 6 months for them to work out the kinks. 16 months to get the permit for the whole house generator and still having issues. They destroyed ceiling tiles and blew several pieces of electronics while working on the projects and I hired a duct work company to fix all of the shoddy connection jobs they did.

Their district manager came to my house to apologize for their poor performance. They even offered an additional system at-cost to make up for it. I paid another company over $1,000 more than what I would have paid Windbender just to not have them come to my house anymore. Don't walk away, RUN!
