Matt came out and did a service call. He was very professional and showed me what I was doing incorrectly and helped me understand my new system. These guys are great............ very happy

Kaleb and Nick came out the day before install to do a through duct cleaning. The following day Joe, Kaleb, Nick and Shaun came out to install an entirely new HVAC system. Before they started they put down covers to protect my floors and stairs. On both days they called ahead to let me know they were in route and an ETA. They were very efficient and professional.

Once the install was complete they took the time to show me how to change the filters and explain everything about my new system. Extreme has been doing my general maintenance since 2013 and look forward to many more years working with them.

They were great! Very friendly and timely! We were without heat for two days and the lead technician Kevin Vest came out on a Sunday night to diagnose the problem, got the part the next day and installed it! Very prompt and friendly team and would highly recommend using them in your time of need or just for maintenance!

We wanted to take a moment to comment on the service provided by Extreme’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Shawn V. ,Joe and Kaleb for our recent replacement of our HVAC system into our 100-year-old house. They arrived on time on the scheduled date with all of the right products (very rare). The team proceeded with the expedient removal of the old appliances without making a mess or dripping anything onto our carpets (very rare).

The installation of the new HVAC system required plumbing, duct routing, electrical routing, and ventilation installation. All activities were accomplished in workman fashion and concluded with a run through of operation and software APP use. We are happy with our new system and very happy with the installing service provided by Extreme’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

They are always punctual and neat. I think they are great. We have had Kevin check our system and he was wonderful.

Our a/c went out last night on one of the hottest days of the summer. We called around 10:15pm and Kevin, our technician, was here by 11:00pm. He replaced our capacitor and our system was running again by 11:30pm. Thank you so much for the prompt service!

These people are dedicated to good results, and customer service. Extreme is a great part of this companys name, they did a 12 hour job replacing my old ac with new updated unit and the extreme part is that they had to put it in my attic which reached 155 f at one point. yea that's dedication!!! I really must thank Jake, Cory, Curtis and Caleb for such a great job and for all of their dedication even in the horrible heat of our attic I wish I could give them 20 stars but I will settle with 5 stars.

Great company to work with. I called to get my vents cleaned and they made it happen within a timely manner. They showed up when they where suppose to and did a wonderful job. We have been using Extreme's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning since 2010. Their servicemen are highly technical, as are their salesmen to answer real questions for comparing products without being pushy. Today Kevin C came out and diagnosed our heating problem in less than a minute. Just love their fast response, yet their amazing low prices for tune-ups and service calls.

Great company overall. So glad we had them install our Trane system. It has worked well for the past 9 years with great warranties. I give a 5 out of 5 star rating to Extreme's One Hour and Kevin C for today's service.

Professional, dependable, and friendly. I am extremely pleased with the furnace and air conditioner they installed for me. The installation was quick and the price was great. The salesman, John, was very friendly and not pushy at all. The install crew were very friendly, quick, clean, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how everything works. After nearly getting fleeced by their competition, we had Extreme’s come look at our broken AC. We had them out to quote a new system, but the sales manager looked at our old system and told us he could get it running for a fraction of the cost of the other guys. Their technician Ben came out today and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He was quick, courteous, and on time. The work was done as quoted and he got our system up and running.

Well, I search yelp and you all came through! Anthony arrive this evening, we were told it would be tomorrow due to the workload they were managing. It has been very hot the last week and I am sure we are not the only ones with a crippled A/C.

Anthony's arrival was a God send! He was professional, friendly, informative, and very helpful! He found the issue quickly and had us going in no time! He was also informative about how to balance the air flow in the House!!

Had them come out on a Sunday at my last house, the cheapest in town and diagnosed it right away. The part showed up quick and it got installed even quicker. Needless to say they are the only company I will be using in my new home.

This is the best company! I've always had great service and the system I purchased about 4 years ago has been very reliable. Today I had an annual PM on the system and I just have to say that Ben was absolutely the best! He was instrumental in troubleshooting a problem and went above and beyond. This company is top notch. We were quoted a very good price and they did exactly what they said they would do. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from their crew.

Everyone at Extreme One Hour was very courteous and professional, and the tech was on site within about 1 hour of calling them early on a Sunday morning. Prices seemed in line with other HVAC contractors. He did replace my run capacitor, which was blown, only to reveal that the compressor was shot too, and I would likely need a new unit. Unfortunately, he couldn't uninstall and take back the $160 capacitor at that point, since now it was "used," albeit only once.

I understand he can't put a "used" part back on his truck, and it's not the tech's fault, but still, it stung. He offered to take it off the bill if I bought a new AC unit from him (which I didn't). I have a $160 paper weight now (that sells for only $10 on eBay or Amazon). I think the damage was the result of lightning, but the tech couldn't definitively confirm this so he didn't state it on the work order (which would have helped me with a homeowner insurance claim). But, I respected his honesty to not claim something he wasn't 100% positive about. I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company they did an amazing job installing my new furnace . There customer service was absolutely incredible and very helpful with the questions I had . They also were very affordable.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. The same day I called the company came out. Melanie and Diane (receptionist) were very nice and provided great customer service. Mike and Caleb came to my home to clean my dry vent and they did a WONDERFUL job. In doing the job, they were very professional and explained everything to me so that I understood what they were about to do. Please use them and refer them, you will not be disappointed.

I recently moved into a house that has dog hair in every possible nook & cranny and seemingly never had the furnace filters changed. I called Extreme about duct cleaning and it's the best thing I could have done for a fresh clean start! The guys were so courteous and efficient and really took their time to remove a mountain of the dust, dog hair, dirt, and even a few dead mice (eek!).

They also did a sanitizing spray into each vent and my allergies say thanks!! I highly recommend Extreme and their air duct cleaning service if you haven't had your ducts cleaned in a while! It makes a difference in the air flow and quality of air!

If you are looking for an honest company, Extreme One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is the one! After having my yearly service on my furnace, by another company, I was told that I needed a very expensive repair so they gave me an estimate for a new one. Being a widow that has had bad experiences in the past, I decided to get a couple of estimates so I called Extreme One Hour Heating & Air.

They sent John Seiber the Lead Service Technician out to give me my estimate. After explaining my options he asked if he could take a looked at my furnace. To my surprise he told me that I didn't need a new furnace as there was nothing wrong with mine. Now I know why they have such great ratings for customer satisfaction! It's really amazing in this day and age to find a company that is this honest! Extreme One Heating & Air will be the only one that gets my business from now on! Thank you John.

A/C was out on Memorial Day weekend (93 and humid). Extreme's came out very quickly, and got my house cooling again. It was recommend (not at all forced) that I change my system soon being builder grade at 16+ years old. After getting another quote, One Hour provided a better price for better equipment than the other guys. They provide payment options as well for any need. I have used them multiple times, and every time I call another HVAC company I wonder why I ever strayed from One Hour. Awesome group of guys (and ladies).
