I've been using Duct Mate for many years. It's a family run business deticated to prompt quality service. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasion to make sure my equipment was up and running. I can't say enough about this family run company, "The Best"

Pick some other company that is more reputable and put their work with warranty. you would want a reputable company that will back up their work. Try Aj parri that has 10 years warranty on labor and parts. You want your new unit is Problem free at least 10 years.

Always impressed by their responsiveness, class and professionalism. My Nest thermostat went on the fritz. First, they actually walked me through a manual reset free of charge. When the manual reset to my heater (not the nest) didn't work, they came in a few hours. Though they could have charged me to replace my Nest he took the time to check everything and get me running like normal in about an hour. A company I can easily recommend.

These guys have done a good amount of work for us. New furnace, new AC, new hot water heater, ducting, new humidifier and air purifier. And everything has gone exactly as planned, on time, and pricing has been fair and competitive. Everyone I have dealt with has been great, from Patricia at the office, to Anthony who recently has been handling A/C repairs caused by a different contractor, and everyone in between. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Easy to work with, very reasonably priced and most of all, they get the job done. I've had several companies come in and nobody could solve the problem. Tom and his crew did it! Very clean work and the office is very responsive to my calls.

My wife and I were looking to hire a local and reputable installer of central air conditioning systems. We met with three separate local air conditioning installers based upon the best online reviews. Duct Mate was one of the three companies we met with. In short, we could not be happier with the quality of products we purchased from Duct Mate and the level of service and professionalism they provided.

We definitely made the right choice with Duct Mate. The owner of Duct Mate, Joe, was the person who came out to meet us at our house. He was personable, knowledgeable, and by far the most thorough in explaining how he would go about installing our system. He not only listened to our specific concerns (as to where the ductwork would be hidden, preferred location of vents, and size of units needed per zone), but he also understood our concerns and gave us several options on how to address them.

He was ultimately able to answer every question of ours. While Duct Mate was not the cheapest quote we received, we felt most confident moving forward with them and believed that they offered the best value. It also helped that Duct Mate was the only company to assure us that everything would be included in the cost of the work. They explained how they would be available after installation during the warranty period to address any issues. Needless to say, we have had no issues with the system.

Throughout the entire period of work, Joe and his team were courteous, professional, and competent. Joe, himself, was literally on his hands and knees at times to take care of the fine detail work. Joe's son and several other workers helped with the installation of our system--and every one of them was as respectful as the other. I will also note that there were no scuffs, scratches, or other damage caused to my home by Duct Mate despite constantly walking and moving of equipment up and down multiple flights of stairs.

When Duct Mate's service was done, the systems worked perfectly. The vents were all precisely located and pointed in the correct directions. Any debris left behind was cleaned up, and Duct Mate even came back a few times to help us connect new thermostats to the system. Our dealings with Joe, Joe Jr., Pat, Brian, Angel, and the rest of the crew were all a pleasure. We would highly recommend Duct Mate to any potential customer looking for quality work and service!

These folks showed up at my home on the coldest day of the year which was a Sunday to repair my heat. They weren't even the company that installed my HVAC system! Got the heat working, allowing me and my children to stay put in our home and followed up promptly to complete the repair. Good luck finding an HVAC company to respond like that!

My experience with Duct Mate Inc. was a pleasant one. As we are all aware. Replacing your HVAC system can be costly. I researched and got estimates from 3 companies. Joe Jr. came to my house and was very professional, honest and provided me with all the options available to me. After obtaining 3 estimates. I narrowed down my choices to one. Duct Mate inc.

I am so very happy I did. Brain at the office was also very knowledgeable, pleasant and worked w me to narrow down the devices most suitable for my residence and worked with me on the price. Day of installation, the entire crew that came to my house were very pleasant. Family runned business. I actually felt like I had family at my house. I stayed out of there way and let them do what they do best.

They are very clean. They covered my floors and to work they went. They did an awesome job. DId not leave unless my questions were answered. I strongly recommend them. You will be very happy you did. I called these guys because my boiler was not working and they could not of been more helpful. I even left a message over July 4th weekend and i got a call right away to find out when I needed an individual to come in. They did not want to charge me for no reason so they took the information off of my boiler over the phone and I was able to fix it on my own. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend them.

As any homeowner is likely aware searching for and ultimately choosing a specialized contractor can be a daunting task. There seems to be no limit to the list of unscrupulous contractors at every turn. After researching for quite some time I decided to contract Duct Mate To fabricate some custom duct work connections in my finished basement. Pricing was very fair compared to at least three other HVAC contractors I spoke with, and most importantly the quality of the final result was perfect.

This was a very difficult transition piece with multiple angles, reductions, and expansions In the main trunk line off of the furnace. There are many variables to consider When changing the dimensions in duct-work that can easily affect the heating and cooling of the entire house including air velocity, air volume, and resistance. Now that the new part is installed and it is getting colder by the day here in New Jersey I can say with confidence that the new Ductwork has not noticeably affected my heat in any way and I now have excellent vertical clearance in my basement! I would recommend them for any heating or cooling job.

I had Duct Mate install my central air a few years back and it was the best investment I ever made. They did a high effeciency AC for me (I'm very conscious about the enviroment.drive a Prius, use green cleaning products, etc) and I couldn't be happier. Not only is my house set to 68 degrees for the whole summer, but my electric bill has been minimized! Saves the environment and saves me money! Joe here is the best, he came to my house with Brian and planned the whole thing out, measuring each room and looking at how the furniture was set up to maximize our comfort from the AC (for vent placments). They are both super knowledgeable and very honest. Joe is a straight shooter. I highly recommend him and his company for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!
