PACIFIC HVAC Air Conditioner

Great experience. I received a quote and the Samsung split unit was installed the next day. Danny (owner) is a delight to work with. His workers are professional and take great care to make sure all work is done with quality. They also lay down protective plastic in interior areas of the house they work on and clean up the work area when they are done. I was very impressive with their professionalism, quality of work and politeness. Highly recommend their services!

We used Pacific for an installation of a ductless system, we had a great experience! Danny was very informative and any question I had was answered. Also the system was installed very quickly and the cleanliness they work with is bar none, it was as if the system was there the whole time. Danny and his technicians did great work of installing a 4 zone ductless mini-split Heat Pump. The work was completed in the estimated 3 days given before the project began and everything was done neatly. Price was reasonable considering the increase in materials lately. I hope to use their service again when I need to upgrade/zone the rest of the house. If you are looking to install a mini-split system I recommend inquiring with Danny and his team!

Danny's technicians (the "Primos") replaced my old furnace and aging, leaking AC condenser with a high efficiency heat pump system which included a new condenser, an air handler and two indoor floor units, all manufactured by Samsung. The two floor units provide additional heating/cooling to two upstairs south-facing bedrooms that are usually warmer than the lower level of the house. Danny came every day to oversee the work done by the technicians.

The cost was not cheap, but it was not substantially higher than a quote I received from another contractor that included lower efficiency/lower rated equipment. Note - Material and equipment costs have risen substantially in just the last 4-5 months. All indoor wiring for power and communications and conduit for refrigerant and drainage was wrapped and concealed in plastic.

All outdoor wiring and conduits were covered with slim duct. The installation and all modifications made look very clean and professional. Danny is very detail oriented and takes great pride in the quality of the work. I did not find anyone more knowledgeable of the industry or with more experience in dealing and communicating with equipment vendors than Danny. I would highly recommend Danny and Pacific HVAC to anyone considering the purchase and installation of a heat pump system (standard split and/or mini splits).

3 years ago my mini split air conditioning system was in rough shape, the company I had install it for me was nowhere to be found, but Danny of Pacific was able to repair so that it was working almost good as new. Now the system is failing and beyond repair this time, so I contacted Danny to get a new system installed - no one else has his expertise for ductless AC.

Danny, the owner of Pacific HVAC, is a pro. I've been using him for 3 years now for maintenance and and any repairs on my ductless mini-split units. He is totally familiar with all HVAC systems so he can diagnose and fix any problems quickly. He is honest and his pricing is reasonable. I have used 3 HVAC companies since installing my system, and Danny is by far the best. I wish I had known him when my system was installed; he would have done a better installation and it probably would have cost me less money. I totally recommend him.

When my Airconditioner stop working I went on Google to find a company to install a new AC unit and came across Pacific Hvac. They have some amazing reviews and a lot of happy customers. I call them up and they gave me a great price and recommended the right unit for my Salon. They came a few days later and installed my new Mitsubishi unit. I am so happy with the service and the overall experience. Amazing guys. I really appreciate you guys. Also they cleaned up after themselves and covered my my furniture. Absolutely amazing.

We have a fussy HVAC system (Fujitisu mini-splits) and they were installed poorly by a contractor. Many HVAC companies don't want to work on jobs installed by others, and if they do, are confused and can't cope. NOT DANNY! He came and reviewed the systems, we talked about strategies and ideas to solve the problems, and two days later he came back and with one of his guys did the work. We are up and running and Danny will be my go-to guy from now on. Professional and helpful and sensible. I highly recommend.

Danny was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable! We tried three other companies before finding Pacific HVAC and none could fix our problem. The other companies came multiple times, over charged and never actually fixed the problem. Danny came the morning after we called him, found the actual problem with our system and repaired it all in the same day! Danny the owner of Pacific HVAC is very knowledgeable, honest, and a true professional. I had 3 Daikin split units installed last Summer. He and his crew did an amazing job and at a very reasonable and fair price. I recommend you call Danny first, he has a lot of experience in his field. Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I have had. The person answering the phone was very nasty and rude. The mechanic which was sent out did not speak English barely knew what he was doing. Company was very unprofessional and messy.
