Stay away. they gave me a repair date almost 2 weeks after I contacted them. then they were going to call me to confirm appointment, never happened, and when I finally called them 1 day before my appointment they were like "oh sorry technician is out so we can't make it for another week". then they lied they didn't receive an email from me with my machine's serial numbers: they had responded to my email but said didn't receive my email lol what a jokesters, don't waste your time and nerves with this outfit

These people are incompetent. We needed a simple repair to our icemaker pan and the tech ordered and brought the wrong part 2 separate times after the "diagnostic" visit. So that's three times they came and were unable to repair a simple part. We asked for our deposit back and they said we owed the diagnostic fee in any case. Trisha is rude and hung up on me. A joke of a company!

I went to Jersey Coast Appliance on Sunday, right before closing time and bought a stackable washer/dryer. Skip was there and he was so great. He was friendly and helpful and took the time to explain things to me. Today is Thursday and my washer/dryer is hooked up and running! They called and gave me a 2-hour window and came within the first 40 minutes.
The installers, Anthony and Matthew, were amazing! They were friendly and literally hooked everything up in less than 30 minutes. I am going to recommend them to everyone! It was an awesome experience! THANK YOU!

They are probably the rudest people you will ever have to deal with. Talking to the receptionist, she was very nasty and felt like she couldn't be bothered. When the service man came out he had a bad attitude, basically told us there was no problem with our washing machine but our clothes were soaking wet and never drain out. Made us feel like we were wasting his time, and he just wanted to get out of there.
But according to him everything was fine. This was the second time we had them out and each time they were not pleasant, and they couldn't be bothered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We just had the best experience dealing with Jersey Coast Appliance. From start to finish making our problem known online since our microwave broke on a Sunday then receiving a early callback on Monday to set up appointment then our service tech Joseph Shamey coming today and fixing our problem quickly so polite & helpful. Will definitely be calling on them again since all our appliances are all out of warranty. Nice to know we have someone we can depend and have trust in!

Had service on a 14 month old refridgerator. Paid for the service call. The techs adjustment to the fan motor did not solve the problem. Needed a fan motor. Ordered and paid for. Tech returned and installed the part. Was sent a invoice for the part it credit card charged for additional amount. I have disputed the charge.

I am taking back my first review. The tech was here early clean and pleasant. He told me my older dryer needed a new motor and blower, would cost around $600. I had another company come a check out my dryer. I didn't tell them I had already had it checked. Turns out the motor was fine just needed a ignition switch, unfortunately the part is no longer available. I ended up buying a new dryer from Lowes! Great price and easy installation. I will no longer trust Jersey Coast!

Ordered a high end range hood. Went to install it and the problem was it was missing key installation parts and directions. Looked like someone repacked and returned the item. Notified the store, thinking they would say hey, bring it back. But it was like they thought I was lying. Their solution was hold on a minute, here is the number for customer service of the company. Really? Thats your solution?
So I called customer service and couldn't get thru the whole day! (They had phone issues). Called the store back and said I needed a solution now, so they called the service rep, and had the manufacturer call me. When Braun called me, they were great! You know what they told me? return it to the store and "they" will get me a "New" one shipped overnight! Something fishy.
