Since they want to delete my comment on Facebook instead of responding to horrific customer service now I'll leave my review here. October 15th I call about a malfunctioning refrigerator, Stan Jr comes out to do a service call. All he does is check for frosted coils and reprograms the thermostat, which did not do anything to fix the problem. He never checked refrigerant levels or the compressor.

If he did I would have known the compressor was bad and could have ordered a new one before the holidays came around, it took another company 10 mins to diagnose the issue. Before I called another company however, I called industrial service 6 other times from October 28th until the beginning of December. I was told by whoever answers the phone that I would get a call back each time and each time I never did.

If this was too small of a job for you, you should have just said that instead of screwing another small business in town. Update to owners response: I never said that I did not want to pay for a leak check, I actually called the next day to schedule that so that's a blatant lie. Stan said he could not do it the same day. Also no voice-mails were received by me so that's another lie.

I also never called to say I changed my mind, another lie. I was calling up until December for you to do your job and fix it not to cancel, talk to the girl who answers your phone and you can confirm that. Just goes to show the type of people you are. Why did it take a tech from Air we are 10 mins to say the compressor is running but not pumping refrigerant and I need a compressor?

Being a florist one of the worst things that could go wrong is a walk in cooler freeze up I can't tell you how many times over the last 20 years I've been in business I've had the worst experiences calling people to service my coolers. This time was a pleasant surprise. I called on a Sunday. Talked to a real person.which was a plus and was asked when I wanted someone to come look at it!

I wasn't put on hold. wasn't ignored. First thing this morning I was greeted by the owner Stan and he fixed my issues fast and it didn't break the bank. FInally I have piece of mind. I found a great company just like mine small family run that cares! Thanks again Stan

As a restaurant owner I have always had a hard time finding an honest well run refrigeration company. This is it! Stan and his team are top notch and very clear and honest on what you need and not just selling you. The repair work is done and I never have a repeat issue.
