I had a female Tech it was kind of cool. I forgot her name but you was very efficient and extremely honest and very talented she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what the issue was she was done within 20 minutes repairing my central air conditioner I needed and new compressor and she installed it like within five minutes she was awesome the person that does the appointments and scheduling a service her name is Jennifer if I remember correctly very polite and very professional and extremely nice I would definitely offer this service to anybody else I will definitely use them again hopefully not soon

My 92-year-old mother's air conditioner went out during a heat wave. I live 1200 miles away so addressing the issue had logistical challenges. I called several contractors in the area. Blue Ridge was the only company that offered to prioritize my mother's problem. I thought that the unit would need immediate replacement because it was 30 years old.
They went out in less than 24 hours. They were up front that they would not be able to install a new system immediately, but they would try their best to provide a temporary fix until a new unit could be installed. Furthermore, the technician called me after inspecting the system and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. He showed Mom how to operate the thermostat and called me with the good news. The system will need to be replaced in the near future due to age, and Blue Ridge will definitely get my business.

I have been a Blue Ridge customer for over 13 years. Bill and his staff have always provided excellent service. This past summer Cecil capably tuned up my aging AC, and it worked well for the remaining time that I had it. Two weeks ago I had Blue Ridge replace my unit. Louie, assisted by Shea, did a fine job installing my new AC. Because of the continuing warm weather, I have already used it. So far I am very happy with its performance. Thank you Blue Ridge!

We have been using Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. Everyone is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable making us very comfortable using their services. Have never had an issue with any technician, but especially happy when told Cecil will be helping. He goes above and beyond every time.

When our air conditioning broke in the middle of July, we were not sure who to call. We looked online and found Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling. Blue Ridge came and installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace. They were very prompt and professional. Bill came to meet with us on the day we called. They were able to schedule us for install within a week, which was great in the middle of July! Our technicians Lou M. and Dave were polite, professional and very thorough. They explained everything to us. We will always use Blue Ridge if we need anything again.

Cecil came out to fix our a/c after I placed an emergency call to Blue Ridge. He was personable, extremely competent and very professional. He knew just what to look for in repairing our a/c unit, had the parts on hand, and the rates were very reasonable. This is a company to be trusted. We would use them again, and recommend them to friends.

I had just purchased a new home and didn't feel comfortable with the level of work that was performed by the developers contractor. I wanted reassurance from someone else that would provide me with an honest overview. Because I purchased the home during early winter, the A/C was not yet turned on. Although I was assured that everything was in working order I wanted "peace of mind" and wanted to have the entire system checked out.
I contacted Blue Ridge because of their trustworthy service and excellent reviews. I was also familiar with their family and knew I could trust the work that was to be performed. The service was excellent all around. From office staff to the technician. I received a courtesy call the day before the scheduled service and also an additional courtesy call thirty minutes prior the technicians arrival. Cecil arrived on time and was friendly and courteous when he introduced himself.
He was prepared and quickly donned protective booties as to not disturb my flooring. (Very nice touch!) Cecil reviewed every aspect of my system inside and out and was more than pleased to explain how everything worked. He answered my questions with professionalism and dignity. He was passionate about his work and the level of customer service he wanted to provide.
I felt bad for keeping him for what I felt was a prolonged period of time. He assured me that he did not want to rush and wanted to make sure everything was operating efficiently and correctly. In the end he reviewed all his work with me, provided professional insight and advise and offered further suggestions on proper maintenance. Cecil advised me of other services that Blue Ridge currently offers (which I will be signing up for.) There was no pressure.
Just honest advice by a professional who was proud of the work he did. He reviewed the cost and verified that all my information was correct. In addition, I found Blue Ridge to be very tech savvy as Cecil showed me that any service technician could review my system information and the work that was performed that day through an application on his iPad.
It was reassuring to know that work performed was well documented and subject to review from everyone within the company. I know Blue Ridge prides itself on customer service and supporting their employees. Cecil exhibited every aspect that afternoon and I am more than pleased that he assisted me that day. I will certainly and have recently recommended Blue Ridge to my neighbors and friends. Give them a call.you won't be disappointed!

DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS! I called Blue Ridge because they originally put in the heating system in the house I bought. I had already had a different company in to try and fix my heat that I threw out because they were charging me way too much. I explained that to Blue Ridge, they sent out a tech who then wanted to charge me $600 for a part that I bought myself for $170.
When I asked the tech how much the part cost he had no idea. "This is what the office told me to charge you." Then he said it would take him 2 hours to put the part in, I did it myself in a half hour! I understand companies have overhead and there is a need for markup, but that is criminal! To top it all off when I explained to the tech that this was outrageous his comment to me was "My heat works just fine" meaning that he was going to be comfortable when he got home to his house. Way out of line!

Signed up for a service plan, for the first time ever. Blue Ridge service has been phenominal. They always confirm appointments the day before. The service tech always calls before arrival The technicians are friendly, smart, clean and professional. Having had experiences with other service-oriented firms who I would NOT recommend to others, Blue Ridge has restored my faith in the service industry. If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional HVAC company, look no further. These guys are the real deal.

The hottest day we've had so far this season, a house full of wedding guests, and no AC! I called Blue Ridge and they sent a technician the very same day. Jennifer was wonderful, calm and patient with me as she set up our appointment. Cecil came at 6 in the evening and was as pleasant and efficient as if it was the start of a day. Professional and friendly- he fixed the situation almost immediately. I was grateful to him and Blue Ridge.
