I called Airtech on Thursday and spoke to Kevin. I had an issue with heat working properly. Kevin was friendly and courteous. He sent Jeremy out the vey next day. When I came home from work, I had heat. I called to thank them for their prompt service. If you need help with heating please call Kevin and his team. You will not be disappointed.

I was extremely happy with my experience with Kevin. My daughter was having a birthday party on Saturday. The forecast was for thunderstorms and I had alot of kids coming over. The playroom is upstairs and the air hasn't worked up there in a while. I was referred to Kevin by a patient of mine. I called and asked for a diagnosis (this was Friday).he said he certainly could as soon as Monday.
I hated that I was that person who called and needed help the same day, but I was asking for a miracle. I told him about her party, he juggled his schedule and not only came to diagnose, but fixed my air conditioner! He went above and beyond and you just do not find service like that anymore. I am so thankful for his kindness and hard work. I would absolutely say if you need service with your heating and air, Airtechs is definitely the place to call!

I got several estimates from other companies and then Airtechs was recommended by a trusted friend. Kevin came out and diagnosed my system for me.he was very honest and upfront with me. I wasn't able to get the work done immediately, but he was patient and kept in touch with me via texts. When I was ready he sent his guys out within a matter of days during peak season and they did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied. This a company you can trust and one I recommend.

There was a technician at my house within 30 minutes. They have excellent pricing in comparison with the other guys, especially considering my call was "after hours emergency". The tech that came to my house was extremely knowledgeable and has been doing HVAC for 20 years. My issue was diagnosed and resolved in less than an hour. I generally never take the time to leave a good review for companies, but these guys do great work.

We replaced our HVAC system in February 2015. I called several businesses to get a quote for replacement. Airtechs' quote for a much higher efficiency system was far more affordable than other places that offered less efficient systems. Kevin answered every question I had before installation with great detail; he is very knowledgeable and provided great service.
The servicemen even cleaned and mopped the floors after installation because it had rained that day! Kevin worked hard to give us the best deal for our system and it works great. We can't wait to try out the AC in the summer! I highly recommend Airtechs because of the level of service, the fairness in price, and the excellent customer service we received. Thank you for our new HVAC system!
