We have a home in Lake Oswego that is tenant occupied at the present time and the heating system went out a couple of days before the Thanksgiving weekend. Jason was very responsive and arranged to get over to the house to look at the problem within a few hours. The present unit was unrepairable, as it was over 25 years old and needed to be replaced entirely. Lakeside removed and installed a new Carrier unit the next day and even saved us money. We were quoted a much higher price by two other HVAC companies. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Awesome company! We have used Lake Norman Heating and Air for years to service our units with great service. When it came time to replace them both, we went with Lake Norman Heating and Air to do the work. It was seamless from the start! Justin the sales person was great to come out and recommend the new systems for us. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time plus did an excellent job throughout the entire process.
The installers, customer service people, and technician all were very pleasant to work with as well. I wish every project could go this smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or new units. Great folks in our community!

I can't say enough about the true professionals at Lakeside who planned and installed my new unit this week. Fantastic service, clearly the right experts for the job and the whole team were just really nice people to work with. I can't leave out the service team as well, they kept my old unit running long enough to get the new unit in stock. Just a great company. I would recommend Lakeside without hesitation.

Lakeside HVAC did repairs for some damaged ductwork in my home. The work was fine and the price seemed reasonable. The reason for the 1 star rating is the professionalism of the company. The sales rep came to my home to complete an estimate, during which time h made me aware of a need to pull a county permit prior to completing the work. I agreed they would pull such permit.
No other mention was made of the process. It tool 3 days and several calls from me to receive my quote. Once accepted, it took an additional 4 days and several calls to get the work scheduled. The technicians arrived on Friday morning and completed the work with no incident. I was happy with the quality of the work. I was left with an invoice to pay by calling the office.
I called to pay the invoice Monday morning. Payment was processed, but no receipt was ever sent. On Tuesday someone from Lakeside called me to schedule a county inspection. I explained that this was the first I was hearing of an inspection need. Once the invoice was paid, my drywall contractor came and installed new drywall, closing the effected area.
It would not be possible to have an inspection. She said she'd look into options. On Friday I received an automated email form the county with my inspection schedule for the following Tuesday (more than a week after the work was complete). I called to investigate what happened and was told I needed to contact the sales rep. So I called him and was told that he explained there was an inspection during the estimate.
I reminded him he only mentioned pulling a permit, but no inspection. Also never was it mentioned when the work was complete or the invoice paid. He then went on to lie to me and say they are only legally allowed to schedule inspections once they receive payment. He also falsely stated I had agreed to this in my sales contract. No such language exists in the sales contract.
My concern was needing to remove newly installed drywall to allow for an inspection and who would need to pay for that work. The sales rep said I needed to speak to the owner of the company to work that out. No call form her ever came. I then reached out to be connected to her. To say she was unprofessional would be a compliment. She didn't have a care for my predicament, simply repeating lies the sales rep told me.
She then accused me of being derogatory, despite me using no derogatory terms or tone. Then went on to say she needed to take the request to the board the following week. It is now 7 days since that call and I am still waiting for a return call. I will never do business with this company again, and I caution others to beware as well

This will be my first call for any of my HVAC needs from now on! I had guests at my home when the AC went out at 7:30 pm on Saturday evening! Tom came at once, found the problem, had the part with him, was able to replace a bad motor and we had AC by 9:00 pm! He was friendly, not in a hurry and took the time to check the system finding a severely clogged filter in the main unit.
He was able to quote me a price on the spot and I paid electronically. Extremely easy results from a potentially very uncomfortable situation. I am very grateful to Tom and Lakeside HVAC for this wonderful service.

Very happy with the service! Kristen, Scott & Judy walked me through the process and made it easy to make choices best for me. No pushy salesman! On installation day, Paul, Luke and the other guys (sorry, I didn't catch your names) did a great job. Explained what to expect and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend them to anyone that wants excellent service.

When I first made the call to Lakeside heating and air, Stephanie was very professional and prompt with a service call the next day. We had just moved a few months prior and they were on time early in the morning ready to go. Kyle was very knowledgeable professional and courteous and walked me through features of the system. Thanks to the whole team and I will be signing up for a service plan to have these guys come out and check the system every year. Great job!

Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new HVAC system back in 2015. Well, as all good things must come to an end, the blower motor burned out this past Saturday. It was only 90 degrees outside, the hottest day of the year. Anyway, we called the 24 line. It was already close to midnight so we didn't want the technician to come out and charge us a crazy service fee.
Next day was Sunday, FATHERS's Day. The technician, Bobby, came out and verified that the motor was indeed bad, and, unfortunately NOT a part he had access to. Tuesday would be the first available day for repair. Ok, we can suck it up for 2 days. We did. Bobby came back out on Tuesday exactly when he was scheduled and made the repair. Part was still under warranty too which really helped. Can't say enough good things about Bobby and Lakeside. Great people, great service.

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning. From the moment I called, Kayla was caring and competent. She was even able to move my appointment to earlier in the day due to a cancellation. Josh arrived shortly thereafter as promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work to resolve it. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to keep this type of problem from reoccurring. I received outstanding service as at a reasonable price. This is an excellent service oriented company that puts the customer first!

Great service from Jason and Scott. Jason had to make several visits but diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. With so many contractors in the area who are just looking to take your money snd are qualified, Lakeside Heating was a fresh breath of air! I would recommend these guys anytime! Had a leak on AC unit. Tyler showed up at 3pm and informed my wife it would be a minimum $79.00 service Call. He went into basement, blew out drain line, explained what he did, then spend from 3:30-4pm in his van in our driveway, with the engine running. At 4pm he walked an invoice to our door which included the $79.00 charge, CO2 charge for $16.25, and.66 hours labor at $141.75 which amounts to $212.52 per hour labor.
When did the HVAC industry start charging for service Call plus labor and charge for sitting in a vehicle? Then, a day later, the unit is leaking worse than before. Going to try and work things out with them, but I really think they took advantage of my wife being a female Tried to work out a solution with lakeside but every option was going to cost us even more. So we will take our business elsewhere.

Called and got sent to a voicemail and left a message and phone number to schedule a service. I waited 4 days and never heard from them. I called back and again the lindividual was gone that I was supposed to speak with. They offered to send me back to her VM but I do not see the point if they can't call back the first time. Very disappointed as I had heard good things about them.

We needed to replace our heating/cooling unit and obtained quotes from several companies. Lakeside was not the cheapest quote, but we were impressed with their professionalism and prompt response. The installation was completed in one day. A representative came back after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly and answer any questions we might have.
I don't remember the names of the young men who installed our unit, but they were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We highly recommend Lakeside Heating and Cooling and will use them in the future.
