We have an 18 year old HVAC system, original to when we built house. One A/C unit would not kick on.then the blower unit itself would not turn on either. I was bracing for the worst given the age of system. Dan at All-Temp serviced the system and found the problem in just a few minutes.and while I was working in my office I could hear the blower kick on and cool air start to flow.
He explained the problem simply, pricing was fair, no hard sell for "other work", super professional and honest in my opinion. Dan also serviced our heating system in 2020 for a problem and we had the same great experience then too.

I am very pleased with the 2-zone ductless mini split that Al-Temp supplied and installed. I spoke with Bob, the President, directly and he provided recommendations for the type of unit and sizing. All-Temp then provided a competitive quote and within three weeks the units were installed. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend All-Temp and would not hesitate to use them again.

To say my experience with All-Temp was excellent is an understatement! I'm new to town and they were highly recommendations when my house caught fire and my boiler needed to be replaced (during winter; below freezing temperatures). They came out the same day as the fire and provided not only the best priced quote but also comfort in such an emotionally hard time.
Family owned company who treats you like you're apart of their family. I'm a new home owner (doing it on my own) so of course I thought about more question after they finished. I called after they closed and someone returned my call within 2 minutes and explained the answers to my questions with words that I could understand. I could go on and on but rest assured that they'll be there when you need them the most.

It was time to replace my 18 year old noisy worn out inefficient A/C units and several neighbors had recommended All-Temp Systems Mechanical, Inc. as their "go-to" HVAC contractor for all their heating and air conditioning needs. Needless to say, their recommendations were spot-on. The price was well within my budget, the crew arrived on the day and time as promised - were neat, courteous, and accommodating. See the photo, we're talking four units and these were up and running within three days. I couldn't be more pleased with my selection of All-Temp for this project.

I called to get an estimate on having our Central AC replaced. Bob came out the following week told me exactly what needed to be done. Received the quote the following day. Good price so we scheduled a day/time for the install. Day of the install Matt & Tom showed up at the scheduled time installed the new system quickly. Had me test the system to make sure it was working properly which it was. All in all from Bob to his techs to the Office help in scheduling the appointment all done in a very professional manner. Would highly recomend them to anyone.

We had All-Temp Systems come in and install central AC in our 1960's gambrel colonial with a custom floor plan. Bob's team was extremely professional and respectful. The job was done neatly and craftsmanship was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them. Services: AC installation, Duct and vent installation

We got several quotes for a gas conversion and new heating and ac systems. All-temp was competitive and responsive. The owner, Bob, is very knowledgeable and took care of the job swiftly and professionally. There were some misunderstandings on our part about how many steps were involved with getting our hot water on after the conversion but this was taken care of fast and we are happy with the service. I am planning on using all-temp now for the new AC system and would definitely recommend.

I was a long time customer, but I recently had a plumbing emergency. I called, was promised they would come the next day. When the day wore in I called them. was treated rudely by the woman in the office, who said the plumber would call back right away. they never called back. basically was treated like crap.no courtesy of a return call, no estimate on when they could come, they just didn't care. there are other places with better service; I'd pass over these guys.

We had a thermostat that was having intermittent problems but was working for the most part. The technician came and removed the thermostat leaving us with no air conditioning at all to sweat. Lied and told us its a special thermostat like we're stupid. Then put it on order to maybe come the next day. We asked doesn't Home Depot or Lowes carry it and lied again that's it's special. It's just a cheap thermostat you can buy anywhere. Avoid this company!

Could not be more disappointed. Been using for a few years and pay for maintenance contract yet still get attitude when furnace is down and need to schedule service. Agree with other reviews that the guy that schedules appointment is miserable. I no longer trust their assessments as they continually get more expensive and vague. Done with this company.

Have been using them for short time, but their service has started to go down hill fast and I won't be using them anymore. The worse person is the guy we speak to to schedule an appointment, You call up and a lady patches us over to someone who clearly doesn't like his job and not meant to be speak to customers on the Company's behalf. Schedules a couple of days out just to get an estimate. Canceled and then when we call back, he says he will call us if something becomes available.
What about scheduling to get something on the schedule? A day later and still no call to even schedule something. I have to say, I will not be calling them again. The service people are usually quite nice, but you should put your best foot first.

We needed our entire HVAC system replaced including new duct work. Bob was extremely patient with us and walked us through the job and quote numerous times. We received approximately 8 quotes from other companies and All-Temp was the most competitive. Their guys were professional during the entire install and so far everything is working really well.

I hate to throw the entire operation under the bus because of one person who talks on the phone but is the man the customer service rep hands the phone to to trouble shoot the service call the most condescending person alive? Today was the third time I spoke to him. Twice in the past which was as grueling but in the end a very capable technician was sent, arrived on time-answered my questions-all good.
Today I call to say my upstairs AC is out. As soon as I hear this guys voice I remember the last time. I explained to the man that this AC issue has happened before. No one seems to know why, The condensor works fine and goes on but no air coming out of the vent. The HVAC installer is out of business and my heating guy has not had much luck nipping the problem.
The man on the phone asks well do you maintain your HVAC service. Yes we change the filters. Service the furnace. They give me an apt 11 days away. I said wow that's a long way out--then he gives me appt a week away. I say well let me check around--that's still a along time to wait. He says is this an emergency? He said YOU JUST TOLD ME this has been going on for years.
It was working 2 days ago sir but yes it has off and on maybe once a year for 5 years stopped working and many times it fixes itself but I'm tired of wondering when my AC might decide to come on when I need it on and it doesn't. And Well yes its summer, my AC is out, my elderly mom lives with me now and I think I have the right to see if someone can come sooner.
He then says well if its an emergency you can pay time and a half and I said no I was just hoping to get someone here within a week-then I think? he starts offering me something a bit sooner but by this time I'm sick of playing games with him and I hung up. I'm not dealing with someone who power plays their schedule but then can suddenly give an appointment sooner.
I was about to say if I have to pay time and a half I will and call you back but let me see if I can get someone in here sooner.but just not worth the feeling that someone is not being honest with you and would rather play hardball. How about first come first serve? How about first available service appointment? How about stop over analyzing the issue and get a service man out there asap?
The reason I calling again is I obviously liked the first technician and I'm looking to fill a life long HVAC relationship. Easy Peasy. If he's the owner he is turning off new customers. If he is not the owner should stand by and listen to how he speaks to people. I am a real estate agent and property manager. I deal with contractors all the time. Unfortunately the one contractor I don't have for my self is a consistent HVAC person. I will not be calling these folks back. JC

I had these guys over to service the central air conditioning in my house. Our system is nothing special, just your run of the mill split system with the condenser outside, just like most folks who have central. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and they were about to come out in one business day. The service engineer turned up on time, took a look at the components in the attic, changed the filter, cleaned the drip pans and checked everything.
He then proceeded outside and looked at the condenser unit, charged it and inspected it etc. After all the work was done, he provided me with an invoice which detailed all the work they did. He recommended that we get on their Preventative Maintenance plan and stated that he'd have someone from the office send it out, haven't received anything. All in all, I would say their service is just "OK". I've not been blown away by them and I will try someone else before I settle on a longer term provider.
