Most of the work that I do over the course of a year is "clean up" work, coming in to make things right. It would certainly be more cost effective to have an installation right the first time but problems do crop up and sometimes someone new has a better perspective on the issues. We moved to Northampton in 1999. At that time we did a major remodel on our newly-purchased home which involved working with a great many subcontractors - roofing, electrical, masonry, stonework, flooring. You name it. Jim does the yearly maintenance on my heating system and installed a Mini-split unit last spring which has been incredible. Jim is not only a very talented and experienced HVAC contractor, he also is polite, caring and truly wants to give you the best solution possible. You won't regret working with Orchard Valley!

11/3/2014: Jim and son Brian did an amazing job installing a new high efficiency furnace, ductwork as well as an on demand water heater for us. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our (seemingly) endless questions along the way. Highly recommended! Consummate Professionals.
