Gary and his crew have installed both a mini-split and central heat pump that do heating and cooling. They helped us chose the right system and timing of the installation. I contacted Gary about replacing our aging high efficiency boiler that was reaching the end of its useful like. Gary and the team at Wilson are true professionals - they are extremely knowledge and responsive. I wish I had found them sooner. Gary and his team are true professionals. His team performed our installation 3 years ago now and he was reasonably priced, very responsive, listened to what we were interested in and customized a plan for installing heat pumps that worked for our needs. Since then we've had to call for service two times and again he and his team were on top of it. They came out quickly to repair and everyone I've met on his team has been great. If you live in the area, Wilson Services is definitely the best around.

The folks at Wilson's went the extra mile, helping me apply for and receive a substantial rebate on the mini-splits they installed. My builder never mentioned the rebate so I am grateful to Gary for letting me know about it and to Carine for helping me with the application and LOTS of follow-up. When the rebate check arrived, I shouted with joy. Very happy customer!

Gary and his team of highly professional workers were such a pleasure to experience! When I enquired about the time frame to install a mini-split, others told me 2 to 3 weeks. Gary said "How is tomorrow?" Wow. And the job was finished in one day, with wonderful results. Other contractors suggested an unattractive complicated route for the slim duct; Gary found a clever, direct route. Clearly he is a person who thinks about the details of a job, and follows through with great results.

Gary, the owner of Wilson Services, gave us estimates for a new heating/air conditioning system twice over a few years. We finally decided to go for it. We chose a Carrier furnace, heat pump and thermostat and are delighted with all three! Now let's talk about the service and those doing the work. Gary and his crew, Leigh and Dimitri, were wonderful.

We were given a start date and Leigh and Dimitri worked tirelessly, pleasantly, neatly and efficiently, and finished the job as planned. We were up and rolling, but Gary, a perfectionist, came back for a couple of tweaks. Our experience was as easy and simple as it can be, and the results are outstanding. We highly recommend Wilson Services. As our experience proves, they are the best!

Wilson Services did an excellent job installing out three head mini-split system. We got estimates from four contractors and while Gary's estimate was not the least expensive, we were impressed by his expertise and his down to earth manner. We made a good choice. He worked with us to decide on the proper system for our house. His installers were timely and efficient.

They took great care to keep our house clean and the make the outside installation durable and attractive. They were informative and responsive to all our concerns and questions during the process. They tested the system and instructed us on the care and feeding of mini-splits. The system has performed flawlessly ever since. I should also compliment the office staff.

We were up against a deadline to complete the work before a particular rebate expired and Carine was Johnny-on-the-spot with the required paperwork for the rebates and the HEAT loan. We could not be more pleased.

Our gas furnace was 30 yrs old, not working well at all. It was about 3 wks ago & it was cold INSIDE. Gas Co. gave us a list of names to try. Tel'd Wilson Services, very pleasant woman answered the tel., set up apt. for someone to come take a look in about 3 days-she said it was really busy but she understood it was getting cold & she'd set something up ASAP.

Every single thing went like clockwork, they showed up when they said they would, explained everything & showed me the crack in my existing furnace. Walked me through each process, gave great advice on how to tighten up other things to save money. Measured for the new furnace & explained everything including the exact cost. They told me exactly when it would arrive & the day & time they would be at my house for the installation.

They called a day or two earlier to be sure we were still on schedule & then showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. They worked all day, made additional improvements to the ducts, they knew everything there was to know & said although no one wants to replace their furnace, we now had a much more efficient & cost effective unit. I have been self-employed for 40 years & no one could be better than this entire team from start to finish. It's much warmer in my house at a lower setting than we've ever used.

Every aspect of this service was outstanding. From initial contact through final delivery, I found all of Wilson's staff to be professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, true to their word and an all around pleasure to work with. I was particularly impressed with the degree to which Gary Wilson (owner) was engaged in the design process.

He asked many questions, had lots of ideas and was able to communicate these in a manner that made sense and was easy to understand. He returned a quote very quickly, explained all the options, and responded to questions in a timely manner, and communicated regularly throughout the process. He and his install staff instilled confidence in their work. Project was completed on time and these units work marvelously! I couldn't be more pleased and I would highly recommend Wilson services to anyone in our area.

I had requested a quote for a central a/c system last year, but decided to go with another contractor in the end (and had respectfully thanked WS for their estimate). My installer was no longer in business, and I needed service this year. I called Wilson's and they were very responsive. However, I feel as if I was taken to the cleaners because they charge $125 per hour FOR TRAVEL TIME!

They do tell you this in advance and you have to agree to it, which can put you in a pinch if you are in need of immediate help. Ultimately, the tech did a good job (so far), but at the cost of the service WITH THE TRAVEL INCLUDED, I would definitely not hire them again. They need to reconsider their travel time policy. I don't know of any other company or even professional who charges that amount for travel. It certainly feels like "gouging."

We have worked with Wilson services for about 7 years now and they have consistently provided gold-star service. They serviced our old furnace until it needed to be replaced. They did a stellar job replacing the furnace. We then moved into a new home with three zones heated by propane and a fireplace. It was a real challenge to get the house comfortable. Gary helped us build a system of mini-splits and a more sophisticated WIFI thermostat system to efficiently service the challenging spaces of the home. Gary came out at early hours to accommodate our schedules.

The walked us through right sizing, placement and aesthetics for our new system. Gary is extremely accessible by phone and email. His office staff is great and even does the rebate paperwork. The workmanship is top notch. Loving our new system and ready for the winter!

A friend of mine recommended Wilson 2 years ago when I was looking for a company to do our annual clean and tune on our furnace. Our 16-year old furnace finally broke down this month (Oct 2016) and we had Wilson install our new one. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Gary Wilson came out and gave us a quote and in less than a week, the company was available to install our furnace.

No muss, no fuss. The workmen were kind, respectful, and helpful (sadly this can be a rare thing in home repair companies). Everything was done on time and without them leaving a mess anywhere in our house (also a rare thing). I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Have had a home in Northampton for over a decade and have come to rely on Wilson's for excellent plumbing and cooling services. Our condenser went out on our central air this week and they were out the next day to repair it quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
