One of the most common central heating systems, forced air heating systems are present in nearly 35 million American homes today. A forced-air heating system draws the room air through ductwork to a furnace, where the air is filtered and heated. The warmed air is then blown back into the rooms through other ductwork.
Are you looking for air conditioning units for your home or apartment complex? Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning has you covered. I had them come out when my 30+ year old furnace stopped working so no surprise I had to get a new one. They were able to come out the next day with a crew of 4 and install a new furnace and ac. They left everything immaculate and protected the garden beds and carpets. Sadly the motherboard had a faulty relay but everything was replaced again asap. Everyone was really nice to work with and really cared about doing a good job.

Terrible. Unknowledgeable. Untrustworthy. Read all the reviews as I'm not the only one who thinks so. My parents' Carrier furnace needed servicing. The technician came out messed around with the furnace and ultimately told my parents that they would have to go back to the dealer they bought the furnace from because it was under warranty Of course, none of that makes sense!
Carrier warranties the parts, the dealer does not. (Waited on hold for 18 minutes to speak with Carrier and confirm this is true before writing this review) Charged them over $300 far more than just a service call. Called and spoke with the owner. After much talking found out they are not an authorized Carrier retailer which explains why they didn't want to fix it or jump through the hoops to get the warrantied parts.
The tech could have determined that immediately. Additionally, he let me know that the tech spent an hour looking at the furnace which I said would be the $99 diagnostic fee but didn't explain the additional $235 repair fee since nothing was repaired. He told me time is money! Btw, he told me Carrier was lying when they said any authorized dealer could fix a Carrier furnace under warranty. Hmmmmm. who's lying?

We had a tech come out to do a boiler tune-up. He spent roughly 75% of the time he was here on the phone and even told me he was confused when looking at the piping and zone setup. Afterwards, our boiler started making a banging noise it'd never made before so we called to have someone else get sent out. The second tech said everything looked fine but "he'd recommend an entirely new system".
At this point, two people had charged us over $200 and had spent close to 3 hours in our basement. Over the next 4-6 weeks, our upstairs zone never seemed to heat up. It was "running" 24 hours a day but not getting any warmer. Our downstairs heat was rising and keeping the upstairs between 58 and 60 degrees but the pipes upstairs were cold. We have a 6 month old and 2 year old at home and holidays were thrown in there so we had our hands full and never got around to calling anyone.
We're only upstairs at night so it wasn't super pressing. Eventually, we called a different company to come look. They were in the basement about 2 minutes with me before telling me that the upstairs zone was closed. They also said the coil meant to heat the basement (and floor under our living room) was also turned off. Within 5 minutes, both areas they'd just opened were heating up.
They also told us the boiler was fine and replacing it would be a waste of money. I called Hales Corners and spoke with the owner, really more trying to understand what happened more than anything. I didn't yell or complain. I just spoke rationally and explained the situation: That we had spent over $200 on services we didn't really receive. He was extremely rude and condescending, telling me that he has the best talent "in 10 counties", the other company probably didn't know what they were talking about, and that we had likely messed with it after his techs were there.
After 20 minutes on the phone and him admitting that his tech that did the tune-up was new and had to call for help, I gave up and cut my losses. At the end of the day, all I was looking for was a refund of what we had to pay the other company to come out ($100). All in all, between the owner's refusal to listen and the second tech telling us we needed a new system, I'm convinced they turned off both zones on purpose to try and make it look like we needed a new boiler.
That said, we've had this company, including the same tech, service our AC in the past and that service was fine. Either way, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your boiler needs.

The team was very professional. Showing me how the Honeywell Thermostat worked and programming it. Minimum Noise while installing, ( Wife and I work from home ), Very courteous and focused. Skilled and working more rapidly. That is to say they came to work, the did the work, and then they left. We are very pleased with the work and the outcome of the installation.

In a weeks time, the technicians arrived and installed a new unit. Friendly service. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Services: Install thermostat, Heating system installation

We have used Hales Corners HAVC for almost 20 years and they never have failed us. They have always provided outstanding service and stand behind their products. We just had the heating and AC replaced as units were getting up in years. The scheduling was easy and fast. Everything went as expected they did the job right and no issues. We are very pleased with all the service we have had in the past years. From the office folks to the service techs and install teams.

We have been using HCH&AC for years (13+) and have been satisfied with their service. This year, during the annual furnace tune-up, the technician had a carbon-monoxide hand held detector and was checking several vents while the furnace was on. It was a nice addition to their normal/great service. Service: Heating system maintenance

I came home from work on Saturday night to discover that my (very) old furnace had stopped working. The previous time that one of their techs had come out to service it, he recommended installing a new one, but I had deferred at that time and they were still able to make the old beater run. This time, though, I knew it was finally done and I logged onto the HCH&AC website to put in a work order.
Within 30 minutes, late on a Saturday night, the owner, Scott, called me directly to talk about options to install a new heater. Due to other scheduled installations, I was told that I would likely have to wait it out until Tuesday until his crew could get to my house. Monday, at noon, I received a phone call saying that his crew could be at my house in an our to get me back up and running with a new furnace.
The crew of three were all friendly, masked, and professional, and I had an old furnace removed, a new furnace installed, and heat, all within 3 hours. Many thanks to Scott for helping arrange the service, and to all 3 of the techs!
