Furnace purchased in 2006. No heat issued every year since. Now they state the 10 years warranty is not valid. As of today, 01/18/2011, another no heat issue after having a tech out for 3 days straight to fix the no heat issue. The tech was out 4 times this month. It will be 5 inculding today. Tech stated at the house it looks like a bad furnace but by the time I got the call from the company it's something else not the furnace. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! It's either inexperience techs, bad merchandise or a scam. No answers from owners when emailed.
