This is 154 room 5 star resort located on the oceanfront. This resort is a full service resort with amenities like large ballrooms, pre-function rooms located on the first level and the roof level. GACI installed the Daikin variable refrigerant flow systems for conditioning the entire building and Daikin make up air units for the fresh air supply to the building. We also installed a building automation system with web access to all of the HVAC building equipment.

Have used GAC for over 10 years. Originally recommended by another trade contractor who was impressed by their work on a common job site. Recently had the motor fail on my furnace.surprisingly, they fit me into the schedule same-day to diagnose and came back the following morning to install a new motor. I've had the same technician, Chuck, on each service call. He's always courteous, professional and efficient.

GAC replaced my entire HVAC system and repaired/reinsulated my ductwork a little over 2 years ago. I got quotes from 8 different companies and GAC was the least expensive, often with higher efficiency equipment than other companies. They were not only friendly and accommodating through the entire process, but professional from start to finish. I have a family friend who is retired from the HVAC industry, so I had someone who could help me figure out when I was being BSed by HVAC companies when I was getting quotes; GAC never tried that and I appreciate their integrity and honesty.
I've maintained a service agreement with them and they're always punctual. I discovered that my AC went out yesterday when I got home from work, so I called just before closing and they were able to work me into the schedule today at 11:30. Charles is the technician who worked up my quote, lead the installation crew, and has done most of the scheduled maintenance on my system. He's a great guy, an incredibly hard worker, and he knows his stuff! I highly recommend Charles and GAC!

Please take your business elsewhere. Customer service is non existent and technicians are not knowledgeable. The worst part is there is no resolve for the issues. I had a brand new unit installed 2 years ago and continuous issues thereafter. There is no accountability for inept technicians. I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves with me.
They sent out another novice technician who didn't want to be challenged about the problem. He refused to check into the component in question. Worst of all he left in the middle of a job because Georgia Air Contractors does not want to be accountable! Please. as a dear neighbor and professional do not utilize them for your service needs. I rarely write reviews, but this needs to be available for anyone considering using their services. Don't do it! You will thank me later.
