Moore Heating & Air replaced our furnace in March and came back out in June to help on a/c unit maintenance. We are very impressed with the knowledge and competencies of their technicians. Always offer great maintenance and cost-savings tips. The owner made sure we were well-taken care of too. Outstanding local company - highly recommend!

Moore Heating and Air Conditioning are THE WORST. I have used them in the past and they have ZERO follow up. I was willing to let that slide because they were recommended, but after calling 5 times and leaning messages for someone named Jill an not recording a call back I changed my mind. They told me last year that I needed work done on my house which worried me.

So I I was on top of it calling. Never received a call back. I was being lazy this year and called them again. I should have not wasted my time. DO NOT WASTE your time! I called Bell and they were out really quickly, super professional people, totally different from Moore. Moor is a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

Shout out to a fantastic HVAC company that serviced my furnace. I want to remind everyone to do this on a regular basis, this is an important component (the most important in my opinion) of your property. If you need repairs, I find them to be reasonable, extremely knowledgeable & trustworthy. Jake called me to give an ETA, he went way above and beyond. I am very impressed.

Our furnace inducer fan went out on Friday night and we woke up to a house in the 50's and dropping. I called our local HVAC company in Parker, who said that since I was not a Gold Member, they would call me back on Monday. I called Moore, and within a couple of hours, Carlos had stopped off at the supplier to pick up the parts (they are normally closed on the weekends), arrived at my house and was done with the repair and testing by 12:30. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job for us. From now on, I will call Moore first!

Moore HVAC is superb! We had our heat go out on Friday and they came right out to examine the furnace. Needed a control board. "Jake" was so professional, informative and super helpful. He left us with 2 space heaters while he went to pick up a new part on a Friday night! He could have returned in the morning but he was concerned about our overall lack of heat.

He came back within the hour and replaced the faulty part and our furnace was working again! He checked everything out and provided me with additional safety information about our tankless water heater - which we will have addressed by Moore HVAC asap. Moore HVAC is the real deal. They care about their customers. I highly recommend Moore HVAC for all HVAC needs. They really know their stuff, they care, super professional and honest and being a local family-owned business, I want to support that on every way.

Nothing but good to say about these folks. I had called another company which had scheduled me weeks later for twice the price and had tried to upsell me on a subscription program. Moore just scheduled me promptly for a fair price, showed up on time, was absolutely professional, went about their business and did exactly what I had hoped they would do. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Moore Heating stands behind their products and services. They have great integrity. They serviced our AC in April. Come September we had a problem with the AC. They could easily have charged us for the service call, parts and service but they didn't. They took full responsibility for the job they did in April. Their employees are respectful, nice and honest. They actually follow through when they say they will. Reasonable prices too! Highly recommend them.

My Home A/C stopped blowing cold air. Went on the Nextdoor app to find a reliable good reviewed company. I was told $89 for them to show up and diagnose. That was not the truth at all. While I was waiting to see if someone would come out I decided to clean my unit. As soon as I finished cleaning they showed up. The unit was already disassembled so they didn't have to do any work.

They hooked up gauges and said everything looked fine. The man then handed me a bill for $157. He said that's the cheapest he could do and the original quote is for them to just show up at your door step. They lied about how much it is to show up and diagnose. I was forced to pay on the spot because he checked for pressures. Tried calling the office to ask about charges and fees but no one would answer or respond. Don't use this company unless you want to be hit with unexpected fees and charges they don't tell you.

My furnace was blowing cold air after a really cold night. I called to have a technician come out and they scheduled me in quickly. The technician spent a significant amount of time trying to troubleshoot the unit and clearly explained what he was seeing. After walking me through it, he gave me my options. After asking a few clarifying questions, he honestly gave me a less expensive option that would work given our needs.

That move alone made me feel more confident about my decision of using this company. They got me scheduled for the next day. Day of installation, they showed up on time and were courteous and respectful. Both wore masks 100% of the time without me having to ask. They kept us informed as they were working as to their progress. At the end of the installation, they walked us through the installation and what/how we take care of our new furnace. The worksite was cleaner than they found it. We couldn't be happier and will use this company again.

Honest, reliable and professional. We have been using them for many years and we have only wonderful things to say about them. They installed a humidifier for us in the spring and when we started the furnace up recently we weren't sure if it was working properly. They came out to check and advised it is working fine and since the weather has been unseasonably warm, the furnace wasn't running as often, so neither was the humidifier. Service specialist put our minds at ease. We know we can always count on them to be honest, fair and respectful.

Nothing but FIVE STAR service from Moore Heating & Air Conditioning. I have used their services on a couple different repairs at my mother's home and received honest, fair and professional advice on what was needed to get the job done. Other vendors, before finding Moore, quoted unreasonable dollar amounts, long lead time and repairs that did not need to take place. Highly recommend using Moore and will refer to friends, family and anyone needing expert service.

Our hot water heater died on a Saturday morning, and Moore H&A was one of my first calls, as they'd serviced the A/C in our house for the previous owners. Jyl was quick to respond, provided a VERY competitive estimate, and squeezed us onto their schedule for Monday. The technicians called Monday morning to let me know they were on their way - earlier than our scheduled time!

Rich and Austin made quick work of replacing the heater, and provided suggestions to improve the efficiency and life expectancy of the unit, without being pushy or "upselling" things we really didn't need. We're new to the area, so finding a reliable heating and air company that responds quickly and offers competitive pricing was a big plus! Thanks Moore H&A!

I called to make an appointment and was appalled by the unprofessional person answering the phone. First, the person was talking to her grandchild constantly while trying to get information from me. Second, she couldn't answer my questions due to being distracted by the grandchild. Really poor business practice Moore Heating & AC. You lost a potential customer.

I've had a similar experience with this company recently as a couple other reviews. We had Moore install a new furnace and replace our swamp cooler with central air, and while the installation went smoothly, I've been extremely frustrated with their communication. We have a rebate app that requires the signature of James or another tech, and after 2 calls and an email I have still not heard back from them, and know our energy company has not received the application. Moore is happy to take $8,500 from us, but when they could help us receive $600 from our energy company, they're no where to be found. I would not recommend them based on this alone.

Moore Heating and all of their employees continue to exceed expectations. We are very satisfied with our furnace, the price, the installation and the continued support. The employees are so incredibly trained and so polite and conscientious, they return calls promptly and they come whenever we need them with sound advice on adjusting and adding the apps to our phones and iPads. David did our check-up and helped us out so much, Steve hooked up our wifi which we love, Brian happened to be across the street when I saw his truck and he was so happy that he could help guide us through an adjustment and Nick was there for us when we wanted to discuss the fan operation and changing the filter.

These guys work fast and have great prices. I had them come out to fix my freon line after I decided to stick a nail through it. They fixed the line, purged the system and were flexible about fully refilling the system in the middle of January (don't use AC in the winter). The next event was my hot water heater dying and they were able to come out the same day and save us. Thank you so much James and Jeff! I will use these guys again.

We used Moore for a complete HVAC replacement to include the water heater, furnace and AC recently in a rental home we own. They did a fantastic job and and cleaned up nicely afterward. They were respectable of my tenants and their time while completing the job and being in the home. I'm in real estate and have referred them to a few of my clients and they always come through with great service. I will continue to pass their number song to those who need it.

We had a new high-efficiency furnace with variable-speed blower and a new A/C condenser installed. Initial installation estimate was well-below other companies for comparable systems. James was very knowledgeable about what our house would need, even using descriptions over the phone. The installation team was very professional, and did a good job of keeping us apprised of installation status.

They cleaned up after the 2-day install was done. After installation, however, came some issues. The company uses a "call back" system if you need to get in touch with them. An operator takes your name, number, and reason for your call. At one point, I had 4 calls in over a 2 month period regarding the Excel rebate paperwork as well as a routine maintenance request.

I was finally called back two weeks ago, and had the maintenance completed a week later. The person that came to do the maintenance was apparently told about my rebate paperwork, as he mentioned the home office was still working on it. Overall, for the equipment and work performed, I would recommend Moore Heating & A/C. However, a big part of why I chose them over other companies was the length of warranty (10 years) and "honesty and integrity" motto to stand by their work - although getting a call back from them for routine issues seems to be difficult. I hope I don't have a serious issue with the equipment, for I fear getting someone to fix it will take quite some time.

Stay very far away! They don't ever respond to your phone call, the owner doesn't even have the time of day to contact you even if your work is under warranty.
