Whether we have needed routine maintenance or required an emergency repair, the service provided has been exemplary. As for the service technicians, when they come over for your yearly furnace tune up, they don't take any short cuts. Everything is explained to you before they leave, plus they will answer any questions you may have. The office staff is very helpful.

The service department always schedules my service calls quickly, and the service techs are great. Wouldn't you like your friends and relatives to receive the same high quality service that you have received from us over the years?

They were pricey but i didn't mind too much. Then one day they delivered about $50 of oil that I didn't order so when I called to complain for something I didn't order they were rude and said they would come hook up to my oil lines and take oil back if i didn't pay. Fine, I paid then switched to someone else. I shouldn't have to pay for THEIR mistake, maybe double check the house number before delivering oil.

"Offers 24/7 emergency service" only if you Order oil through them. What a joke.

Always friendly and responsive - We've been a long time customer and are glad that we have stayed with Troiano. They are quick to take care of any heating problems we have had. Thank you!

After 60 years of Service, Reallly! My mom has been with Troiano's for over 60 years. She had a service call and was told she was going to need a hot water tank. She asked if it was needed right away. She was told in about 1 year. A couple of weeks later, she went into the basement to find a flood. The water tank was dead. They installed a new water tank for over 2,500.00 (just for the water tank).

The service tech had to come back a couple of times and it appeared that he had no idea of what he was doing. Finally, he had someone else come in to help install the tank. (She was without water for 4 or 5 days.) Then she gets a phone call from the town after the work has been done, to inform her that she was required to have a permit before having the work done. (The work was already done), She now needs to purchase a permit, pay for the permit and then the inspector needs to inspect the work.

Why was the permit not taken out by Trioiano's prior to starting the work. If my father was alive they never would have treated my mom as they have. I looked up the cost of hot water tanks, the prices ranged $300.00 to $700.00. My mom could have purchased between 5 to 7 hot water tanks, for the price they charged her for one. Is this how someone should treat a long time customer, trying to live on social security. I check with the BBB and found that they are not accredited.with the better business bureau.
