I just want to say what a wonderful experience this has been. I was very stressed knowing that my heating and air system was broken. From the very beginning everyone was so helpful polite and informative. I was very impressed with Clint who gave me my estimate on repairs or replacement. He talked me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on and what I needed.

When he sent me the quote it was a $1000 less than my previous quote from another company and 4500 less than another one before that. Damien and Corey arrived on time. They were so nice and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to this team for helping to make a stressful situation so much better!

Very pleased with my experience with Complete Heat & Air. My air conditioning had gone out and I called several local companies and Complete Heat and Air not only returned my call within a matter of minutes, but were the only company out of 4 that I contacted who even responded. Due to weather, technicians had to come out twice to get it repaired and both times, they were extremely courteous and professional.

After determining the issue, the technician, Steve, explained the problem, gave me service options, and then got the unit up and running again - all in very short order. Very appreciative and would highly recommend.

My parents' ac stopped working. We called complete service late Friday evening and they had a service tech outfit on Saturday morning. Johnathan was professional and knowledgeable. He was great with answering my parents' questions. He fixed their AC unit very quickly and even replaced their old thermostat that they were having some issues with as well. Johnathan even set them up with a maintenance plan to help keep their unit in working order. He was very pleasant and friendly, making them feel very at-ease.

The staff at Complete Heating & Air is wonderful. From the minute a "checkup" revealed a major problem until the new unit was installed, everyone was fantastic. Shannon and Jason worked diligently to get our upstairs unit installed and working properly. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. Their work was impeccable. I could not have been more impressed with Michael Hall and the team that installed 2 new heat pumps for me. He went way above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my decision to go with his recommendation. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable Heating And Air company this is it! From the beginning Korbin knew exactly what we needed and made several recommendations in various price ranges. Very polite and easy to work with. The team of technicians that came out to install the gas pack was no different. Chase, Devon, and Jason were perfect gentlemen and did the job well. The company was prompt in getting a quote, was extremely reasonable in pricing compared to other well-known companies in the area, was professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly; they were transparent with what they would do, how they would do, and why they had to do it. I highly recommend the company to anyone who's looking for maintenance or replacement.

The other point to mention, I wanted a Trane system due to their track record and warranty. I got it for 1/3 the price of Complete's competitor. It pays to shop around and in this case, go with your first quote.

Today would have been our installation day. But they came out 2 weeks early! We we're so grateful, it was really cold without heat. Thank you Courtney for your complete professionalism. And a big thank you to Cam and Ben you were great! Very professional, kind and courteous. And had it all done in 1 day! We could not be happier with the service of complete heat and air.

Complete Heat Air came out today and installed a new heat pump for my upstairs, and as always, did such an amazing job! They installed a new system for my downstairs a few years ago, and they were amazing then as well! Today, it was Chase and Devon that came out, so shout out to them for being so nice and courteous to my family while here, and were very professional! They were so great to work with and talk to. I would recommend Complete Heat and Air to anyone.

I've had both Kenny and Darren out in the last couple weeks. Both were knowledgeable, respectful and on time. They both called before coming and explained things about my repair and they were honest as well. Steve, came in and did an amazing job! He was very respectful and friendly and got right to work and fixed our hearing system in 30 minutes max. We also have pets and he was very sweet to our cat and our dogs. Overall an efficient and professional job, sweet man and someone I would want to have fix my heating again. My issue has been resolved, I was contacted by the company and we came to a price that I believe is fair. I am still rating them 3 stars because I feel like I was originally treated deceitfully, but they did make it right after my review here. Again, the technician was at no fault in my mind, but the price of the thermostat in particular, set by the company, was where I took issue, former review still below for reference.

Former review (1 star): Had complete heating and air come out yesterday to diagnose and fix a problem with our heat pump, long story short, the former homeowner replaced the thermostat and installed it wrong. My problem is not with the technician that came out, he was great, he quickly diagnosed the problem, checked the system and was friendly, he even made sure not to charge us the service fee as another technician from complete hearing and air had failed to fix the problem on a previous visit.

I would rate the technician 5 stars! My problem was with the deceitful markup on the thermostat he installed. We needed a new thermostat for our system to work, which is fine, he told me he had one in the truck and looked up the price on his system, I was charged $240 for this thermostat. Mind you I was told there would be no service charge for this visit, so I am to believe that this $240 is for the thermostat alone.

I expected to be marked up a little bit, that would be fine, I'm paying for a thermostat that is convenient, I get it. However, I made the mistake of looking up the exact same thermostat online after he left, and I was very surprised for find that it is listed at $45 on Amazon, the exact same model. A $200 markup seems excessive to me, again, this was not with a service charge included, this was for the thermostat only, and I was marked up $200 on it. Please treat your customers better, they are trusting that you will not rip them off, well, I'll know better next time.

I received excellent service from the technician, Steve. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. he checked my system and told me that my gas level was set at a little higher than it should be, and he corrected that. I appreciate him going beyond the call of duty to make sure my unit is running fine. I definitely will use this company again and I entered into a new contract.

Our heat stopped working so we called around and couldn't find someone to come out. We'll this company did as soon as I advised I have a baby all they asked for was my address. Corey came out found our issue and got us up and running in less than 24 hrs. We are warm tonight thanks to Corey and this amazing company. No mess was left at all. No pushing products on us, no talk of trying to get anymore out of us.

We're truly feel this company cares. So respectful and clean with MANNERS! He explained and showed us exactly what was wrong. Thank you so much for showing us not all companies only care about money. This company cared about us as well.

The group we have worked with has been amazing! Courtney, Nick & Remi have gone over and above all expectations we could have ever had! The company staff was so respectful. Everyone I have talked to are great. We had a complete new system put in our house even all new duct system too. Korbin the salesman took time to explain everything. The installers Spencer and Cameron did a wonderful job. They were so respectful, courteous, took pride in their work. So blessed we had them working for us.

Darrin was fantastic! There was no saving my ac unit unfortunately, but Darrin was upfront about the prospects for the existing unit and set up a follow up on the spot to get a quote for a new unit.
