Refrigerants are liquids that are contained within your air conditioner's coils. They are what makes your air conditioner able to cool and dehumidify the air indoors. Air conditioners use two different types of refrigerant: R-22 and R-410. For a long time, the R-22 refrigerant (often referred to by the brand name Freon) was the most common kind of refrigerant, but it's starting to be phased out due to ozone depletion concerns. The R-410 refrigerant (often referred to by the brand name Freon) is chlorine-free, which is considered ozone-friendly.
This service includes checking heat pump and air conditioner freon pressures and temperatures, examining the refrigeration coils and components, testing electrical systems and condenser unit capacitors - inside and out to determine the systems condition and give you the proper, cost effective solution.

Over a 15 or 20 year relationship with Peco, I have always found them to be honest, respectful of my home, PROMPT. And seem to always know exactly what little something might be off. I haven't ever felt taken advantage of. They answered almost immediately after I left a message day or night. They're good people and you should be very satisfied.

Peco came out today and put in a new HVAC system The men that did the work were so nice, professional and did a wonderful job. I'm so very impressed and I will use them again for my home needs and repairs I know two names Robert and Jeremy ( there was another man too) Your company should be very proud of your staff!

We have PECO come out at the change of seasons (heating-> cooling) to give our furnace or AC the once over before we crank it up. Their service techs do a thorough job of cleaning and testing so we can be sure the systems are properly maintained before the stresses of the winter/summer. The technicians have always been on time and are good about communicating procedures and answering our questions. We heartily recommend PECO services.

Matt arrived at the start of the window they had given me, noon to four. He quickly found the problem with our kitchen faucet and advised me to buy a new one and call them to install it. Total charge was only for the service call despite his doing a lot of poking around. He said I could buy a faucet from them, but I'd be better off getting it myself.
I immediately went out and bought a new faucet, called the office and they scheduled the installation for the following day. Matt showed up at noon, again, and spend 45 minutes or so doing the installation. The office had given me a price and that's what I paid. Couldn't have had a better experience and will call them for all my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

PECO did an amazing job working as the General Contractor for the construction of Stump House Axe Throwing in Downtown Clemson. They handled all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work and were able to finish construction five months ahead of schedule. PECO is a special company with an amazing staff. Mark was available 24/7 and we talked daily during the whole process to ensure we were on the same page. I will only be using PECO going forward for maintenance on my facility.

Highly recommend Jeremy! He came out and gave us a second opinion after another company said my AC unit needed $1500 in repairs and recommended we purchase a new unit. Turns out the first company had overcharged my unit with way too much freon causing all the problems! Thanks to Jeremy my unit is working perfectly again and saved me $thousands$. We are very grateful! He is so knowledgeable and explained everything while troubleshooting the issue. PECO is lucky to have him!
