I just started using this company and so far service has been great.

We called the owner of RACCO's about our broken office heating system. He promptly sent out one of his service technicians. They quickly diagnosed the problem, but the parts needed were in short supply. They ordered the parts and then scheduled the fix for a week later. The email updates were great and the repairs were even better. I will continue to recommend RACCO Heating & Air Conditioning to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ricardo and his company. I had a 22 year old central air and heating system. Ricardo gave me great advice and listened to my needs, answering all my questions regarding efficiency ratings and functionality. His quote was more than fair and he gave me a few options to choose from. He ended up installing two new a/c units and two new furnaces along with all new duct work and registers.

Every member of his team was courteous and well skilled. It was a 5 day job and they cleaned up everyday. Needless to say the system is working great.
