The first woman who answered the phone Danielle was amazing she answered all my questions and she was very responsive and got back to me in a timely matter. My old indirect oil hot water heater was starting to go and I wanted a specific hybrid hot water and no one seemed to be able to find it due to the shortages. Waterheaters.com came through in the clutch and was able to locate the model I wanted as well as a leak detection add on and schedule it for installation within a few days when everyone else was telling me 2-3 months.

I had a good experience with Waterheaters.com. I had a leak in my boiler. I spoke to Scott on the phone and was able to setup an appointment quickly. They came to my house promptly at the appointment time. Workers were professional, neat/clean, and were very thorough. I would recommend them to someone in need of a plumbing repair.

Our boilee was nit producing heat or hot water. Eddie showed up. He was friendly and professional. He reviewed the system, identified the issue, replaced the parts needed and had the system up and running quickly. He explained everything and left my home clean. The 2 service men who came out to replace my old water heater were SPECTACULAR! I interacted primarily with John and he was awesome. The other gentleman that accompanied him was just that.a gentleman and very knowledgeable when answering me questions. Both men were respectful, polite, and finished the job expeditiously. NOW for the actual product.too early to say as it's only been 1 complete day, however so far so good (hence the reason for 4 stars).

After 2 hours, all seems great but really to soon to render judgment on the system I bought. What I can say is that the 2 professionals who removed the old hot water heater and associated parts and did the replacement install were exceptional in how they tackled the job and spent the time to do a walk through and show me what I should be looking for, etc. So far, very pleased. Oh and Scott was a pleasure to work with to determine the best solution for my home set up- thanks again!

Our air conditioning unit was acting up and we needed some help fast with our ac unit. Called west coast and they were able to get Andrew to come and assist us with our air conditioning needs. We are happy they came because with summer here it is getting very hot and we need all the ac help we can get

Been using these guys for years. They serviced my old house without trying to get me into some crazy over priced contract. They continue to do my service at my new house and recently moved our furnace into the attic which added storage to our hallway. Jake is super knowledgeable and his prices are always great. He's always there to answer my many questions and never makes me feel rushed.

I've also had Tom and Rick come to the house and always feel like I'm in good hands. I've referred them to many of my clients and they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, great prices, great communication, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. Not sure why it took me so long to review them.

An outstanding service experience with West Coast! Our AC had been doing "false starts" and wasn't always turning over. I scheduled a time (between 3-5) and received a call from the tech, Rob, saying he could come early! How often does that happen? I couldn't so he still came promptly at 3 pm and went to work: 10 mins in he'd diagnosed the problem, gave a price and fixed the issue in less than 45 mins!

One that another company in town had "fixed" and charged much more about a year ago, without resolving the problem. Rob fixed it in short order and at a very good price! I highly recommend these guys!!!

I had a water heater that broke loose and drenched my whole room. Ron and his plumbers came to fix the heater then called in his restoration company to make sure the water damage didn’t turn into mold. Start to finish, great service. Very professional and courteous.

We had problem with our air conditioner, I was hoping to get it fixed same day, after few calls I found West Coast Air conditioner repair, and they send a technician. It took about 40 minutes for technician to arrive. Larry was very professional and knowledgeable, it took him less than an hour to find the broken wire and fix it. Very thankful for West Coast Heater Repair. They came on a minutes notice and were able to get the job done quick and efficiently when my heater broke. Staff is very friendly and compassionate for people’s needs. I will only go to them.

We called West Coast plumbing serviced because we needed a new earthquake shut off valve and installed. We also need it some gas piping fixed as well. The plumber Thomas was able to come to our home and get us taken care of fast and quick. It is great to have local plumbers who you can work with

Called West Coast Plumbing early morning after 8 am I spoke to Sergio within less than 1 hours he was in my house. He replaced my water heater in no time. After few days with only cold water I can said Sergio did a great job effective and in a short time notice.

House needed some sewer pipes replaced we called West coast and the guys came out and did some amazing work in our new lines and repairs would use again if we needed to.

My water heater died and WCWH came out the day I called and replaced it. It wasn’t easy down stairs inside. They kept the area clean and damage free, I would recommend them to a friend!
